It means exactly what it says. There is something wrong with the photo file, most likely it got corrupted somewhere and now Lightroom can't use it.
Use a backup of the photo, or the original if it is still on the camera card, and see if one of those will work.

Recently anything typed in Word is no longer retreivible (randomly). 15 minutes after typing a document, I get:
"this document could not be registered. It will not be possible to create links from other documents to this document."
Sometimes the document has links within in it sometimes not... either way have I select each of the three options and the protected view disappears, and a blank MS Word page comes up. After three times, (with various documents) the program reports,
"Word stopped working and is looking for a solution..."
My research found that I should looking at DCOM Server Process Launcher - making sure that it is in under the General Tab, Startup Type be changed to Automatic...
It is and has been in automatic (and I cannot change it) this is were my problem does not match what I was finding for corrections.
I can change other services and make changes in most tabs, BUT I CAN CHANGE NOTHING IN DCOM SERVER PROCESS LAUNCHER.

My laptop compaq presario will not connect to the Internet anymore after buying airport extreme. Why? It detects the network, accepts my password, but will not connect to Internet. I tried to repair connection, tried to reboot modem several times, I even updated my computer. Nothing. All it says is that it does not detect modem. Why?
Welcome to the support community group.
First, are you sure that your AirPort Extreme has been configured correctly and is properly connected to your modem?
Begin by telling us how you have things connected and if the Airport Extreme is replacing a previously owned router or is this an entirely new installation?
First be sure that your modem is working and properly connects you to the internet using an ethernet cable directly connected to your laptop. Once you're sure that's working, reset the AirPort to factory defaults by disconnecting it from power and pressing and holding in the small reset button on the back for 15 - 20 seconds while you reconnect it to power. Then turn everything off for 5 minutes. Connect the Airport to your modem with and ethernet cable to the Airport WAN port on the back (check the user guide to make sure you connect the cable to the correct port) then connect a second ethernet cable between the laptop and one of the LAN ports on the AirPort Extreme.
Then power up the modem first, wait 5 minutes and then power up the Airport, wait 5 minutes and finally power up your laptop.
Then run the airport configuration utility from your laptop. Since you're not using an Apple computer, be sure that all of your firewall, and virus blocking and checking software is disabled before you run the airport configuration utility. Once you run the utility, it should detect your AirPort and allow you to use the configuration wizard to set things up.
Check back if you're still having problems. -
I cannot open iCal because of a problem. Can anybody help me? The computer will not allow it to open and sends a message to apple each time. The icon has gone from the dock, but ical works on my iPad and I am afraid to sync it with my computer in case it wipes everything .
I have the exact same problem. I have not changed anything. This is probably a bug or something that has gone bad with Mac OS X (10.7.2). I have not found any solution for this on the web.

My iPhone 4S has a problem. The App Store is in Spanish and will not go back to English. Help someone!
I tried turning the computer off and then back on. The alerts don't show the notice to update as resolved. Hopefully this is not a problem or an indicator or another problem. Should I ignore or reload 10.10.1 from the app store to trigger a resolved check in a green circle?
Interesting that I had to buy server software after my free Yosemite download. I would have hoped that the two pieces of software would have gone together without any complication. It is not positive to end up buying a problem. Ah well, time to move on. -
Using Mac OSX Install Disc 1, I am not able to get any further than the Partition tab. It allows me to select my hard drive selection, but will not allow me to make any other selections such as options. Does anyone know their way around this obstacle? Am I doing anything wrong? Thanks
Hello, The Hatter, I read about the 'trick' of backing up, erasing, and restoring too, but I figured it would take longer than defragmenting the disk.
But the defragmentation process has just finished! so I'm gonna try to run Boot Camp again soon!

