I downloaded ios7 this morning and since then experiencing "low battery" alert and shut down of iPhone extremely fast even if once plugged in battery is indicated as charged. Why????? Tks for ur attention

Tracks from the iTunes Music Store are indeed copy-protected, so they cannot be used directly in any application other than Apple's own. You can, however, burn the tracks to an audio CD at which point it will behave just as would any other audio CD.

Well it does detect the camera, under USB in the System Profiler it says "FaceTime-HD-camera (built-in)". But the image distortion.
Since you can't see the image, here's a description: it shows horizontal lines all over the place in the image, and the lines are quite tall and they contain part of the image but moved horizontally to the left or right, and in a different color as well. So for example you could see part of my face but there is a horizontal bar where my eyes are located in, and it is moved to the left so that my eyes are at the left of my face. I hope that made some sense...

First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

Why does thie error message keep coming up when I try to get on line? I never had this problem until I updated this morning. TypeError: Components.classes[cid_siterank] is undefined

HT3951 I have the LDS Jigsaw Puzzles game ap downloaded to my 1st generation I-Pad. This morning, I made a purchase of an additional puzzle picture pack through the app. How can I get the purchase to download?

How can I get this paid-for purchase to download? Ever since making the purchase from within the app on the I-Pad, it has been stuck on the screen with "Please Wait" showing. I can leave the app and run other apps, when I return it is still on that same screen. It took 11 hours from the purchase time until I received a receipt in my e-mail. I had the screen active on that for close to 1 hour following the purchase, then had to go to a different location; I was not at home at the time. I have tried to get it to complete here at home for over 1 hour and tried to find the purchase in the I-Tunes store from my laptop computer, and get a report that all purchases have been downloaded.

This morning, I did a power down and reboot of the I-Pad, that got the "Please Wait" resolved. I then tried clicking on the additional picture set and it did download and install, so the problem is now resolved.

Try rebooting the router. Just pull the power for a few seconds. No settings are lost.

As of this morning, Firefox no longer sends .doc files to Word. It asks whether you want to save or find a program to open with. This is only firefox - the files open fine in explorer and all other browsers. And being this just started today on two completely different machines, the problem must be firefox in some way.
The .doc file extensions do not show up in Options > Applications.
Files do not open up directly from a website, or from the "Downloads" list. The same files opened fine yesterday.
VERY aggravating - I have to switch to another browser to work.

Hi, I've never had a problem with Entourage until this morning when i powered up.. receiving "you can't open the application microsoft entourage because powerpc applications are no longer supported"

If you're still running Entourage, I would suggest upgrading to Outlook, part of Office for Mac 2011. Even if you're able to run Entourage, and it sounds as if you were, it's just not Lion or Mountain Lion friendly.

CS2 is very old and reached its "end of life" a while back. So probably won't run on modern operating systems. If you can still run it, you'll need to uninstall what you have and re-install with the download link below to activate it.

Firstly, are you installing iTunes for the first time or are you updating your current version of iTunes?
If you're installing iTunes for the first time have you tried redownloading the installer package? Perhaps the file you downloaded originally is corrupted...

If you've tried that, then try installing iTunes as your computer's administrator. To do this right-click the install package and choose "Run as administrator".
If you're updating iTunes to the most recent version try repairing the Apple Software Update program on your computer. It's under the add/remove programs.
1. Open the control panel
2. Open Add/Remove programs (called "Programs and Features" in Windows 7)
3. Navigate to "Apple Software Update" in the list and click on it
4. Click on "Change" then select "Repair" (or just select the repair option in Windows 7)
Once you repair this, try running iTunes and the update again.

Firefox is not longer working since this morning's update - problem ?

Using Windows 7 pro with Kaspersky anti-virus. All I had this morning when opening firefox was a blurred outside screen with no data in the middle box area. Nothing works but the min/max/close in the upper right corner. Clicking on the firefox icon there is message "under construction". I've uninstalled and downloaded severakl time but get the same non-working screen. How can I be sure the old defective firefox is gone and that I'm downloading a new copy ?

hello, other users with this problem all had an embedded intel hd graphics card with an old driver present. in case this also applies to you, here would be a link to update the driver, which in turn should also address the black firefox problem.

Help!! Downloaded 2.0 software this morning...

Everyone has been saying that the 2.0 software update this morning had some problems and actually I have been having a few problems with it, some applications are malfunctioning, sometimes my iPhone gets totally stuck in the Favorites list when I press my home button and the only way to get out of it is to do a soft reset. Can anyone help me pleaseeee how do I revert back to 1.1.4 and then download 2.0 again?? I downloaded the remote software and it doesn't work, it gives me a pass code and nothing pops up on my computer, i have no where to enter the pass code on my computer, where the pass code is given to me on my iPhone through the "Remote" application... thanks if you could help...
