Problems with signing in

one day i went to go get on Photoshop Elements 13 and it said i had to pay for it all over again or do a 30 day free trial, i also forgot what my serial number is, so is there a way i can find out what my serial number is by signing in to my adobe Id?

That will not be required. I realized you are using the same id here on this forum, so we could investigate the issue.
It looks like you don't have a date of birth set up.
Adobe asks for you to report your age to ensure compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Fair Trade Commission (FTC) guidance interpreting it. Our birth date collection and blocking practices are similar to those you would experience when registering for any U.S.-based internet site that does not allow registration by users under the age of 13.
We apologize for not showing the correct error string. Did you enter the date of birth while creating the Adobe id? Also, did you create the Adobe id from files.acrobat.com?
In any case, if you use this id and sign in to files.acrobat.com using a web browser like safari, you will be asked to update your date of birth before allowing access to the service. Once you have updated your DOB, you can use the same id to login to Acrobat.com using the Reader Mobile app on your device.
