Problems with billing/credit card

Hi,
I've been having problems with the iTunes store lately. It tells me that I owe iTunes $1.04, even though I have over $8 in store credit left. When I try to pay the outstanding balance, nothing happens. Also, I saw something strange on the bottom of the form for editing my payment info: there is a checkbox that says: MXEditAddressWizard.OutstandingBalance: $1.04 [x]

I'd appericiate some insight into this, I'm really cheezed off that I can't download anything from iTunes. Thanks in advance.

Hello , I have just had this popup at the bottom of my account page.
I could not purchase anything as me card had expired but I had previously purched the game AIRPORT MANIA, but this had not shown on my account.
So I left the MXEDITADDRESS WIZARD ticked, and clicked apply.
It then said that I had purched the above Airport Mania.
So I assume that somewhere the game has its name incorrectly stored and thinks its MXEDITADDRESS WIZARD.
Weird.

Each time that you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

You don't say what the problem is with your card. If your card will not accept the charges, perhaps it is maxed out or suspended, then it would not be acceptable to Apple. I am pretty sure that Apple would clear cards and credit levels before accepting an account with you.
I also believe Apple does not take PayPal.
If the first situation is close to yours then you will have to find an alternate means of setting up an account.

Problem with the Credit Card to Pay the Fee of Adobe CC

Hi! I'm paying the Adobe CC plan for about 5 or 6 months, but the last month i have a trouble with the Credit Card and the auto payment of the Adobe CC was not completed. I have now restored the Credit Card and when i wanted to update the credit card info in order to continue paying for this product it says the card is invalid.
Please help, because in two days more i going to lose the subscription and i need the program for the University.

Problems with changing credit card on file

Tried to add credit through enabling auto charge using a new credit card. Received the following message:
"Your card is protected against unauthorised use when shopping online. "
"FI you are trying to access is deactivated, or
FI restricted to specific IP addresses and yours is not one of them"
Contacted credit card company and they assured me that the card is not restricted in any way.
What do I do?

Problem with Virtual Credit Card Master Card

(Sorry for my english, i am from Russia)
I bought Virtual Credit Card Master Card and put its number and security code. Then I bought Pages, Keynote,GT Racing and some other apps. They have successfully downloaded and I can use them. But money from the credit card didnt removed (??) !
When I entered iTunes from my PC I saw this letters: "We were unable to authorize your credit card for this purshase. Please update your billing ifo. Amount you owe: 31.93 $" But I entered all true (I checked), but i have only 27 $ on my credit card and I can not fill up it (it's a virtual card) Can you take the money that I have now on my credit card? Then I'll buy another and repay debt. Now i can't buy anything from AppStore (Even free), but I can use all apps (Pages, Keynote,GT Racing) I bought. (but money from the credit card didnt removed!!!)
How to pay this bill and use app store? Please, help me!

Problems with renewing credit card information

I've gone on now 6 times to the adobe site to update my credit card information on my subscription and it keep giving me errors.

Our back-end systems should be back up long before the hour is up. I recommended waiting an hour though just in case there is any unexpected delays.

Can not buy apps - "There is a problem with your credit card authorization"

Receive the message with error code 13000 when I try to buy a playbook app. Confirmed card info is correct and address exactly matches. Called card company, they see an authorization request which is approved by them from Digital River but no transaction. Anyone know what gives?

I know that you can use two credit cards to pay an item but the problem is that i can only put the billing address of just one of the credit cards, and since the two cards are from different people (my parents) i can't do it. They live in the same place so i don't know if i should just put one of the billing address.

You can also combine payment methods to pay for your purchase. Choose from the following combinations of credit cards and Apple Gift Cards:

Apple Gift Card(s) + one credit card
During checkout, if you are paying with a gift card issued by a credit card company, you can combine it with one credit card.
