Problems with logging into Muse and so to CCloud

Alternatively I cannot log into my Creative Cloud Account on my desktop or my laptop. Muse seems to be the problem. This already happened twice. I dumped Muse into the trash and emptied it. This was the solution the help desk gave me a few weeks ago. I had then to remove a .db file, but I forgot which one. Anyway, when trying to download another version of Muse I get the the message that I already have it, the download button is blanked out. Bother! Does anyone have this problem as well??

  • Graphics Problems with Log in screen and iPhoto

    I have been having some problems with my brand new MacBook Pro. The graphic card seems to be going broken sometimes and it seems to be happening more often.

    First I bought a new mac to replace my old one, i restored it from a Time Machine back up. When my MacBook Pro went to sleep the screen turns black and you click and the screen blocks up and more of the screen unblocks as you move the mouse, I never experience this problem with my old MBP. So I took it back to the shop where they gave me a brand new one, they said it was clearly a graphics problem.

    I installed the time machine back up straight away and I experience the same problem again and a few days later a iPhoto problem happens again lots of times. Examples of what happens are in the video pasted below.

  • Problems with logging into iTunes U private content. Did something change on Apple's end?

    We've been running iTunes U for public and private content for several years.
    Just in the last day or so, when we log in with our local credentials, a blank page pops up.
    The person who set up the transfer script said something changed on Apple's end. Does anyone know if there was a change or is also having a problem?

    We are not seeing an issue accessing the Ithaca College site via transfer script on our end. In most cases, when a transfer script that had previously worked suddenly stops working, the time stamp for the credentials is outside of the 90 second window we are expecting. We would recommend appending the debug suffix to the credential to test the credential.

  • Problems with logging in, passwords and keychains

    Hi everyone.
    I've had my iMac since November 2011 and have never really had any problems.  But in the last couple of days I've been having some serious issues with passwrods and keychains.  I'm not very techy, so I'll just go through step by step...
    Normally when I switch on my computer it comes up to the User accounts screen.  I click on my account, type my password in and it logs me in.  For some reason now (it's literally just changed over night) when I switch on my computer, it diverts from typing in a password and logs in straight away.  Weird, but no big issue.
    But now my Mail keeps asking me to type in my keychain password for my updates.  I've only had 1 password the entire time I've used my iMac and it doesn't accept it at all now.  Starting to get annoying now.
    And finally, and the most worrying for me, is I generally put my iMac to sleep over night rather than switch it off completely.  But when I try to log back in now, it won't accept my password at all, locking me out of the system.  Sometimes it goes to a black screen as if it's about to log my back, but it doesn't.  So to get by this I have to unplug my iMac from the socket and switch it back on again just so I can get back in.  This worries me as I do a lot of digital art work and I don't want any files being corrupted or damaged.
    I've tried runnning the disk reparirs through Utilities, but I'm not sure how to tackle this.
    Has this happened to anyone else?  And do you know a solution?

    OK, I've managed to top up now. No idea why it didn't work the first time. I've also tried to port my number again and it said that it was successful, but it said that last time too. Another question: apparently I've been given a "pack", but I don't think that is good for me because I won't actually be using the number, so I don't want to be paying every week. The website says "If you don't want a pack any more, you can simply remove it." But I can't see any option for doing this. Where should I be looking? Thanks

  • Problems with Placing into Muse

    Hey ail I have made two separate animations for a site I am doing in Muse. I had the same stage size and put the graphics at the same position on the "floor" lets call it. Problem is when I place the one it shows up perfect in Muse but when I place the other it shows the bounding box and the animation is up way to high and causing one rectangle with text in it to allow the text to overflow outside of the rectangle even though when I play the animation in Edge it looks perfect. I made each the same and with the same floor but one is fine the other not. Any suggestions? Am I clear in my description? Thanks much for any and all advice!

  • I have strange problems with logging into Itunes. How do I fix them?

    After resetting my Apple ID's password which I haven't used in a few years, I logged in on the Itunes store. For some reason, it says it is my first time using my ID with Itunes Store, even though I have done so in the past. Then, it asked me to review my information, and the page just showed I had to put in my password. So I did that, and I pressed the continue button, and it said I hadn't completely filled out the form, and I needed to enter the birth date. But, there was nothing asking me for my birthdate on the form. What's going on?

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost       
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Restore from backup. See:

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.             
    If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

  • I'm having a problem with logging into a FileVault-protected user account after restoring from Time Machine backup.

    Hi all,
    My computer had been running really slowly for a while, so I decided to erase the whole hard drive and reinstall the operating system, and then I was going to restore the files I cared about from Time Machine. The main account, which had all my documents and photos, was FileVault-protected. The last thing I did before erasing the hard drive was to run one last Time Machine backup. As far as I remember, I always ran Time Machine backups with the FileVaulted user logged in.
    I don't remember whether I was using FileVault 1 or 2. I had been using FileVault 1, but I installed Lion as soon as it came out and I thought I had migrated to FileVault 2 at that point.
    Once I erased the hard drive and reinstalled the operating system, I browsed the Time Machine disk and, within the Users folder, there was no folder for the main user account. When I tried to reinstall everything by restoring from Time Machine backup, I'd get the option for all the user accounts, but when I tried to log in with the main one I'd get the dreaded "You are unable to log in to the FileVault user account "User" at this time. Log in failed because an error occurred." Finally, when attempting to restore from the Time Machine backup again, I noticed something strange: After the computer got to about 10% done restoring, it declared itself completed successfully and rebooted.
    I've tried a number of tips that came up from questions about similar issues on the Apple support forum, but had no luck. Is there any way to get these files back? Did they ever even get backed up?

