Problems with setup of Dibs Payment Gateway (non-Seamless Gateway)

Hope someone has a solution to this ..
Having chosen to use Dibs Payment Gateway which is non-Seamless Gateway to this ecommerce store.
The problem is that it does not connect to dibs to complete the payment but sends an invoice.
Feel it is important that you look at the code <Registration-Buy>
So that it is possible to assist.

In relation to the Merchant ID and select dibs as Gateway I am sure it is correct.
But this Registration-Buy Layout and if there is something else that I have not thought of, I am not sure if it's correct work..?
Or if there is anything spessielt with BC's Dibs integration