And P.S. I didn't clone my system onto the external drive, I just inserted the Mac OS X Install CD, rebooted holding down the "C" key, and installed a fresh Snow Leopard system onto the predetermined partition. I will use that in cases of emergency, when my main/internal system becomes unusable. -
After installing ios5 and having had to change my apple id to e-mail address I am unable to download updates as they were purchased under my previous id and it will not allow me to get back into the old id Help please.
Make sure you enter your new Id in settings/message, settings/facetime. ANy content that you downloaded with the old ID is forever linked to that old ID and if you have apps that were downloaded with the old ID and you want to update them you can only do that with the old ID. You could delete those apps and downlad them again ( and pay for them if they are not free apps)

I have 6 other apple devices that have no problem connecting to my network, but my Apple TV will not, any ideas?
1: Unplug / shut off the router for 30 seconds
2: Retore or unplug apple tv (If you unplug it, let it sit for 30 seconds as well)
3: If all else fails try moving the ATV and router closer to each other, if nothing works I would consider it a defect as Apple products generally have great quaility and you never know what goes on behind warehouse doors! -

Firefox wasn't able to connect to the internet, yet other browser programs were fine (IE, etc.) so I thought I"d uninstall Firefox and reinstall it from the website. I uninstalled it fine, but it will not download. It goes through all the steps of the download and setup from the website and appears to be installing in "program files," yet does not appear in the list of programs. It's just not there! What could the problem be? I'm running Windows 7 and McAfee.
Thanks for any advice.Go into our program files folder and delete the Mozilla Firefox program folder. Then open msconfig and make sure that Firefox is unchecked from the Programs startup list, then open regedit and find the HKEY_LOCALUSER_SOFTWARE key and delete strings associated with Firefox. This process will require several re-boots, but once you're done you should be able to download and install Firefox without any troubles.

Because of a problem, I uninstalled Firefox once, reinstalled it and it ran. I had a problem so I uninstalled/reinstalled it again. Now it will not run. I get an error message saying that firefox is running and you can only run one at a time. I have uninstalled multiple times and can't figure out what is running. The is only one Firefox installed and it is not open. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

New Windows 7 computer. After installing Firefox, every time I bring it up I get the following message:
"Could not initialize the application's security component. The most likely cause is problems with files in your application's profile directory. I Have just had a notification that IOS 8.2 is available for download. Does it cure the problems that IOS 8.0.2 caused?
It is not 8.2, but 8.1 and I am NOT convinced it solves most of the vexing issues with iPad 2 and 3, yet.
I still have not updated my iPad 3 at this stage and I guess I will be waiting even longer until I see how iOS 8.2 shakes out.
This my own opinion and feelings based on what iPad 2 and 3 owners are still reporting on this latest iOS 8.1 update.
I would continue to wait it out.
We spent a lot of money on our iPads to have Apple's recent iOS offering turn them into useless paperweights. -

I can't get my old card off iTunes acct,keeps saying billing issue ..well the card was cancelled bc it was stolen..and they will not let me delete it they want a NEW CARD ON FILE..NO I NOW KNOW I DON'T NEED A CREDIT CARD FOR THE FREE APPS ECT. SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM.?I did my daughters w.o. Credit card but they won't let me have same option on iPad 1 I guess I should try from of but idk if it'll make difference,also they apple won't let me update any of my apps..WTH? And one more question how do I take ( uninstall app/ games ) from iPad? I got free games from app store and after three levels u get into games then they want u to purchase the rest of the game? Dammm no more..idk how to take these games off my iPad don't want them ain't paying to finish games...thanks anyone who can help!!!OHH

Problems in app world transferring devices:: App world support will not recognize my tour PIN
I recently just changed from a storm to a tour. I downloaded app world on the tour, entered in my paypal information, and had my applications transfered to the new phone. However, my activation numbers for all my apps are incorrect when i try to activate them. I remember some of the activation numbers being the same activation that i used on my storm. I believe this is where the complication may be. However, app world insists that my activation number is correct.
I have tried to contact app world support and it will not recognize my tour PIN number.
When I try to fill out the form, it says : "Please provide a valid Blackberry Smartphone PIN"
My pin number is correct and i have entered it numerous times. Anyone know whats wrong?
