Problems with downloaded TV show.
OK so yesterday I bought the 1st season of Lost on itunes. However, when I played the 1st episode (I tried it on both itunes itself and the QuickTime player), the audio was about 1 second out of sync from the video. I'm not sure whether this is the case with all the episodes or just this one, but I will test this.
So what I want to know is: can I fix this, or, if not, can I re-download a fixed version?

genre has nothing to do with it..find the file go to get info>go to options and on the pull down menu change it to a movie press ok.then put it on your ipod..tell me if it works

I added money to my account then bought 2 songs. But when I bought a TV show video, error message 8008 pops up saying
[ There was a problem downloading "strange illusions/ celebracadabra, season 1/ celebracadabra"
Parts of the file seems to be corrupt. To redownload the file, choose "Check for Purchases" at the Store menu ]
Now I already did that but the message doesn't change. Is there a problem with my computer or the file? And do I get my money back if I can't get all of it downloaded?

State the Category as "Downloading" and the Sub-Category as "I continually receive an error message..."
Then explain the issue to them and make sure you state the error code.

Problems with downloading TV shows
I purchased The walking dead Season 3 and it's not letting me download it. Everytime I try downloading it, I get err = -3259. Help, please.
Use one of the many 3rd party programs that copy music from the iPod to the computer.
One of the most recommended is Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music and playlists etc from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
Another free program is Pod Player.
There is also CopyPod. This does preserve ratings/playcounts etc if those are important to you but this program is not free. It also supports video transfer.
If you are using iTunes version 7 or later, then you can transfer purchased iTunes store music from the iPod to an authorized computer by using the "file/transfer purchases from iPod" menu. Note that the maximum of 5 authorized computers applies here. -
Problem with downloading an issue to an Android tablet
We're experiencing a problem with downloading an issue to an Android tablet.
Adobe Content Viewer on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 attempts to download an issue, but after about 30 seconds of downloading ACW stops and without any error message returns to the previous state showing again the Download button. The Internet connection is good. Everything also works perfectly on other tablets we tried - ASUS Transformer and a previuos generation of Galaxy Tab.
Is there any common resolution for this problem?I may not be using the correct jargon,,,,when I click on Amazon's link for the AmazonApp store download, an Adobe box comes up, so I follow the cues I get on the screen. I don't know what else to do....my 1st step..https:/www.amazon.com/app-email you have chosen to open Amazon_Appstore-release.apk which is apk file from: https://amznadsi-a.akamaihd.net what should Firefox do with this file? Save File I click on OK Then a download box comes up, which I click on, then there is 'Finder' and 'Adobe Reader'. Cancel Open. I click Open. Then a box that says Adobe Reader could not open 'Amazon_Appstore-release(9).apk' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file was damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.) 'm having a problem with downloading and installing the new version of itunes for windows (11.1.4) I have done everything the troubleshooting article has said and it is still not working properly. I have even done a repair to see if that works and it has not. Has anyone else found a new way to get it working?

Problem with jquery slide show conflict with vertical navigation menu in Firefox & Chrome
Problem with jquery slide show conflict with vertical navigation menu in Firefox & Chrome. Works in IE. This is my first time trying to post a question - so please be kind. I am also not good with code and am finding css a real challenge after learning to design based on tables. I'm using CS5.

I realize the images are not ideally sized - I'll fix those once I get the pages to function. Maybe I need a different slide show? I would prefer a widget that I can modify to required size & postition. Again - I'm not good at building with code from scratch.
The problem is the naviagation links that are directly next to the slide show do not work in Firefox of Chrome. They do work in IE.
I've read about using jQuery.noConflict(); code but can't figure out the correct way to use it in my case or whether that's even part of the solution. I know my code is not well organized as I have cobbled together from various sources in an attempt to format the page the way the client wants it. Also, FYI, I will eventually try to make the page work in Surreal CMS.
I've spent sevaral days over the last several weeks trying to solve sth slide show/navigation conflict - so any specific light you can shed will be much appreciated.

I'm having a problem with Download! on my N78 (sw v. 12.046). I can open Download but it freezes, and I also can't download any applications. When Download! freezes, my only option to shut it down is to boot the phone..I can switch to other open applications but Download! is freezed. This is giving me hard time, can't install any applications. Any help or ideas? Anyone else having this problem?
Backup your data, and try doing a soft reset. *#7370#, (use this code at your own risk, since it deletes some important data's in your phone memory, including the data of installed applications on phone memory - means if you installed a java file to your card, it stores some data in your phone memory which will be deleted when you soft reset. So you will have to reinstall that software)

Can't download Photoshop elements 13 purchased on line with download page showing not applicable.
What must I do next?
Years ago started with Photoshop 2.0 advanced to Photoshop Deluxe 4.0 so far so good.

Problem with pictures not showing up
I just updated my iphone 3g to the 4.0.1 and i went into my pictures n half of them show up black in the album. but u can still click on them and seee them full screen. Is there anyway to fix the problem with the pictures showing up as black in the album?
If this is for the photo albums that were transferred from your computer, under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes, deselect Sync Photos followed by syncing which will remove all photos on your iPhone that were transferred from your computer. Follow this by reselecting Sync Photos and selecting the photos you want transferred to your iPhone followed by a sync.
If no change after this, the next step is deleting what is called the iPod Photo Cache from your computer followed by another sync. -

As the title has stated, I have a problem with downloading Indesign CS 6 part 1(Mac) , it always stop downloading at 6.8MB (out of 1.2GB). I tried restarting my mac, using different browser but it is always the same result... Any help???

Why in the world is it that everytime I attempt to report a problem with The TV Show "The Walking Dead Season 2 episode 1" Itunes redirects me to their main page..**
I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.
