Problems with signing in

one day i went to go get on Photoshop Elements 13 and it said i had to pay for it all over again or do a 30 day free trial, i also forgot what my serial number is, so is there a way i can find out what my serial number is by signing in to my adobe Id?

Aija,
That will not be required. I realized you are using the same id here on this forum, so we could investigate the issue.
It looks like you don't have a date of birth set up.
Adobe asks for you to report your age to ensure compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Fair Trade Commission (FTC) guidance interpreting it. Our birth date collection and blocking practices are similar to those you would experience when registering for any U.S.-based internet site that does not allow registration by users under the age of 13.
We apologize for not showing the correct error string. Did you enter the date of birth while creating the Adobe id? Also, did you create the Adobe id from files.acrobat.com?
In any case, if you use this id and sign in to files.acrobat.com using a web browser like safari, you will be asked to update your date of birth before allowing access to the service. Once you have updated your DOB, you can use the same id to login to Acrobat.com using the Reader Mobile app on your device.
Thanks
Shradha

    Hey, just have a problem with signing into my Skype account.
    When I try to sign in, its works for 10 seconds and after that signed out automatically (with message: You have been signed out). I tried to reinstall it and restart laptop, but nothing changed. Also changed password via skype official site...nothing(
    What else can I do, to make it works?
    Mac OS version 10.9.4 and skype version Version 6.19 (450).
    Thanks in advance)

    This is the Resolution for this issue:
    1. End all the Skype process from Task manager
    2. Delete the Skype folder from %appdata% and %temp%
    3. Go to Program Data> Run> type C:\programData

  • Problems with Signed jar

    I am having a problem with signed jar and deploy in html
    get this error on the page
    self signed
    /dist/testfx.html
    JavaFX application could not launch due to system configuration. See java.com/javafx for troubleshooting information.Unsigned jar works perfectly but has security and permission issues when using classes.
    This was working in beta 45

    Can you post an example project that demonstrates the problem? There were changes to the ant tasks and netbeans support around B45 that could cause problems depending on which version of the SDK and NetBeans you have. Similarly, if you wrote ant scripts prior to B44 and then use them with a later build you could have problems. And of course, if you're producing the Jar file and deployment artifacts without using the provided ant tasks (for example, using the normal ant jar task) you'll have problems.
    I've verified that this works as expected in the FX 2.0 GA release using ant from the command line, and with the NetBeans 7.1 beta release using the FX 2.0 GA release.

  • Problem with signing in to Ovi

    Hello
    I downloaded the Ovi Store app on my N96
    When I login it says "you are signed in as dieter***" and a few seconds later it says: "Sign-in Failed, Check your username and password".  I triend about ten times, but it's always the same problem.
    I can use the PC client with this email address and password, so I'm sure it's the right password I use...
    Please help...
    Dieter

    Having the same problems. My login ID and password are saved and I automatically login when I go to Ovi store via icon on my 5800 so it isn't a problem with username, ID or password. It actually tells me at the bottom of the screen that I am logged in so the details are obviously correct. When I scroll through the pages or select an app to look at or downlaod it will work fine for a while but then I will start to get the message that login failed check your username/password etc even though I am logged in and it just gets stuck.
    It is really, really, really, really frustrating

  • I am having problems with sign up ps vita I am not receiving the email from Sony for verification.

    Ps vita not signing up

    I have the same problem with my PS4. On Friday 26th I registered on SEN. I received an acitvation e-mail where I have to verify my e-mailadress. I clicked on the link in the e-mail and I can't reach account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com because of the server outage.
    So, i kept the mail in my mailbox and today as I wanna try it again as I can log into PSN on my PS4 but only to the screen where I have to verify my e-mailadress, i get the message that the link I used is no longer active (+24h).
    In the meanwhile i requested to resend the mail app. 40 times, without any success.
    Dears, the PSN is working and I wanna try my new PS4. It can't be so hard to resend an activation e-mail, isn't it?
    Please, hurry up!!
    Thank you!

