Problems with My Bt Website- any ideas?

I have been unable to access My Bt broadband usage monitor since Feb 2012. I gave up trying to get help with this as I don't expect to go over. However, I had an email telling me that I'd used 32gb out of 40gb. I was still ok for my 40gb limit last month, but would like to be able to access my BT usage monitor now that they say i'm getting close to going near the limit for the first time.
It seems that the MY Bt part of the Bt website is worse than ever. I've tried loads of browsers and different computers, but the usage monitor still has red letters warning me that it is undergoing maintenance. Well that's been over a year now. Also, the navigation is not working, I have blank white pages in the middle with no info and a page can't be displayed error message. I know I'm online and logged in as I can view my phone bill and latest phone usage.
Which department should I try? I've spoken to Uk based customer service broadband department and India call centre and live chat but they say they don't deal with the website. What should I try?

That link seems to be the one that works for most people, but there are some more suggestions at Section 14 here (© Andy_N). It's certainly about time this was fixed especially given that it's the only way BT offer to check on usage they might charge for.

    Originally we were getting the error that the phone could not connect. Then, after deleting the account multiple times and re-adding it again, the error message CHANGED to having to log in to Yahoo and authorize.
    When we went to Yahoo in a regular browser and logged in there was an alert telling us about connection attempts so it disabled mobile/iphone connectivity. It required that we change our password FIRST.
    Then, we went in to Manage Apps and Webpages and saw that iPhone was not there but Facebook was.
    After all of this went back to the phone and deleted then re-added the account again and SUCCESS!
    It now also shows up on the Yahoo Manage Apps and Webpages.
    Hope this helps someone else. Please consider giving me points if it does or like the post.

    If you look at the top left of your screen you will either see a 3G (or 4G if you have AT&T) or you will see the wi-fi symbol.  If you don't see the wi-fi symbol you are connecting to Gmail through your cellular data plan, not via wi-fi.
    To answer your question, it doesn't happen often but when it does the steps I mentioned above will normally resolve it.  Hopefully you won't have any further problem with this.

    Hi, had the same problem when downloading Lightroom 5 from the creative cloud desktop - dll package for lightroom solved the problem here.
    I am on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
    (I uninstalled audition cc and installed it again with the same result)

    SteveG, thanks for the link again. I tried before to extract both (msvcr80.dll and msvcr100.dll)  to audition cc like I did with the lightroom 5 problem and I failed.
    This time I only extracted msvcr100.dll to audition cc and it worked!

    Well it's those .dlls that are the only reason that I'm aware of for this failing. Can I suggest downloading and installing them again? I presume that it's the information in this thread that you are referring to?

    The only think I've done recently is install a different antivirus program and uninstall the old one which had expired. Not sure if this is linked to the problem...?

  • Runnung on UBUNTU. Cannot open files hosted by Imagebam. Only started recently. No problems in the past. Contacted Imagebam. They reviewed Linux diagnostic results and think it's a problem with the browser. Any ideas?? Thanks.

They said the results looked okay and that it was probably a browser issue. I have no trouble with any other file hosts and this problem only surfaced in the last few days. Hoping someone can help.     ive had my ipod nano for just over a year and up and untill recently it was working satisfactory and serving its purpose well. However two days ago for no reason what so ever the screen has stopped working properly. Its as if its had a stroke or something. Only the top half of the screen works and even that isn't to good in quality. On the bottom half it remains completly blank. The music and stuff still works perfectly fine however. Its annoying as basically i have just had it over the year and im not sure if im covered by a warrenty. Im also pretty annoyed as for once i haven't been responsable for breaking something which has stopped working and this problem is clearly manufactural. Just wondering if any of u guys know if there is anything i can try to get it working? thanks.

    Do a reset of everything on your ipod. Then reconnect it and it should work.

    I tried using the end tag /> and then I was able to include the contacthistory.jsp but I need to get the additional param sent to the contacthistory.jsp so this will not do...

    Sounds to me like the variable someValue contains a quote (").
    You could try putting it into the pageContext and getting it out in the included page. Or if that doesn't work, try the session.

  • Problems with one particular website in Safari on iPhone

    Forgive my ignorance; I am fairly clueless when it comes to technical issues.
    I am having trouble using one particular website from my iPhone. On this one particular website, only the text of the site is rendering in Safari. The navigation, images, and headers of the site are completely missing.
    I've tried to access the website in Safari from my coworker's Mac and it's fine. I can also access it with no problems on any other computers or browsers that I've tried. Every other site works fine on the iPhone except for this one particular website.
    I made sure that my iPhone software was the latest version, and I reset the phone just to make sure, but that one website still isn't working. I contacted the webmaster who says he sees no problem on their end.
    Any ideas what could be going wrong?

    No, the site isn't Flash-based; it's a site I've visited on the phone dozens of times. This problem only started occurring a few days ago.
    I'm embarrassed to admit that the site is Popsugar.com, a celeb gossip site that I visit whenever I'm bored.

    The problem is not the router.. the issue is the vpn has put your computer in a different IP range with a different gateway. When you turn off the vpn the computer returns to local lan and can print.
    Some vpn software allows you to set gateway to use local net instead of remote gateway or access to other webistes or local lan.
    Read up the issue.

    I did not search much.. just grabbed the first article I could find that explains the issue.
    The whole point of the vpn is whilst it is connected your computer is NOT part of the Local Lan .. it is part of the Remote LAN via the vpn tunnel.
    It is also a security risk using split tunnelling so often it will not be allowed.
    Plug the printer directly into the computer via usb or whatever.. Local connection will work.. not local lan.

    Did you delete all receipts with iDVD in the file name  with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/  folder before installing the new copy?  If not then do so and delete the new application also.

    Some progess I see. To be honest, i would not waste your time with trying to connect using wireless.
    You are likely to get poor connections and dropping out.
    If its working using a cable, then there is no need to bother with giving me the network settings, bu see how it goes, because sometimes giving the TV a static IP address can give better results.
    There is an example of a couple of powerline adapters on the diagram below. Just ignore the network switch unless you want to connect other devices which are near to the TV.
