I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP ENVY 17-j070ca Notebook and issues with an upgrade to 8.1. Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant if you need it. Just download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that might need updating. A virus protection software can cause the download to stop or stall. You might want to temporarily disable this.Here is a link to a fix from Microsoft. It will look at the issues and help you fix it automatically. Please note remove any and all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices, as these could cause some issues. I hope this helps. Thanks for the reply. I have already been using the HP Support Assistant and tried the diagnostics and tools. Checked for updates using this program and also went on the HP support page. I use Bitdefender antivirus and I am not convinced it will be the issue and will give it a try. I have run the fix from Windows and it did not solve my problems. I have these issues pending:1-activation of Windows (see attached image)2-Cannot upgrade to 8.13-Can even less upgrade to 10 Still stuck in the middle of nowhere.

First let me apologize for posting a reply that was only suitable for advanced users. Photoshop is broad and powerful therefore has a huge learning curve. In fact I would state no one knows and uses all of Photoshop. When we first get Photoshop it intimidate us and we're very uncomfortable using it. Many thing are not intuitive there in much learning involved. After some time we begin to know something and we are able to do some thing. Learning become rapid and we start playing in Photoshop. It is very important to play with Photoshop. Playing with Photoshop and asking for help with in forums like this IMO is the best way to learn.
Photoshop Power lies in layers, selection and automation. However it takes knowledge to use photoshop well so most powerful tool you have ins Photoshop is the gray matter between your ears. Most at one time or another want to watermark or put a logo on their image. So its best to automate this process. All run into a problem in the process. "Size" We find our assets vary in size and aspect ratios. Landscape, Portraits, Panoramas and others. This complicates automation. Vector graphics works best when size vary greatly. If you can not work out how to create a vector solution like a custom shape. Create your Logo and watermark large thing scale down better the up. Text scale well for text uses vectors graphics however if you rasterize text it will not scale well.
I do not type or do English well so let me do some screen captures. I can not stress enough how important Black, White, Grays and Blending is when it come to image processing. Become friends with Multiply, Screen, Overlay and Luminosity blending.....
However when there is a white or black background though you can blend them you can not add a style like a drop shadow, emboss or make it invisible setting fill to 0 so only the style is visible. When there is contrast between the logo and background it is easy to separate the two. To select the background and delet it to have the logo with a transparent background. Many tools can be used to create the selection hee I use my action kill white.
Vector Shape would work better for scaling However it would be best to create the logo from scratch in a vector program like illustrator but I never had the resources to justify the Creative suite. I only had Photoshop. Recently Adobe gave me and other a year subscription to the creative suite for our participation here. I still have not installed anything but Photoshop, A while back I found a program that can create vector patf for black and white art work. It will not be as good as using something like illustrator. Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to Restore the device...

iCloud does not store messages for you to see/access at icloud.com. It does back up messages so you can restore your iPhone if it ever needs to be reset to factory default. Presumably you have updated from Nokia Maps v1.0 to v2.0 and now have Navteq mapping in place of former TeleAtlas. It depends whether you updated application yourself from:http://europe.nokia.com/A4984199 or upgraded device firmware to latest which then included Maps v2.0.
If it is the former scenario, you could have re-formatted the device to take it back to "out of the box" condition with the earlier version of Nokia Maps pre-installed, but if the latter applies you are stuck with it unfortunately.

i used to backup : Universal bios backup utility
EDIT: i tried to reflash 65CN15WW by using autoexec winflash variables i get message EFI error unsupported BUT after that i only ran winflash.exe and set to only flash new bios option. Then select bios file to flash click on flash new file button and pray
After restart my BIOS still working i don't tested it with 65CN13WW but you can try if it helps.
i think this settings creates problems with invalid bios image
and i flashed using this

I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone 4s was lost, and glad that you were able to upgrade.
If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.
