Problems with downloading Reader 10 X (Windows OS) - is there an uninstaller .exe for Reader 9?

Having problems downloading Reader 10 X. Is there a "uninstaller" .exe file available to remove all previous versions, references, and language fonts for Reader 9 ? There is an "uninstaller" .exe for FlashPlayer. Please advise. Thank you.

Based on my Add/Remove/Programs, I had Adobe Reader 9.4.5 installed (no other versions were listed). Using the "remove" option in the Add/Remove/Program listing, I uninstalled Adobe Reader 9.4.5. When I tried to download Reader 10.1.1 from Adobe, there was an error stating the download could not complete because there were earlier versions installed. Looking through "my deskstop" and "C" drive, I found there was Adobe Reader 9.2.0 .exe. file. Also, another issue is the Language fonts listed in Add/Remove/Programs are not easily detected because the name doesn't begin with Adobe. When you sort by name, you will find Chinese Language Reader Font, Korean Language Reader Font, etc. This requires people to searah for all references to Adobe Reader. Having an "uninstaller" for Reader would make it much easier for people to ensure the uninstall of Reader is complete - removing all previous versions, references and language fonts, before they attempt to install the latest version for Adobe Reader. Problems with shutdown, expose and window switching

Hi there,
Recently I've been having a few issues with OS X. First of all it wasn't shutting down properly -- the menu bar would disappear and it would look like it was going to shutdown, but it never did. I could move down to the dock (on auto-hide) and it would re-appear, at which point I can bring up a terminal window and use 'shutdown' to do the job. On startup I'd reset the PRAM, and then do a disk-check, but the problem keeps coming back.
Subsequently, I've also been having problems with expose and switching windows (i.e. command-tab). Namely, neither of them work. Expose won't fire from either hot corners or the keyboard, and if I re-launch the app from the Apps folder (without trying to kill it first, I should say), it does nothing. Cmd-tab gets interpreted as just tab, and the keyboard shortcut for dashboard also fails (although I can start the dashboard from the dock).
I read in another post about an invalid jpeg in the downloads folder being able to cause the Expose problem (seems like a most unlikely bug?). Anyway, I cleared all pictures from my downloads folder and functionality came back, but now it's gone again. It's really very frustrating as it makes moving between windows a lot more hassle.
Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

As for actually helping you, and not just satisfying our curiousity, if you start cutting pieces of the code you will probably end up finding the source of the problem (and we won't have too big a program to handle). Since DSC is a likely suspect, you may want to start there.
Also, are you creating an installer and using that to install? If not, you may wish to try that.

Problem with linking DB in Windows XP....

First of all I'd like to clarify my enviroment in which i wanna work with Berkley DB.
- Windows XP SP2
- MinGW (GNU g++ compiler for windows)
I downloaded Berkeley DB 4.5.20 and particulary the Berkeley DB 4.5.20.msi Windows installer. //i would like to work with C++ API.
As i understand the Berkley DB automaticaly builded and libraries were created. In the directory lib i have 2 libraries:
1. libdb45.lib (i think this is a static)
2. libdb45d.lib (i think this is a dynamic)
so i tried to complile and link the following sample code which included in Getting started turorial for C++ API:

I did the following steps in order to create an executable file
g++ -o example_1 example_1.cpp -I"C:\Program Files\Oracle\Berkeley DB 4.5.20\include" -L"C:\Program Files\Oracle\Berkeley DB 4.5.20\lib"
and i get:
undefined reference to `Db::Db(DbEnv*, unsigned)'

undefined reference to `Db::~Db()'
I know that sth wrong happens when the linking takes places but i don't know why.
If s.o know sth about i' ll appreciate it

I wrote the following commads in cmd.exe

and all did corectly i get my examp_1.o object file.

As i understand without know enough about linking it's impossible for g++ (MINGW) to understand in linking step the .lib file which is Berkley DB's library for C/C++ API. The only that g++ tackles is .so or .a libraries and no .lib.
If you don't aggree with this I want to know your opinion.
As a result the only way to link correct an DB application with g++ is to Build the Berkley DB again with g++ something that is not so easy for me.

I Builded DB in Fedora 6 Linux Distribution. I did the make and the .libs directory inside the build_unix directory was created.
But I have similar problem to build my DB application.
I do the following 2 steps:
1. Compiling
g++ -c example_1.cpp
and I get the example.o object file. I don't understand why g++ didn't complain to include the .h files that demands Berkley DB.
2. Linking
g++ -o example example_1.o -L my_path/build_unix/.libs
And I get the known messages the same i get with MinGW's g++.
What does it happen in Linux environment? what arguments i don't give?
And one last question how s.o could find the default path that a linker automaticaly include its libraries? Is this standar for all GNU linux distibution.
I am writting this cause in Fedora there is in old DB distribution and i found it in /etc/libs (db-3XX.so) so I don't know what happens.

I'm having a problem with Download! on my N78 (sw v. 12.046). I can open Download but it freezes, and I also can't download any applications. When Download! freezes, my only option to shut it down is to boot the phone..I can switch to other open applications but Download! is freezed. Backup your data, and try doing a soft reset. *#7370#, (use this code at your own risk, since it deletes some important data's in your phone memory, including the data of installed applications on phone memory - means if you installed a java file to your card, it stores some data in your phone memory which will be deleted when you soft reset. Right click on your iPad's name in the iTunes app on your computer and choose to transfer purchases. That should transfer anything that you have bought with the App Store app on the iPad to the iTunes app on your computer.

You can check you Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered under your account. If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

Thats the ugliest code I've seen in a while and may be hampering your abilities to debug it. No offense - you have to start somewhere - think of it as somewhat constructive criticism.
However, I cannot find any place where this is happening. Its happening on line 193.
Also, this only happens when you try to move certain pieces to certain squaresThat might be a clue. Try printing out the indexes before line 193 and see what happens. Maybe use a debugger to step through your code.

Welcome. I have a problem with downloading and installing programs from the App Store. I am logged into the App Store, and when I click on install it does not react like the makings download eg OS X Maverics it kind of gets but nothing goes. Button is pressed install like and after a while returns to the state before clicking that is to this that I can to click to start the download or installation of.

I was checking on the iPhone does not. I wanted to install a new OS X Maverics first and I had an older OS X Lion write it and now wants to download the OS X Maverics and I can not, and the like to log into the App Store.

Problem with downloading an issue to an Android tablet

We're experiencing a problem with downloading an issue to an Android tablet.
Adobe Content Viewer on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 attempts to download an issue, but after about 30 seconds of downloading ACW stops and without any error message returns to the previous state showing again the Download button. The Internet connection is good. Everything also works perfectly on other tablets we tried - ASUS Transformer and a previuos generation of Galaxy Tab.
Is there any common resolution for this problem?

Then a box that says Adobe Reader could not open 'Amazon_Appstore-release(9).apk' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file was damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.)
