Problems with Firefox input page
I was trying to find a place to contact Mozilla for Firefox feedback. I found this: https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/ however when I go to sign in/create a persona account it says "Either you don't have an account here or you used the wrong Persona account to log in." So I was looking for a contact Mozilla for website flaws/problems and found nothing! I chose the best categories I could but it didn't really fit any.

Whatsnew page for 3.6.17 has formatting problems with Firefox and I.E.
I just updated from 3.6.16 to 3.6.17n and the whatsnew page, displayed after Firefox restarted, has formatting problems in the lower right hand corner.
I checked it with I.E. 8 and it also shows the formatting problem.
Why wasn't this caught before the page was put into "production"?

I wonder what a new Firefox user or an inexperienced user would think of this? They might think that they did something wrong or, worse, they might consider Firefox had problems and they won't use it.
This reflects badly on Firefox.
One more thing, could someone make this textarea taller and wider. It is so small as to cause problems typing and proofing the material.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.<br /><br />

HAVING A PROBLEM WHEN I PRINT A WEB PAGE WHICH IS MORE THAT ONE PAGE LONG. ONLY THE FIRST PAGE PRINTS TO SCALE...THE REMAINING PAGES PRINT OFF THE PAGE????HELP-IT IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM WITH FIREFOX BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH SAFARI??Thank you for the response. I tried to fix the problem with some of the suggestions on that page, but none seem to work. I believe that is the only website that I'm having that problem on. I got to fooling with it a bit more and when I highlight the whole page and select to print the selected area, it actually prints the whole page then, but it won't do it as a default. I guess I can just do it like that from now on, but I thought there would be something in the settings that I could have changed. Thanks again for the help.

When I click onto gmail the login page is partially encrypted. The ibox page is encrypted but when I open an email it is partially encrypted. I contacted gmail who`ve said that it is a problem with Firefox.

In the current Firefox 34 release there is a new "one-off" search bar.
This search bar doesn't show the name of the search engine and a logo.
You can type one letter to make a drop-down list appear where you can see suggestions and see the used search engine and that also has bar at the bottom where you can select other search engines that are enabled via the Search tab in Options/Preferences.
You can use the Tab key to select one of the other available search engines and press the Enter key to search with the selected search engine.
Click the search engine icon and click "Change Search Settings" to open the Search tab in Options/Preferences (positioned between Tabs and Content) to select the default search engine and select which search engines to show in the search bar drop-down list that opens when you start typing search terms. -
Hi, I got the problem with Firefox 27.0.1. I can not run Selenium on Firefox after login a website for automation testing. The browser is not responding. However when I close Nunit, the page is back to be normal. The title is returned to the name of website without "not responding". I sure this problem did not happen on Firefox version 26. I just got this problem when firefox upgrading automatically to version 27. Please help me fix this problem because it is very important for my work. I have a problem with an update page on my website
Here's how it work
values are defualted in from the advert table - this works fine
I should then be able to change the fields and click on the update button
This works fine but ONLY when the O_year field is populated.
There doesn't seem to be anything special about the O_year field
I thought spry text validation would of been causing the issues, but I removed them and have the same problem.
For some reason the POST_MMupdate value is not being set to 'form4', which it is doing if O_year is set.
Please can someone have a look at this, code,
Also, is there a way of 'stepping through' dreamweaver code to debug it?

Removing I investigated spry a little more, in the end I settled for removing spry altogether,
Maybe it was because the text field in a $GET (for the default) AND a $PUT (for the update) -
I've been having problems with Firefox 4.0 locking up pretty much since I installed it. I did add a few add-ons and all I can think of to do is to remove them. I can't figure out how to get rid of them.
Well, When I click on Add-ons I don't get a list of add-ons. AN Add-ons tab opens which shows lots of other great add-ons but I can't get a list os ones that I've installed and have no option to remove. I'm on version 4.0. Maybe the "remove" as described is for an earlier version?
Nevermind, figured it out. Had to click on "Extensions" on the left side of the page to get the list

Am running Firefox 3.6.10. Am having problems with Firefox crashing after upgrading to Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. Anyone else having same problem. Oh, BTW am still using Windows XP operating system.
The latest flash player release is 11,0,1,152.
Can you upgrade to this version and see whether the crash stil exists?

My computer crashes repeatedly and I get the message pages are not responding do you want to stop, and/or shockwave is not responding do you want to stop. I have Windows XP Service Pack 3, I am having the same issues whether I use Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. My HP Pavilion Desktop has 504 MB of Ram and I am using high speed internet connection. Because it was crashing so much, I used the uninstall program for Flash player to uninstall Flash, I checked my registry and removed anything I saw that was Flash. I then uninstalled Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, then I reinstalled the most recent versions from their websites. I did the same for FlashPlayer and Shockwave Flash. I went to the Adobe website and had them check to see if it was working and it shows I have FlashPlayer 10.3.181.36. The page that shows which version of flash player goes with Windows XP states that I should have 10.3.181.34 (This is what I thought I had before I updated, I was having the same problems). When I went into my computer to see what version I have, it shows 11.5.9.620 Activex and both Flash Player and Flash Player Object is listed as 10.3.181.34. My firewall for Windows is set to medium. I also am running Norton Internet Security. It takes anywhere from 3-6minutes for some of my games to load, and I have to refresh at least 3-4 times in order to play. When I do start to play it freezes frequently and I use escape to free it up. This has been going on for a month. I have no idea what to do. I am not very computer savy and I have been learning as I go. -

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
*Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
*Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
*Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

I'm not sure exactly when it happened, but one day my Google search bar turned blue when I tried typing in it. I couldn't see what I was typing. I did some research and some forums said it was a problem with Firefox. Have you heard of this? Is there a solution for it?
Thank you for your help.For me, the google search bar turns blue once I've typed in a search term, but then want to click on it again to change or add something. The entire bar turns blue. I can still type, but it's hidden. Then when I click Search, it does bring up my search results and now the terms I've written are showing in the search bar, with no blue.
The only way to get out of it when the blue is there, is to reload the page. -

I've switched from Google to Firefox because I was so tired of Google crashed all the time. Now I have the same problem with Firefox, Bank id, file downloading, accessing Web pages, none of it works. What is the error?
Ronnie.When Firefox crashes, it usually records information about what was happening at that moment and displays the Mozilla Crash Reporter. Are you seeing that, or is Firefox just freezing and you're killing it?
Assuming you have crashes, you can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "[[Firefox Crashes]]" (especially the last section) for steps to get those crash report IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.
If that's not possible, have you tried Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
* Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run
After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset).

The problems with Firefox 4 are already listed on your help pages, such as Firefox freezing when a Google search is attempted. I've had to go back to 3.6.17 because version 4 just doesn't work. Whatever have you done?

I think this problem may be caused by Yahoo's changes making it incompatible with the klatest version of FireFox.
This is suddenly affecting many many people who use Firefox and are members of Yahoo Groups. All these people say they themselves changed nothing and have not been locked out before when using Firefox. But suddenly, within the last week, they are.
What did Mozilla do or what did Yahoo do to cause this problem? I can say that I was not blocking cookies and after trying a number of things to fix it, I went to Yahoo's home page and navigated to my group from here.
This problem is not anything a user did. Either Firefox is at fault or Yahoo is. I want to know which company is at fault and when they are going to fix it.
