Problems with iphone & itunes

Had to replace computer now if I sync, all my music etc on iphone will be overwritten by itunes, how can I sync what is on phone to itunes

Prevent automatic syncing one time, without changing settings: Open iTunes. Then, as you connect iPhone to your computer, press and hold Command-Option (on a Mac) or Shift-Control (on a PC) until you see iPhone appear in the sidebar. Then, use the iTunes File menu > Transfer purchases from XXX's iPhone.
For stuff not purchased from the iTunes Store, you will need a 3rd party utility that can transfer to iTunes.

You can also download most past purchases again, music (limited to US presently), iBooks and Apps.

I have a PC with Windows Vista Home Premium 2007, entering into iTunes Store on the main screen I get only AppStore, Podcast and iTunes U. In my screen I get only ipad2 Podcast, iTunes U Downloads. My problem is I can not access any application to download music, videos, books, etc..
ITunes will be installed wrong or what should I do to activate these options?

Go to the front page of the Store, and click Change Country. Make sure it is set to the country where you actually are.
Then you will be able to see everything that is for sale in your country, which, depending where you live, might or might not include music.

I have problem with Iphone 3G 16 GB. I was trying to reset all the settings in the iphone but something went to wrong side and now probably operating system is damaged and only icon for connection to the iTunes is showing up. ITunes is not recognizing the phone. Please can you help me!

The iPhone is in Recovery Mode, generally the iPhone will have to be restored to get it out of recovery mode.

You would need to sync with iTunes to get that process to work for you. Check out the article below for more information on how to resolve that issue to get the proper token to use Push Notifications again.

Activation problems with iPhone 5

Has anyone had activation problems with iPhone 5 today?? is there any kind of trouble with itunes and wireless activation??

I have unlocked and used iphone 5's before. Never had this problem.
When I put my tmobile SIM in it;ll say no service then go back to the actviation screen after saying "activation required"

Try to Restore with iTunes on your computer. If this does not work, there is full Warranty. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution.

Some more developments ... the issue appears to be browser-specific. I can't see the download controls at the moment in either IE 8 (I'll get your message) or Safari for Windows 5.0.5 (I'll just get the blank box). But I can see the download controls in Firefox 4 and Chrome (whatever version I have of that).
So it might be worth installing Firefox and seeing if you can get the downloads via that:

Problem with installing iTunes

So these are my problems with installing iTunes.
At first it was :
A required iTunes component is not installed.Please repair or reinstall iTunes (-45019)
Then it got worse as it would not even open and these would appear:
The program can't start because AVFoundationCF.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
and this would appear:
iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes.
Error 7 (Windows error 126)
I reinstalled maybe about 5 times or more...
If I thought I solved the above problem, this would appear:
iTunesHelper.exe is not installed on my computer.
I seen other people comment that you should unistall and restart the computer and install the setup again, but it does not work..
And others would say to repair the AAS or iTunes etc..
And after trying all these it does not work???
What else works?

I also tried repairing the Microsoft NET.

There are major reception and battery problems with iPhone 3GS after upgrading to iOS 4.2.1.
I can not believe that Apple did not test this for major bugs like this one is.
I am a business user and can not effort to have bad reception. Apple wants to gain in the business clients... I never had this with my former BlackBerrys!
I need a reliable phone not a play thing like this is right now, it just needs it to work propely. And if a major bug like this comes along, fix it immediately. After the iPhone4 story, now this...incredible! Going back to my reliable BlackBerry! It just ain't reliable and takes forever to fix a problem.

I have the same issue after iOS 4.2.1 update. I am using iPhone 3GS officially unlocked by Apple. I tried using different SIM cards and both carriers show same problem when using phone in 3G mode. Phone falls back to EDGE mode showing 'E' from '3G' at start. I have reset the phone and rebooted several times and moved to different cell areas in the city just to verify the problem.
I had no such issues earlier. I also have Nokia E71 which shows full signal and has no such issues.
I have posted the bug on apple iphone feedback page. I hope they Apple will fix the problem and test the release properly on all models before releasing to public.

Same problem here with and I've done everything shy of a total reset which I also find unacceptable. This problem exists on all iMessage platforms (iPhone, iPad, and Mac) so I don't see how restoring my iPhone would help the problem.
