Problems with sent items

Hi,
I have just purchased a Macbook pro and cannot get the sent items to display on my ipad or iphone. Likewise sent items on ipad and iphone do not appear on my Mac.  Any ideas please??

Depending on the email, it may be the case because those emails may not sync up across multiple devices. What is the email that you are trying to sync up? Check out the article below for more information.

    I want to setup my yahoo plus email in MAC OS 10.6.6 / Mail version 4.4 (1082).
    The sent items are not synchronising with the server. It means that if I sent an email from mail client it will not appear in the server sent items and I can not download my sent items from the server to the client either.
    Could you please let me know if you have any idea?

    This might relate to you as you are using a Windows 2008 Server with Mac clients.
    Apparently there seems to be an issue with SMB, since Microsoft rolled out SMB 2.0 with Windows 2008 Server. According to Microsoft, SMB 2.0 is supposed to solve world hunger and bring peace to the middle east, but in reality, it just puts up more road blocks for non-Microsoft platforms.     Currently we have an issue with all 40 of our Macs not being able to save files properly to the Windows 2008 file server due to what the message claims to be a permission issue, but in reality it seems like something to do with the SMB protocol. We are investigating the issue and will see in a few days if the problem can be resolved by disabling SMB 2.0 on Windows 2008 Server.
    Let us know if this problem resolves your problem as well. You never know how many other issues can be caused by a twitchy SMB protocol.

  • Entourage problem with sent items folder

    I have an "invisible" item in my sent items folder. I keep getting an error that says "The action could not be completed. An unknown error (4362) occurred."
    How can I get rid of this invisible file?
    I often have to force quit entourage because it seems like it locks up.

    Not sure if this is a fix, but I tried sending myself a test email from only  the Bcc field, and lo and behold it now shows the Bcc field in all sent item previews;
    ...maybe leaving the 'To' field blank on purpose forced Mail to show it.
    Rebooted the Mail program, still there - rebooted the machine, still there. Hope this is still relevant and it works for you too - J.

    Hi,
    We have a strange problem with open Item selection for customer clearing in t-code F-32
    In My QA system
    if I input spl GL indicator ="*" and uncheck Normal OI tick,
    the system selects all open items,
    (those with spl GL indicator and those without spl GL indicator)
    In My Dev system
    If I input spl GL indicator ="*" and uncheck Normal OI tick
    the system does not select any open items,
    Please let me know which setting controls this behaviour ?

    Hello,
    Check your data in FBL5N for the option "Special GL Transactions". There could be that there is no data in the system with SPECIAL GL TRANSACTIONS.
    In F-32, there is no value like *
    You need to input right Special GL Indicator. "*" will not work here.
    I am sure in both the systems if you put "*" and UNTICK your normal transaction, you will NOT get any items to clear.
    Please DOUBLE CHECK whether you have unticked normal transaction.

  • Sent items on yahoo Imap not synchronising with sent items on yahoo mail outlook 2011

    I had a problem where the my yahoo imap  which I set up with Outlook 2011 was not synchronizing with Yahoo from the web.
    I found the solution today by switching from Sent items( Server) to Sent( Server).
    1. Go to tools
    2. Accounts
    3.Advance options
    4. Folders
    5. Then you will see sent. Drop down the window and you will see what I have shown in the screen shot below.
    It worked for me and now all my emails are synchronising very well.

    the last sentence should read...."this folder do however only have the sent emails that was sent from my imac, and not the emails that was sent from my ipad".
    I want all my sent items on all my devices the same, in other words the should come from the server and not the specific device I'm using

  • Issue with sent items disappearing from Outlook

    We are having an issue with many of our users who have had their sent items disappear from Outlook. We are running Exchange 2010 SP2 with Rollup 8. All users on Windows 7 appear to be working fine, it is just users on XP that are having the issue. All
    PCs are SP3 with updates applied. The messages were there previously, but the Sent folder shows empty as of Monday. They show correctly in OWA, it is just in Outlook itself that is the problem. If we enable cached mode the items populate, but our standard
    policy is to run online with no local PST. We have tried running Outlook with /clearviews and in Safe Mode, but this does not resolve the issue.

    From your description, all the sent items are correct in OWA. So the Exchange Server is ok.
    About this issue, I recommend you install all the latest Windows updates and check the result.

