Problems with installing photoshop and dreamweaver etc.

I have  a new I mac, when I transferred all my programms from my Mac book pro I can´t open photoshop on the new I MAC;
it says error 150:30.
The new MAC doesn´t have a dvd reader so I can´t install the photoshop with the dvd.
What shall I do?
It is the sam with all the aobe programms I have.

    Since updating to Mavericks I am having problems with Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver opening files on Parallels VM and network servers. Will updating Java to 7 help? Everything worked before upgrade. Photoshop say files are empty, in Dreamweaver the document is blank and Illustrator crashes. If I open the files off my local machine everything works fine.

  • Problem with installing Photoshop elements 9 and adobe support advisor

    Hi, I've received a graphic tablet with 2 programs: the first has been downloaded and works perfectly while the second, PSE9, has been giving me problems for at least a week!
    I downloaded it and now I have a winzip file full of strange things (one of this is set up exe which tells me that I have to install adobe support advisor) and two files which said 3DF.tmp and PSEP9(1).zip.download and if I try to click them they tell me that I have to find on the Net the program to open them because I can't. And I don't know which program is required.
    I tried a lot of times to download the adobe support advisor, I have enough space on my disc and my farewall is deactivated, but when the program begins I saw this annoyant message
    cpsid_82829s5 Missing installation file bootstrapper error occured
    with this code for a support from adobe 00-67325-032018052012
    I unistalled it and retried, but nothing.
    Please, I just want to use my tablet with the programs which are comprised in the package, why it's so difficult to download this damn photoshop elements 9????????????

    In the error message it doesn't tell me
    "Installer has detected that a machine restart is pending. It is recommended that you quit the installer, restart try again,"
    neither "Installer failed to initialize. File not found. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."
    and I have enough space and I have Windows xp then I should be able to install it. I tried to unistall and install again the support advisor but nothing. I'm desperate.

    Did you try the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-error-messages-b ootstrapper-cs5.html which was identified by the Adobe Support Advisor?  If so can you please list each step and the result of those steps.  This will allow us to best advise you on your next steps.

  • I have problems with my Photoshop and Premiere Elements 10

    I've had Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10 since February and they've been nothing but trouble, constantly closing and, in addition, I believe causiing other programs, such as IE 9 and those in Office 10, to close also.
    They've disappeared again and,  again, I am unable to download them.  I've been on Chat, followed instructions with no result, and spent about 15 hours trying to re-download them.  Again.  I  just don't understand this.  I've had a running dialogue with Adobe and gotten nowhere. 
    Must I order and pay for the discs?  If I get the discs, will my results be any different?  (Better or worse?)

    Kay Latona you can order replacement media by contacting our support team.  Are you currently receiving errors when trying to install Photoshop and Premiere Elements or when you try to open either Photoshop or Premiere Elements?

  • Problem with installing IOS and ejecting CD

    Hi guys,
    I have a problem here where my computer got stolen from my house. The police were able to cease it back but they have to reformat everything. The Imac came back but there were no IOS in it (blank harddisk). I put in the CD that comes with the computer when I bought it.
    However, Imac wouldnt read the cd and it would not eject the disc for me too. Can anyone please advice of how I can eject the cd and reinstalling it please?
    PS: I have not mac keyboard or mouse as well as it was stolen and they were unable to retreive it.

    Ok well I went ahead and picked through the different boards here and found my answers. You have to uninstall the security patch that is causing the problem with QuickTime. You still can’t use the latest version of I-tunes. You will have to use 6.0.4.2 which is what came on the CD with my I-Pod (if you update your I-Pod beyond a certain version it wont work right with I-Tunes) I also completely uninstalled I-Tunes and QuickTime from my computer by using a install clean up program form Microsoft. After everything was uninstalled I used the instructions on how to turn off conflicting programs to make sure the reinstalls went smooth.   • Problems with installing Photoshop CS4 Extended (Windows)?

    Just got new software today and am unable to install it. I keep getting the following error message: DATA_FILE_VERSION. I then have to click ok and then the screen gets hung up with the hour glass. When I try and force quit, I get another error: autoplay.exe not loading.
    Anyone else have this problem with this particular program? I've never had a problem installing any software from Adobe or otherwise. Can't seem to get support techs to answer the phone to get help.

    Googling only comes up with a couple things where someone was trying to
    install a cracked version they downloaded, so it could be a corruption
    problem.
    If this is a downloaded installer, then redownload it and try installing,
    again.
    If you are inserting a DVD and autoplay is starting up and you get this
    message, you can shut down the installer process as you've done then instead
    of double-clicking the DVD, use right-click Explore to view the files
    directly on the DVD without running AutoPlay, then find the setup.exe or
    something.MSI with EN in it's name to run the installer, directly, without
    goint through autoplay.  This would only make a difference if the autoplay
    is corrupted somehow but everything else is ok.  Since your error message
    talks about autoplay then maybe that is the case.
    If you are calling Adobe for support, it can take hours, depending on when
    you call.
    This "open letter to Adobe customers" was posted within the last few days
    and basically apologizes for poor support, recently, while they change from
    support-provider to another:

  • Problems with Installing iTunes and wireless network connection

    Every time I attempt to install iTunes it completely kicks the internet off and an error comes up that the wireless network adapter to not connect or is not detected. My internet service is connected to a router which I receive wirelessly to my laptop. I do not understand why it is happening and to get the internet to work again I needed to do a system restore. Any ideas why this is happening. Also when iTunes was installed it came up correctly, it would just not connect to the net. I have had a previous version on my old laptop but since purchasing this new laptop I am having such difficulty. On another note, if this problem can be resolved, once iTunes is working is there a way to get the songs from my old computer onto the new? Thanks for the help in advance!

