Problems with my subscription

Even though I have 2 e-mails from Skype & Paypal dated the 19th September saying my payment had been made and my subscription delivered, when I logged on to skype this morning, it said I have £0.00 and no subscriptions. So when I try to phone the number I have paid my subscription for, it wont connect, and vice versa, I can't phone out using it. Anyone else had this problem? How do I get my subscription working? Need to make an urgent call and this has really thrown me

If your transaction has been marked as delivered, try to sign out first, then login again (not simply closing Skype then running it again) as this may help update your account records. Please also be advised that in case of renewed subscription, it will become active when the billing period for the first/previous one ends (1 calendar month).

  • IPhoto 11 Upgrade-"There is a problem with the subscription"

    I am running iPhoto 09 right now & I'm trying to update to 11 so that I can use 'Photo Stream", plus the benefits of iPhoto 11 of course. When I go to update I get to the subscribe button & I get the above messege: "There is a problem with the subscription" followed by "Request to the server macappstore://itunes.apple.com failed." Now I'm stuck on how to upgrade from iPhoto 09 to 11 ?? Any suggestions? Should I call Apple??

    Follow the procedure on the page linked below to repair the database, and if that doesn't work, to rebuild it:

    Those calendars are worthless and have not been updated in ages.
    Go back several years and you will probably find entries.

  • Problem with buying subscription for Creative Cloud

    I'm looking to buy subscription for CC, but I've a problem. I'm student living in The Czech Republic and CC for students isn't available for our country. I've also bought in past Creative Suite CS5 for students & teachers. Is there any solution for me to not pay the full price per month?

    Make sure you are signed in with the account you used to activate your Nokia Music Unlimited subscription.If you are already signed in, try to log out and then log back in again.

    I signed up this service several days ago. 1st I got billed for some other service that charged me $89.00 or something. and kept $10 of my money to cancel. I was under the understanding that when I gave you my card # that I was getting your service for $.99 for 3 months and $9.99/month after that getting premium service. I am getting commercials like I am using this service for free when I was understanding I paid for your 3 mo. special. My feeling is that I made a mistake or I am not using this service correctly. As it stands now, I am not happy. Get back to me with resolution asap. Thank you in advance. I just need the premium service that I thought I PAID FOR!     you have a sandbox security issue.  you can allow your local swf to access that html by going to the following:

    i recently applied adobe creative cloud, here's is the stages for applying creative cloud:
    1. sign in...
    2. Creative cloud membership (1-year)
    3. Visa (payment)

    Im at the 4th level now, guess what? i've waited long enough and tried to RE-APPLY the same method for 3times under the same email address. i recieved a bill from my bank, adobe have CHARGED me 3 times,!!!??? whats the deal here? im still waiting for the conformation here in the browser!!!!!!!

    I have a problem with my subscription to Adobe Audition CC. I paid a monthly subscription to adobe audition CC and now, when I want to use it, the program wants a serial number. I don't have any serial key. I've just my mail subscription confirmation. When I go to Creative Cloud, it notices that my application is install but I can't access to it. What can I do?

  • HT204406 I let my match subscription go because I was having a lot of problems with it. I re-subscribed and it reset all my database of music back to when I last had match. How do I fix this?

    I ended up letting my itunes match subscription go because I was having a lot of problems with it. I was getting a lot of music where it would play the censored version instead of explicit like I have. After attempting numerous times to fix I gave up and let match expire. I had updated my library by downloading a number of AAC versions from itunes and then manually deleted all of them and added the proper files back by re-ripping my CD's again. I also added a bunch of new music and because I use a rating system, re organized all my music and rated some stuff with new ratings and higher star ratings.
    About 3 months passed and I decided to give match another try. After getting it, I found it odd that my database was put there in virtually no time. Not only that, a significant amount of music I deleted (but was in the old match subscription) showed up. I knew it was broken at that point, but today, I was listening to music and items which I know have been updated and changed, have also reverted back to old settings. Is there a way to fix this?
    Also, I'm REALLY annoyed with match again. After all my work, I STILL have censored music as my match music. It is really annoying to have different music on my computer than what is in the cloud (not to mention the music which will not upload to the cloud and just constantly says "waiting"!!)

    Yeah, and it didn't work.
    I had problems when I updated to iOS 5 (lost all my apps - a few of my friends had the same problem) and when there was an update to iOS 4 (camera wouldn't work). The iOS 5 issue was sorted by backup (but I lost the app data) but for the iOS 4 issue I had to return my iPod to get a new one.

  • ITunes 10.6 Mac Problem with Subscriptions Management

    I have my MacBook updated to the latest everything, including iTunes 10.6.
    I have noticed a problem with iTunes, in that I can log in to the store with my AppleId and buy apps, music, books, magazines movies etc and everything works fine.
    However some apps have an auto-renewing subscription and I have a problem here. I log in with my AppleId, go to manage account and am then presented with an endless loop of password requests.
    There doesn't seem to be any way to get to the subscriptions to turn them off.
    Does anyone have any helpful tips?

    I just tried this also on my iPad and it doesn't work there either. Although I can get into the account settings, when I try and change a subscription I get a big black rectangle in the middle of the screen and the iPad hangs until the screen login thing kicks in and I have to enter my pincode again.
    Maybe this is something to do with my AppleId, I can't actually believe this is a fundamental problem, although maybe  I am optimistic.

  • IPhoto - MobileMe gallery subscription - problem with password-protected

    I am having a peculiar problem with subscribed galleries from MobileMe in iPhoto 08 and iPhoto 09. For galleries that have password-protection enabled, the full URL of the gallery subscription feed is pulled through as the Subscription title instead of the gallery title.
    For example "http://gallery.e.com/ACCOUNT-NAME/XXXXXX/?webdav-method-truthget&depth=infinit y&feedfmt=atom....
    This doesn't occur for public MobileMe galleries. The title of the gallery comes across and the URL of the subscription is hidden.
    Anyone having similar problems? Local Genius Bar couldn't help and assumed it was just a bug, but it doesn't seem to be typical of Apple.
    As an aside, it would also be nice to have these feed subscriptions behave similarly to the way RSS subscriptions work in Mail, with the ability to select how often the feed is queried and indicate the number of new items. This would alert users of changes to feeds.

    Upon further research, it appears that this problem occurs when publishing from either iPhoto or Aperture to MobileMe. The problem seems to be when a gallery is published and one chooses not to have the gallery appear on the main gallery page (hidden). It seems to have nothing to do with whether or not one protects the gallery with a password.
    So, Apple, if you are listening, can you provide any information on how to have the title of the gallery come through when subscribing using iPhoto while at the same time not listing the gallery on the main MobileMe gallery page? This seems to be a fixable bug.

    I payed today 10euros to get more credit in Skype, but then I noticed that I had only about 2 euros in my credit. Then I went to my account and I saw that I had subscribed to the monthly unlimited (which I didn't). 
    Why/how did this happen?
    I tried cancelling my subscription of the one month unlimited, but I got an error and an ID that I have to use when contacting Customer Support.