  • Btinternet Issue With Sent Item

    I'm having a problem with Mail and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what I am doing wrong. I've set up Mail to work with my Btinternet account. It all seemed OK, but it appears that emails sent within Mail do not appear in my sent items folder on the Btinternet mail survey. They do appear in the Sent items folder in Mail and the recipients do receive the messages, but it is frustrating as I cannot look at my sent items unless I'm sitting at my Mac.
    Does anyone know what I have to do so that the emails I send whilst in Mail also appear online?

    I am a user of web e-mail and my ISP uses Iplanet Message Express.
    I wish to set my "Options" for "Sent Items" to "keep a copy in Inbox".
    Whenever I set this options and then go to my Inbox, the message listing layout changes and the Inbox shows the "To" addresses instead of "From" addresses.
    Is this a bug or a feature ?
    Please clarify. If it is a feature, how to customize the message listing to show the "From" email ids?

  • Problem with Line Item display of G/L account

    Hi,
    I am struggling with a typical problem that I have two company codes in two different countries.  I have created a tax account with Open Item management and Line Item display in both the company codes.
    When I am trying to post vendor invoices, taxes are being posted on line item wise in one company code but not doing so in other company code eventhough the attributes of the G/L account are same.
    G/L accounts, tax condition types and account keys are same in both the cases.
    Can any body give me an idea to fix the problem.

    check the condition types you've defined for the both of the countries
    sprofin accting-f/a gl sett-tax on sales/pur -basic settings-check cal procd--define cond types
    there is a check box named item condition see whether it is ticked for the another company's condn type.
    because due to this only it takes the condn item wise.

    We are facing a problem with the customizing of item category in CRM,
    Our issue is, we are doing a complaint with items, those items have column where we can see the value, description, quantityu2026
    Here is our thing we need to have these columns active or deactivate (grey) depending on the product.
    We are not sure if it is possible by customizing of item or customizing of material, or we need a development in order to achieve this requirement.

    If you are having products with different item category groups then  you can create different item categories for them.
    Then depending on the item category you can do the development to grey out the fields.
    But if the product have nothing to differentiate then it would be difficult to carry out the development also.

  • Problem with line items print in Script MAIN window.

    Dear Friends,
    I am facing a problem with display the line items in main window.
    Here i have created my form with 2 pages,
    in first page i have created header window(my header information is full length of page), in second page i have created 2 windows, one for MAIN window and second for FOOTER window,
    i am having the Footer information about to off the page.
    and in my main window total 3 line items are coming, if i am having 3 line items then it is displaying properly (first 3 line items then immediately footer information on same page) but if am having more then 3 line items say four, then in my second page first it is printing 3 line items then it is switching into another page. After that footer is coming but. in previous page after printing 3 line items the remaining page is empty..
    my client want me to remove that place also. he wants to display continue..
    i think so u people r understand what is my problem...pls advice me what i want to do to solve this problem.

    Hi Sridher,
    If you want to display the footer information only on the last page why dont you use a table to display your details and place the footer details in the table footer instead of a seperate footer window.

  • Problems with the items (control) in forms 9i (Re)

    I write this problem in a other post and but don't have any feedback about it(So I will give another try:-) )
    The problem that I will describe don't happen all the time and is very rare but I want to know if it's a normal bug of forms or something more special of our PL/SQL code...
    So here we are.
    Is there others developpers here that have problems with the mouse cursor of the user that seems to be "jammed"(blocked, trapped) in a text item (or another control, like a list item). When this problems happen, the user can't go on another field of the forms with his mouse cursor(Mouse click), the only thing that can resolve that is to refresh the page with Internet Explorer, and after that, he is free to go on another field of the forms.
    This problem is very rare but happens sometimes.

  • Problem with setting Item level permissions lists

    Hello!
    I have SPS 2013 on-premised environment with AD authentication.
    At some moment I've noticed that we have a problem with setting the item level permissions on any lists except the document libraries.
    When I click the "shared with" button I see a popup form with a list of users who have an access to that list but there is no "invite people" link or "Advanced" link. Moreover, the "loading" ring rotates
    instanly like some operation was'nt ended. 
    The same operation with documents in libraries works well.
    I am be grateful for any help!

    From your description, my understanding is that there were no "invite people" or "Advanced" link when some users clicked "shared with" button in some lists.
    This issue seems like about permissions. Please log on your site with site collection administrator or a user who has full control for the site, then go to a problematic list->List settings->Permissions for this list, check whether the list
    has unique permissions. Then click "Check Permissions", check the permission level for the problematic users and then go to Site Settings->Site permissions->Permission levels, check whether the permission level contains "Manage permissions".
    If not, add the permission into the permission level.
