Problems with getting BB world to work :( Please help MME

Hi there So I've installed BB World onto my phone, but when I go onto it this is what happens;
1. 'Blackberry ID
App World requires the latest version of Blackberry ID.
Close or Update'
2. So I click update, then this is what it says;
' App World requires the latest version of Blackberry ID.'
'The software upgrade was interrupted. Please try again.'
'Close or Retry'
3. I press on retry multiple times, but nothing happens. So, I give up and press the escape button. Then this pops up;
'Blackberry ID installation failed. Please try again later. (80002)' So then I press 'OK' and it brings me back to the homescreen.
Please help me, I've been trying to search for a solution for two days all over the internet, but no luck.

Yes, but step 1 was to remove AW, which, based on your question, you'd not yet done...so you'd not yet have been on to step 2...

Well, it seems waiting is not my strong suit..! I renamed a javascript file called recovery to sessionstore. This file was in the folder sessionstore-backups I had copied from mozilla 3 days ago, when my tabs were still in place. I replaced the sessionstore in mozilla's default folder with the renamed file and then started mozilla. And the tabs reappeared as they were 3 days ago!
So there goes the tab problem. But again when I started mozilla the window saying "a script has stopped responding" appeared, this time the script being: chrome//browser/contenttabbrowser.xml2542
If someone knows how to fix this and make firefox launch normally, please reply! Thank you

Just moved my email from Entourage to Mail. Having real problems with getting my signatures to work properly despite sending email as Rich Text.
When adding in a small company logo to the signature, PC's / windows computers only receive signature and logo as attachments.
I've tried all possible fixes I can find including getting a PC user to format the logo but no joy. Has anyone experienced this and any ideas on a fix gratefully received.

If you are using Premiere Elements 13, have you updated it to 13.1 yet? If not, please do so using an opened project's Help Menu/Updates.
What type of user account are you using....local administrator or domain type?

Problem getting wi-fi to work. please help me.

In my home, I have AT&T/Bellsouth DSL internet service with a download speed of 1.5 megabits and a Belkin wireless router. I have never had any problems whatsoever in getting any device to work with the network. I currently use two laptop computers, and stream Sirius internet radio over it. Well now with my new iPhone, it doesn't work on my network at all. I can connect my iphone to my network, it shows that I'm connected with a strong signal with all 3 bars on the icon on the screen, though I get zero internet usage with the phone. I went to the Apple Store yesterday and it connected to their network just fine and I had blazing speed, so I know that there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my iPhone. Would someone please help me? I would greatly appreciate it.

Okay, I now have a solution. I found this information in another thread. I implemented it, and now my iPhone works on my network.
"After reading many posts with many helpful suggestions:
I was able to make my iphone work on my home wirless connection by choosing from the main screen
"settings" then "Wi-fi" then under "Choose a Network" I selected my home network (Belkin) (little blue arrow at the end) then under "IP Address" I chose the "static" button clicked on the "DNS" numbers and entered the the DNS addresses of my router as shown on the summary page when I logged on to my router from my home computer. As for how to log on to your router and find your DNS addresses refer to your router documentation. I tried many of the other solutions and this is so far the only way I could get a connection to actually work. It would always show the strong network signal on my phone but would not be able to connect to the internet and find the server. Like some others who have posted, until this solution I was able to borrow a connection from my neighbor with no problems but his router was a linksys. Hopefully Apple will be patching up all these issues soon.
I have no idea if this solution is permanent or even a good idea but it worked for me. Your mileage may vary. I do love the phone."

Having a big problem with my 6 day old macbook, please help!

My macbook was working fine, I haven't had much of a chance to install the hardware that came with it until tonight though. I was starting to install the first disk that came with my macbook, when I saw that it would take over 3 hours to install. SInce I need to go to bed early I decided to cancel and figured I could start tomorrow after work.
Well, I turned my mac back on to see if it was still alright, and my mac hd is missing off the desktop, it doesn't even show the main toolbar/taskbar that's across the top of the screen unless I'm in safari. A message keeps coming up that says spotlight quit unexpectedly. I tried hitting all three options (ignore, report, and restart) different times and the window still keeps coming up.
I put the disk back in my computer to see if I could just start to install it again but the computer isn't even recognizing that there is a disk in there.
PLEASE HELP ME!! This is a brand new computer and I can't afford for it to break.

I hope you invested in AppleCare. It extends your warranty for three years and also gives you three years of phone support. MacBooks come ready to use, as far as I know. The discs that come with it contain software, not "hardware" are provided in case of problems. Take your MacBook back to the Applestore and they will take care of the problem. If it is unfixable, they will replace your MacBook, but you only have fifteen days, after which, they will repair your MacBook, but not replace it (unless it is totally FUBAR) Your sales person should have explained all this to you. Problem with I-Trigue 3400 (static)! Please help!

Alright, I bought my first set of I-Trigue 3400s about 2 weeks ago. Less than a few hours after using them, static started to come through the right speaker. This would happen intermittently for the next 2 days before I decided to exchange them. I was told it must of been a manufacturing defect and not to worry.
Well, I got a 2nd set of the I-Trigues to replace my first set. Everything has been swell for the past 2 weeks until last night. Last night and today I am once again getting static over my speakers. I tried fiddeling with the wires thinking it might be a loose connection and I also tried shutting off my computer and any nearby electronic devices. Unfortunately, none of my attempts have resolved the issue. This time the static is coming out of both speakers, although it is really bad and loud with the right speaker. I tried switching the left/right plugs around for the speakers, and this just made the louder static come out of the left speaker instead of the right one..
PLEASE HELP! My speakers haven't even lasted me two weeks!! And this is the 2nd set of 3400s I buy!!!!
btw, I've already sent for my rebate, so I don't think I can exchange my speakers for the THIRD time!

