Problems with agreeing to "Terms & conditions have changed"
I cann't update my apps because of the change in the terms and conditions. In the relevant screen there isn't any place to click for confirmation!!! How can I solve this problem?
If you are doing this from your iPhone, you may not get a button that will allow you to accept (even after scrolling through the 54 pages...ugh!) You might try this...
I just talked to Tech Support and after a whole slew of restoring and other nonsense, a higher level tech guy had me go through iTunes and download a free app. I was able to approve the T&C on my iMac. From this point, he had me download a free app from my iPhone. I didn't have any problem from this point on.

I have just purchased an i pad 2 and am having trouble with the e-mail set up. Set up with wi-fi, i-cloud etc has worked fine but the i pad is recognising my outlook 2007 account details but is not verifying it. The trouble appears to be with the outgoing server and I have tried changing the port number, but to no avail! Also reset the account settings for holding messages on the server...help! As you can tell I'm not very techy and I'm desperate to get the bloody thing working as I'm going away on Tuesday! Any suggestions?
I had a similar issue and it was password case sensitive issue

Can anyone help me? Suddenly (i.e. just a few minutes ago) this problem has appeared. I attempted to update two apps on my iPad. The Terms and Conditions agreement comes up, I read the terms and conditions, I agree to them, I click AGREE, it disappears, I reclick on update and the Terms and Conditions agreement appears and we start the mobius strip all over again. I tried to see if it was just on my iPad by trying to download a new app on my iPhone. same problem. Anyone have advice on how to resolve this issue? Oh, and of course, Apple has declared my two new devices to be out of warranty and want me to pay to ask how to fix a problem caused by their own software. Lovely. so helpful. Hey Cupertino ... are you paying attention? I might start tweeting about this.
I updated the software on my iphone4 tonight and ran into this same endless loop - "itunes terms & conditions have been changed" - go to itunes, aceept - back to the "T&C have been changed message" with no ability to do anything in the app store until I accepted the new terms.
While not a very direct solution, I was able to finally accept the terms in a way that seem to register with apple by making a purchase through iTunes on my computer. This forced me through updating my payment information and updating my iTunes software to the latest edition (which I had not yet taken the time to do). After doing both of these, iTunes took me through the terms & conditions on two separate pages, but ultimately allowed me to purchase my song. Once I completed these steps, it fixed the problem on my phone, so now I can update my apps and download new ones without running into that loop.
Hope this helps!!! -
It's not jailbroke or anything but it says the terms and conditions have changed. When I agree, it says your session has times out. Try again. But it doesn't give me an option to try again and has a done button underneath it. I press done. The textplus app says "Waiting..." and is gray. What can I do to download this app?
iTunes has to contact Apple to send your agreement to the new conditions, but your security software has to allow this contact. If blocked, you'll get a time out message. Follow the instructions here to check your security software settings: iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues

I want to install apps in my iphone, but it says that the terms and conditions have changed, what I have to do?
Folks, Kit73 on another thread said to do the following:
"While not a very direct solution, I was able to finally accept the terms in a way that seem to register with apple by making a purchase through iTunes on my computer. This forced me through updating my payment information and updating my iTunes software to the latest edition (which I had not yet taken the time to do). I just did this and have since been able to update apps etc on my iPhone and iPad. -
I have been using my apple TV successfully for 1 year. Today there was a message telling me I cannot sign in because the terms and conditions have changed. Please go to apple support for more info. However, I cannot find any info. What do I do next.
Wow, Karan Taneja, you've just embarrassed yourself on a worldwide support forum. Not only is your post ridiculous and completely inappropriate for a technical support forum, but it also shows your ignorance as to whom you think the audience is. Apple is not here. It's users, like you.
If you would have spent half the time actually reading the Terms of Use of this forum that YOU agreed to by signing up to post, as you did composing that usesless, inappropriate post, you (and the rest of us on this forum) would have been much better off. -
"iTunes Terms and Conditions have Changed" - every time I unlock my phone
Hi,
Everytime I unlock my phone I get greeted with the pop up that itunes terms and conditions have changed, I keep clicking OK because I am not prompted to read anything. Howver it says I must read and accept the terms, where is that?
When I plug in my iphone and purcahse material I am not prompted to review anything. How do I get this pop up to stop? Where is this magical location I can approve it?I have the same issue.

Hi, I have problems in ordering book from iPhoto. It says "problems in getting contact with Apple Online Store" I have changed password on my Apple ID - could that be the problem ??
Some additional efforts you can try:
Go to the System/Sharing preference pane and make sure Remote Apple Events is checked.
If it is, uncheck it and then recheck and try ordering again.

Itunes terms and conditions have changed, but i can't accept
itunes terms and conditions have changed, but i can't accept
Just a note. The Send by Email does not work on iPhone. I click on all the pages and at the end (pg. 54) there is no Accept capability. Is this Apple's way of saying F You?

I have some problems with my iPhone. Can i change my iphone from USA (ME495LL/A) in Germany? Warranty is ok till october 2014
No you cannot. The iPhone warranty is only good in the country of purchase. You would need to bring it back to the US, or send it to someone that could take it to an Apple store in the US. Apple will not accept international shipments.
