Problems with purchase of securities with capitalized interest

After implement soft modification, we create an operation with capitalized interest and when saved the
operation not saved because showed the next mistake:
Message no. TRQ0001
SECURITIE IS
FWZZ CAPT_CG210814
The condition type are:
263, 265, 266 and the conditions 102 with interest
That is not logical because is the first purchase.

The problem was resolved by applying some notes.

1996329 TS01: TPM_TRL 203 error on bond issuance with capitalized interest condition

This computer recently was replaced with a Dell running Windows 8.I reloaded my CS2 on this computer & it ran fine with a few exceptions as follows;
when the software comes up initially I get a message that says “could not complete your request because of program error”. Hitting OK allows me to continue using the software .
When I try to activate a function using CTLR or ALT keys I get this message “required application failed to load and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application”. This causes the application to abort.
Reloading my CS2 continues to generate the same messages when I depress the CTLR or ALT keys.

Your original copy is obsolete and Adobe is offering a free replacement you are entitled to. Download and use that and that should clear it up for you.

Are you aware of any problem with a previous purchase ? If you go into the payment details section on your account then does it say anything about your card being declined or not accepter or if the security code needs re-entering ?

There seems to be a billing problem with the iTS. I've been trying to make purchases today (Dec 9th) too and it reports either the iTS can not process payments or it says my card was declined. I even changed the payment method to Paypal (which is never declined) and still no go.

I have a problem with a previous purchase and sign in is required. However, the card is no longer in use and so no money can be billed from it. I need to add a new card so that the money can be taken from that card instead. It's from a different country

I have an Australian card associated with itunes and the App Store. However, I am no longer in Australia and I wish to change my country of residence and card to the UK/English. When I try to change country, it says there's a problem with a previous purchase, meaning I have no money on the Australian card and therefore the previous purchase cannot be billed.
The only way I can pay for the previous purchase is by adding an English card but it won't let me do this.
Does this mean I have to somehow put money on the old Australian card to pay for the previous purchase? Or is there a way I can transfer the bill to an English new card?

You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money..

You can try to make a new account on iTunes Store if you didnt have yet.
I had the same problem with iTunes Store, the only thing you can do is to put some money on that credit card you are using with you account. iTunes Store already keeping some money for the last purchase you made you can see all info on the Account option and then Purchase history ...

i have just tried to update one of my free apps, and it says there was a problem with my previous purchase, it directed me to my billing information, (baring in mind this is for a free app) and i re-entered it all several times but it is still telling me that there was a problem with the previous purchase? what do i do?? Are you listing the billing address for the card correctly? The address in the iTunes/MAS account must match the address on your bill exactly.