    Did you have only the one user account? If there were others, they should also be in the "Users" folder. You probably won't have access to the files inside them, but they should be there.
    From what can make out, it looks like it's not backed up any of the files for the filevault account. Can't see user folder when looking through previous backups in Time Machine galaxy view.
    Are you doing that from a Finder window set to your internal HD, or your computer name? It should look something like this (with the Finder in List view):

    I'd been logging out and backing up manually on a regular basis.
    Scheduled backups should run normally; but they won't back up the File Vault sparse bundle, nor will any run manually.
    The only time it's backed-up is when you actually log out.
    You should have seen this window on logout:

    If you didn't see the second one, or cancelled it, the account wasn't backed-up.

    Hi, I have a problem with logging into PSN. When I want to log into in there comes an error which is NW-31456-9. I have something like that for 1 day. Anyone know how to fix this? I tried manual settings for my internet but it doesn't work.

    Did some more debugging. The application is an application running under the Glassfish 2.1.1 application server. The logger is configured in a Lifecycle module and accessed in an EJB module. Here is what I found.
    With JDK 1.6.0_05, the logger that I get in the Lifecycle module is the same logger instance that I get within the EJB where I am logging. In the EJB, I get all of the handlers and print out the information and all is correct and the logging works with the handler.
    Change the symbolic link to point to JDK 1.6.0_22 and the logger that I get in the Lifecycle module is not the same logger instance that I get within the EJB where I am logging. This time in the EJB, the logger's level is "null" and there is no handler associated with the logger. So that is why it is not logging. What I don't understand is why the logger instance is retrieved in the EJB is not the same logger instance in the Lifecycle module.
    Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

    I just noticed that one of the restore methods you posted was to put it into Disk Mode First rather than just use the resstore straight off, I Have tried that and seems to have solved the problem, If it has thank you. previously I have only tried just restoring it skipping this extra step. Hope my iPod stays healthy, if it doesnt its a warrenty job me thinks any way thanks again

    Hi, I have Macbook Pro 2010 and it was hurt in accident and I lost top case with screen. I want to use it with external screen. I bought USB WiFi and everything works, but I can't log into App Store.
    I have still got "an error has occurred". I think the reason is I don't have build-in ethernet or wifi card only USB WiFi. Any solution? I was trying everything - help.

    No, account works well, because I can log into iTunes and App Store works well on iPad and iPhone.
    I've read a lot. I'm sure the reason is no airport ethernet card. My problem is I don't know how to force to work App Store with my USB WiFi. I deleted /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist and this doesn't worked.

    the itunes says that it knows that there isan ipod there, but it doesnt recognize it. I have reset the ipod, restarted my computer, and reinstalled itunes.
    Doublechecking. Have you tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components (Apple Mobile Device Support, Apple Application Support, etc ...) and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

    I am facing a strange problem while logging into SDM server in J2ee WebAS. After providing userid and password if i enter, it shows a message in the bottom that 'Attempting to logon into <server name>' for long time (more than a day) and not logs into it and remains in the same state until we close it.
    could anyone tell me what may be the problem.my userid and password is correct. pls guide me if anyone encountered this type of problem and solved.

    B)when you start the SDM GUI, one commend prompt window will open, could you let me know last few lins of that.
    1)     Access the  usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCE_NAME>/SDM/program directory.
    2)     Access  the this script file :
       (i)     RemoteGui.bat  (In Windows)
    C) if B) looks fine then
    I think the SDM password is wrong..
    do this way
    1.     stop SDM
    2.     open the commend prompt d:\usr\sap\J2E\JC00\SDM\program
    3.     type sdm jstartup "mode=standalone"
    4.     type sdm changepassword "newpassword=abcd1234"
    5.     type sdm jstartup "mode=integrated"   ( otherwise engine will not come up)
    6.     start SDM
    now try with SDM password  "abcd1234"

  • XISUPER can't log into IB and ID but log into SLD ok

    XI 3.0 SR1 is up and running, I can log into RWB and SLD with user XISUPER and password, however when I attempt to log in with XISUPER and password after the webstart kickoff it says "Authorization error username or password incorrect"...however i have proven that it is correct because I can log into SLD and RWB with said user...
    Has anyone seen this before?

    Hi John,
    pls check the XIsuper has same pswd in SU01(abap stack)
    and exchangeProfile(java stack) for IR and ID services. It you have changed the pswd at any said places you will face this kind of problem. First set the pswd in su01 and than in exchangeProfile.
