Problems with beta version of firefox

I just tried to send you feedback, but the button is not working. Here is the message.
I understand version 5.0 is still in Beta, so I hope you can fix this problem.
When I search on Google then visit something on the list, I can't click the back button, because it is grayed out. The only way I can get back is to repeat the search, and then Google complains that I'm searching too much and presents a captcha to prove I'm human.
I couldn't find a way to bookmark all tabs either.

Absolute uses the full url to target files...

Firefox buttons and browser frezzes. I am using XP on a PC: had same problem with earlier version of Firefox

After I turn on my browser, I can use the buttons and change the url for about 10 seconds. Then, the browser freezes for 10 seconds and I cannot cahnge the url or save bookmarks. It is periodic about every ten seconds.

After updating to latest Firefox - when I click on google taskbar my CPU usage goes to 100% and stays there... and computer is really slow. No other search engine show the 100% usage like Google. There was NOT a problem with older versions of Firefox...?

I cannot upload photos into a web site-no problems with previous versions of firefox or IE(get error message The connection was reset)

I edit a web site set up by Joomla.
I copy & paste text to it and upload photographs.
I have been doing this successfully for months
but starting yesterday adding text is OK but when I try to upload a photo there is a delay of 3-4 minutes and then an error message saying "The connection was reset"

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs. 
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.

How to fix extremely slow printing from web pages with latest updates (iMac) & HP Office jet printer. (It was not a problem with earlier versions of Firefox & same computer & printer.)

The latest two updates of Mozilla Firefox are not useful for me because of extremely slow printing of web pages. It was never a problem before. Same iMac and HP officejet printer. How can I either fix it, or revert to an earlier version of the browser (without losing all my bookmarks) which didn't cause this problem?

Try scanning from your Mac. Use Image Capture app in your Applications folder.
Click once on the scanner on the left side, then click on Show Details along the bottom. Along the right side you will see LOTS of options for scanning and saving.

Why can't I manually bring up a new tab in Firefox 3.6.16? I have Windows 7 and didn't have the problem with other versions of Firefox.

My question says it all. I click on the new tab button and nothing opens. Clicking on links will open a new tab if needed, or using "Open in New Tab." seems to work okay.

Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:

As stated earlier even though when I have an incoming message I hear the "Beep" Firefox does not open the dialogue window as it used to do.

Will Adobe Distiller 5.0 work with Firefox 4?? Didn't with beta version.

I tried the beta version of Firefox 4. I use Distiller a lot. It would not work with the beta version. When it would print out a pdf it was just gibberish. Will it work with this version of 4?

Contact them to see what their plans are for Firefox 4.0 support. It is up to them to make sure their application is compatible with Firefox 4.0.

Problem with flash contents in Firefox

I never have this problem with earlier version of Flash 9 for
Firefox until the recent version upgrade. The videos always stopped
at about 3 seconds and no sound can be heard. IE works fine
though... Is there a fix or work aorund for this issue?...

My Lingualeo add-on works wrong with latest versions of Firefox

Hi! This add-on allows to translate English words into Russian and remember them to study later as shown in attached screenshot. After latest upgrades of Firefox it doesn't show list of possible translations, so I can't pick any translation and remember it. I have installed Firefox 34.0 and this fixed my problem. Can I do something to make lingualeo work properly with latest version of Firefox?

My web pplication does not working with new version of firefox 31. It uses heatmap.js plugin for leaflet.js to build temperature map.

After update firefox to version 31 I could not see temperature map in browser for this example. But with previous version of firefox I could see it.
My web application users leaflet.js and heatmap.js plugin. It users the same code as on the example page.
After updating firefox version it saying "your script take too long time to run. Continue?" again and again and temperature map does not appear.
I use leaflet-0.7.2.js and heatmap-1.0.js plugin for leaflet.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
*Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
*Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Ran the 'Refresh' mode, now nothing is compatible with my version of firefox? No Add-ons, Extensions or Themes. Please help me get back to what I had.

I opened Firefox, and I had a bar along the bottom saying it needed to be optimized, so I could refresh Firefox. I understood that it would take it back to its original state, but I thought that I could add things that I wanted. But when it was "Refreshed", I could not add anything. Themes are "Not compatible with my version of Firefox". Add-ons do download, but I cannot install them. It takes me to a page that is too confusing for a non-tech person like me (a windows page that wants me to find the program that will install it). So I gave up (I also don't have alot of time to fix this). I checked for "updates" hoping that I could update the version and then add a theme, add-ons, extensions, etc. But it is up-to-date. Thank you for your help.

Normally, when you try to install an extension from the Mozilla Add-ons site, you get a progress bar that drops down temporarily from the address bar, and then a pop-up dialog asking you to approve the installation. Do you get either of those or just nothing happens?

Could you test with the avast! extension disabled in case it is blocking these normal actions? You can do that on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then find avast! on the right side and click Disable.
Often a link will appear above a disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

Problems with latest version of Muse

I'd like to report some problems with latest version of Muse. Its actually all related with scroll effect.
1. In previous version I had a group of rectangles and when I added to them motion (initial motion: 0 everywhere, final motion: 0 everywhere) they where sliding nicely down during scrolling my page, and it happened only in y line (horizontally). Now its moving also on the right and left, when I am changing size of window. Other thing is that in firefox this group of rectangles is pinned to bottom of window.
2. I have footer that I want to be always pinned to the bottom of window. The footer is a group of objects: rectangle + one png file with hyperlink, and one text with hyperlink - and of course it worked perfectly in previous version, but now finally when I export the page I have only the rectangle without hyperlink on the bottom of the page and the rest is missing.
I hope I explained it clearly? I did my best :-)

Finally, I fixed it.
First, You have to ungroup the footer objecs.
Second, Group again that.
Then export your site.
Please try this!