    I just saw your post and I resolved this on mine for my wired connection. I'm willing to bet that the issue is the same for wireless. Here's what I found.
    Issue:
    During the installation, iTunes installs some network components related to mobile device support over ethernet(Apple Mobile Device Ethernet Service - netaapl.inf). At the same time, according the logs, the install process removed OEM18.inf. This almost exactly coincided with the time that I saw the network connection die (preceded it by a few seconds).
    Basically, iTunes appears to be removing a required network component.
    Resolution:
    After installing iTunes and the network connection breaking, remove the network device from Device Manager and allow Windows to reinstall it automatically.
    The following instructions are for Windows 7, but they are close enough to follow for other versions of Windows.
    1. Click the Start button (Jewel in Vista and Win7).
    2. Right-click Computer and click Manage in the menu that appears (type your password or click Yes if prompted).
    3. On the left side of hte Computer Management window, click Device Manager.
    4. Click the arrow (or plus sign) next to Network Adapters to expand that section.
    5. Right-click your network adapter and click Uninstall in the menu that appears.
    6. Click OK.
    7. Reboot.
    Windows should automatically detect and reinstall your network device on boot.

    I have a Sound Blaster Li've! dri've and was running the driver from the Li'veDrvPack_Patch. I have recently bought a turntable with an amp that has RCA cables. I hooked it up to my Li've! dri've and could not get it to play (the Aux 2 port did not show up in any of my software). To remedy the problem, I completely uninstalled my drivers and all SB ap

    After that, I installed the Li'veDrvUni-Pack. I can now play from the Aux 2 input! Yay, one problem solved.
    Now, I cannot record anything. The Recorder app I used to have was uninstalled. I tried to re-install it by downloading it from the Creative website but it looks like that is just a patch and not the complete app. It won't install for me because I don't already have an earlier version installed. I took out my old SB Li've! driver and application CDs. I found the Recorder application on the driver CD. However, when I try to run the setup, I cannot install Recorder without installing the old drivers. I need the Li'veDrvUni-Pack version of drivers because my turntable won't work with it so I do not want to install these old drivers as I'd have to update it with the Li'veDrvPack_Patch instead. Is there anything I can do to remedy this or am I screwed? If the latter, any recommendations on recording software? I prefer free of course but reasonably priced is ok as long as it's not bloated.

    Download the recorder app from the website. 'tis a self-extracting archi've which can be unzipped into a folder on yer hard disk. Unzip and go two levels down the directory tree and run the setup.exe in there. That should install it for you.

  • Problem with InDesign, Photoshop and the clipboard...

    this is my first posting within the adobe forums, please be gentle
    So, first things first. We recently switched from PowerPC PowerMac infrastructure to much more powerful Windows machines (i.e. i7 3.4GHz, 16GB Ram, 128GB SSD and decent Motherboards). Now one very annoying bug occurs (and it only occurs on windows machines).
    System Information
    - Windows 7 SP1 (x64, enterprise edition)
    - Creative Suite Design Standard
       - Indesign v7.5.1
       - Photoshop
    Lets assume we have an InDesign-Document with the following specifications:
    Around 8mb size
    Various Layers with images on network storages (mixed, eps and tif documents)
    one of it is a relatively large tiff file (178mb) (300dpi, about 9.200x12.000px, opens normally in photoshop)
    When I copy all elements of one page into the clipboard, it renders the pdf for a while. If I then try to start a new document in Photoshop, it won't let me use the clipboard, even though the document is in the clipboard (new document in indesign -> paste -> ét voila).
    It seems to be the fault of either the tiff or some text layers (the used font is okay and recognized by photoshop, no errors here), but since we need the whole document in PS for editing purposes, it's a no-brainer to exclude layers for copy&paste.
    What I've tried so far:
    it's not the system itself, the error occurs on every machine, no matter if real computer or just a virtual machine with only windows, indesign and photoshop
    Modified registry values for Photoshop (inserted AlwaysImportClipboard and AlwaysImportClipboard64 in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Photoshop\55.0\) - no change here.
    empty clipboard in Photoshop before c&p.
    Stupid thing is ... it works flawlessly on Mac OS X 10.6.8 with the same Creative Suite version It would be great if anyone has any ideas concering this error.

    If you do not have CS6 perpetual installed you should be able to install the subscription version of CS6 version 13.1.2 using the Creative cloud desktop application. Note I have CS6, CC and CC 2014 installed....

    You can check you Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered under your account.  If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

    1) Apps are not part of the backup, only data stored by 3rd party apps. But you can redownload the apps for free again if you use the same account you did when you bought them the first time. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
    2) See this article http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766 and find out what's in your backup.
    3) Backup your itunes+ library (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1382 and http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1751), which will copy your Mobile Applications folder, and save your iphone backup folder as well
    In other words, maintaining a backup of your computer is essential.
    When you resync your apps from your computer to the phone, make sure your computer is authorized again. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420