Hey! I've got the same problem with the same kind of speakers! When im listening to something volume is coming down and after a some time its coming back to its previous level! Coming back to its normal level can be forced by turning the speakers on and off! thats all i've discovered...
i also heard that some of creative speakers have kind of (f**k i dont know the word in english :P ) which works like that: when subwoofer is hot it automatially turns the volume lower to save your speakers from burning form hot :P or something like this :P
hmm... what i discovered that is no matter what i connect as source of music! effect of volume is the same
or maby you discovered the reason of this?

Replacing places.sqlite with older file is not working, please help I need my bookmarks

My hard drive was recently crashed so I had to reinstall windows 7 operating system. I recovered the deleted places.sqlite file from before the crash. I replaced the old file with new places.sqlite file but is not restoring any of the bookmarks

Please suggest a way to open the places.sqlite file manually & extract bookmarks from it or any other way to get the bookmarks back

It is possible that this copy of places.sqlite is corrupted if your bookmarks aren't restored and in that case you can't use this file and will have to delete all the places files (-shm and -wal as well)
If you also have a copy of the JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder then try to restore the bookmarks that way.

HT1414 I am having a problem with a black screen.. Please HELP

I am having black screen issues. Have tried all the resets and no luck. I hear it but cant see anything. I called support and they said pay more money for it to get resolved. I cant see paying money for something i dont ffeel i caused. I left it charging and went out for several hours and came back to a black screen now its gonna cost 149.99 for telephone support that may or may not resolve the issue. Funny the first time I called them it started working again andthe price to get support at that time was 119.99 then they proceeded argue with me that it was not fixed and i would have to pay them to fix it. The darn thing is only 8 months old never been scratched dropped or abused in any way. Someone please help me get his apple ipad working for my daughter. This is her fun she doesnt do much else and i cant seem to figure out what is wrong with it...It is still under warranty and they say just to send it in is going to cost 99.99. I feel im being taken advantage of by the support comapny apple uses....

After selecting the Crop Tool you should see a little icon in the Options bar that allows you to select what kind of grid overlay you'd like while cropping, along with some options that define when to show it...

Problem with my ipods audio!! Please help!

When I play any audio on my ipod, it usually only comes through one earbud. Even if the headphones are brand new, and in perfect working order. My brother has a perfect working set of headphones, and when he uses them with his ipod, they work perfectly. Then when I plug them into my ipod, the sound only comes through 1 earbud (the right side). Then if I lightly pinch to the upper right of the click wheel (right under the screen), it will start to work. But I sometimes have to pinch in different places. What could be the problem???? Do I have to send it in to be repaired? Please help!!!

Problem with XP/Vista Network...please help

Hi. I have been trying all day to configure my new network. I am using a wired wrt54g on a vista pc and using a wmp54g wireless adapter on my xp pc. I can connect to the internet from both pc's so the network connection is there. The problem is that the two pc's cannot see each other?! For about 10 minutes they were both on the map but when I tried to share files and a printer I lost it. I cannot get them to see each other now no matter what I try. Please help. I am new to all this.

In Vista go to adaptor properties choose tcp/ip click advance then wins and enable netbios over tcp/ip. Vista should see the other network computers when check workgroup if you have set up network properly. Graphically if you want to see the xp computer on vista have to download lltd to all xp computers. this worked for me. Did a restore point in case before.

Problem with Micro Sim release Mechanism. Please help?

I am using Ipad2 and tried to change the Micro SIM using the Pins to release it. The Micro Sim holder is not coming out as usual and there seems to be an internal problem with the release mechanism. For now, I can't access my Micro Sim. Please help?

My Creative Cam wont work properly in MSN Messenger! I cant get the effects to work PLEASE HELP!

When I open the webcam centre everything works fine I can get all the effects...BUT when I open messenger (MSN) I get a good picture but when I open the effects window I cant get the effects to work in there.... I had the exact same issue but finally after much reading found that the Advanced Video FX utility must be activated first, then open the Web Cam Center.
On the upper left side just above your image is a Device Selection box. You may not redily recognize it as such.. Click on the down arrow just to the left of the Format tab and select the "Creative WebCam(With Video Effects)". Now try the effects. This did the trick for me. Hope it works for you!

When you said you have a static IP, I assume you mean a static LAN IP.
1) What static IP address are you using?
Also, in the computer, temporarily turn off your software firewall, including Windows Firewall, and see if that helps.
Some firewalls are difficult to turn off.
If you are using Zone Alarm, right click on the ZA icon in the system tray (lower right corner of screen) and then click "Shutdown ZoneAlarm", and see if this fixes your problem. If this does not work, try the following with Zone Alarm: Open the ZAISS control center, go to Privacy, then temporarily turn off Ad Blocking and Cookie Control, and see if that fixes your problem.
If you are using Noton Internet Security with the Add-on Pack, be sure to turn off the Pop-up Blocker. Some users have reported that they needed to uninstall the entire Norton Add-on Pack.
If you still have trouble then please detail exactly what you are doing and exactly what you see on your laptop when you are trying to connect. For example, on your computer, can you see a list of other wireless networks in your neighborhood? can you see your network listed?
