Problems with PS CS4 not accepting CS3 upgrade serial number

I have recently purchased PS CS4 upgrade and I am having a problem installing on a new machine. My CS3 serial number is not accepted. Where can I find my original CS3 serial number?

I have asked Adope if it was possible to update from this to CS5.5 Design Premium. The answer was, that it was ok for a price round 100 €.
I bought it and under installation it wanted first the new serial number and next the 'old number' (because the old CS was not installed).
The new one is not installed any where els.
Im am working on a MacBook Pro.
The number not accepted is the old CS3 number.

Hi,
I've been using FCE V1 for a while now, and just purchased FCE HD as a personal Christmas present Unfortunately it will not accept the (legitimate) serial number from the V1 product during the installation, so I'm stuck at this point. Is there any trick that I'm missing here, or does the Upgrade only work from V3 or V2 serial numbers?

I have found with some software (don't remember if that included my upgrade to FCE HD or no), that sometimes, the SN in printed in lower case on the sticky tag, but the upgrade will only take upper case (or visa versa). Try using the other case if it doesn't work.
Also, you need the serial number from the sticky tag which came with the software. The SN display in the "about FCE" splash screen is incomplete (missing at least three letters/numbers at the end).

I could resolve things with Adobe CC. I don´t need my old Acrobat 8, but I could finally install Acrobat XI Pro - and this time it seems to work, without permanently crashing down.

I have the same problem today. Suddenly Appworld stopped accepting my AMEX credit card. I called AMEX and they told me that all is notmal from their sied and that they did authorize transactions. However, Approwld says that credit card cannot be accepted. WHAT A MESS!!! And there is NO EMAIL or phone number to contact regarding this problem which is quite RIDICULOUS !!!

I am trying to re-install Adobe InDesign CS2 and having problems. It won't accept my old serial number, and while in the instructions it says it will give a new serial number I can't find that.

I know CS2 is old, but that is all I have.

Directions to find it are on the page with the installation instructions.
Locate the language and application you want to install and note its serial number (located to the right of the download links). The serial number is required during installation.

Aperture Trial loaded but will not accept the emailed serial number

I downloaded the aperture trial, and received an email with the serial number to activate the trial but i keep being told the serial number is invalid!
I am concerned that my trial is counting down, and i cannot access it... can i register for another serial number or should i get help with getting this one working?

Serial number issues are most often related to typing it incorrectly. Either an accidental typo or confusing a zero with the letter "O". The best way to enter the serial number is to copy it from the email and paste it into Aperture.

Problem with authorised songs not accepting

I am trying to upgrade my software on the iphone and it says:
This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPhone "iPhone". Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?
I hit authorize, and I get this dialogue box:
This computer is already authorized. Including this one, you have authorized one computer out ofyour available 5.
I hit ok, or Authorize:
Then I get this crap;

Click Ok, then

*** is wrong here? it's an endless fraking loop and I want to smash this phone with a sledge hammer.
Can anyone shed some light as to why it's stuck in this annoying loop and how to move forward???

Problems with Illustrator CS6 not accepting stroke weights with decimal points

So I have been using Illustrator for almost 10 years and have never run into this one. When enter a stroke weight on a line with a decimal point like .25 or 4.5 is keeps rounding the number up. For example I enter 0.75 and it makes it 1 point or I enter 5.5 and it makes it 6 point. Whether I enter the number manually or pick from the drop down (0.25, 0.5 or 0.75) it keeps rounding my strokes to even numbers. How did I do and how do I fix it?

Came into this late. I am trying install the CS6 upgrade we were offered when we bought CS 5.5. Now the 5.5 I am upgrading was on an upsell path from CS2. My problem is it will not accept the same serial I used to upgrade to 5.5 - do I have to uninstall 5.5 for 6 to work with the purchased 5.5 key?

Mombo are you trying to install CS6? If so then you should be able to enter your CS5.5 as a qualifying previous version. You will want to first enter your CS6 serial number before entering the CS5.5 serial number.

Frustrating problem: Help with add file name problem with Photoshop CS4. What happens is this. When I am in PS CS4 or CS3 and run the following script it runs fine. When I am in Bridge and go to tools/photoshop/batch and run the same script it runs until it wants interaction with preference.rulerunits. How do I get it to quit doing this so I can run in batch mode? Any help is appreciated. HLower