  • Strange problem with signed jars, axis

    I have an application that uses axis to communicate with the server that contains the business logic. I have configured my application to run with java web start. I have been signed all the jars to grant full access to my application to system resources.
    On the jnlp file I specify
    <security>
    <all-permissions/>
    </security>
    The problem is that when I execute calls to my business logic that return a DataHandler (files) I get a security expection with an access denied message.
    I thought that signing my jars (application and libraries) and specifying all-permissions should make my application run as a local application. If I execute my application locally (no java webstart) it runs fine.
    Is there something that I am missing ?
    The exeption I receive is :

  • Problem with Signing in itunes with my id. After signing in it does Not Show the Apple id and they are asking 3 Times if i wanna download Songs I have already bought but which are not on this iphone

    Dear community, I'm experiencing a problem since 2 days, that if I sign in in my iTunes account with my Apple ID on my iPhone it doesn't show at the end if scrolling down the ID details and credit anymore. If I try to download songs I bought once but which are not on this device anymore, it asks me 3 times for the ID and password. I fill it in but at the end nothing happens. I see only in the middle a moving symbol.
    What can I do? Apple ID and password are correct . I canceled all settings but same as before.
    Many thanks in advance.

  • Problem with % signs in key value url parameter pairs

    Hi,
    Tomcat 5.5.9
    Java Version 1.5
    I'm having a little difficulty passing a certain key value pair via a URL to the processing component of my web application.
    If I submit a value for lets say parameter 'product_name' and that value starts with a % sign then the value is passed to my processing component as 'null' if I remove the % sign the value is correctly received.
    Anyone come accross this on a Tomcat server?
    The data has to be tagged onto the URL rather than as a form 'Post', as it is used to create and populate a popup window.
    Thanks in advance.

    So the % is used in URLs to mark certain escape sequences, so when you put it in you value, it thinks that the value is actually an escape sequence, and probably translates poorly on the opposite side.
    You will actually need to use the escape sequence for the % sign to get it work correctly. I don't recall the actual escape value, but:
    If you use JSTL to put together the URL for you, you shouldn't have a problem, the values will be escapes:
    <c:url var="popupAddress" url="http://www.mydomain.com/myapp/mupage.jsp">
      <c:param name="product_name" value="%Whatever"/>
    </c:url>
    <script type="text/javascript">
      document.open("<c:out value="${popupAddress}"/>","Popup");
    </script>

  • Problems with signed JAR files in JWS/JRE6 environment.

    Hello All,
    I'm encountering a problem running our desktop application as a Java Web Start deployment in a JRE 6 environment. There were never any problems when running the same application as a JWS deployment in JRE 1.4, or 5, environments. There are also currently no problems in a JRE 6 environment when running the application as a standard desktop application.
    The problem which I am having has nothing to do with launching the application. But for good measure, I verified the JNLP file with JaNeLA. A couple things we out of order, which I addressed to make JaNeLA happy, but my problem still persists. Here is my JNLP file (anonymized to protect the innocent):

    The classes of our desktop product are contained within the 'acmedesktop' and 'acmeapi' packages. It requires access to the hard drive of the workstation, and therefore, all jar files included with the application are signed using the following ANT task when compiled:
    <signjar keystore="resources/codesigning/keystore.pfx" storetype="pkcs12" storepass="myPassword" alias="myAlias">
         <fileset dir="${jws_dist}/app" includes="*.jar"/>
         <fileset dir="${jws_dist}/app/lib" includes="*.jar" excludes="jhall__V${dt_version}.jar"/>
    </signjar>-----
    Therefore, all classes, within all jar files, are signed with the same certificate (with the exception of the JavaHelp libraries, which are already signed by Sun - but the class in question attempting to be loaded here is not contained within the JavaHelp jar file anyway). So, the point being, that the exception message stating that the "signer information of the acmeapi.communication.CDocImpl class doesn't match the signer information of other classes in the same package", is simply not correct. All classes within that jar file were signed using the same certificate.
    I downloaded the JRE 6 source from dev.java.net and picked through this issue with a debugger. The ClassLoader.checkCerts() method compares the certificate used to sign the current class which is attempting to be loaded, with the certificates which signed all other previously loaded classes within the same package. If they don't match, the exception above is thrown. What is causing the issue is when the checkCerts() method attempts to get the certificates which signed the currently loading class, null is returned. And obviously, comparing null, with an array of the certificates which signed the previously loaded classes, isn't going to match; therefore this exception is thrown.
    The checkCerts() method gets the certificates of the currently loading class by calling the java.security.CodeSource.getCertificates() method. Tracing deeper in the debugger, the CodeSource object ultimately gets the certificates from the 'signersRef' member variable of the com.sun.deploy.cache.CachedJarFile class. signerRef is a SoftReference object and can therefore be garbage collected at some point. If it has already been garbage collected, the CachedJarFile class will attempt to retrieve it again from the loaded cache entry by calling com.sun.deploy.cache.MemoryCache.getLoadedResource().
    The MemoryCache class maintains the cache entries to the jar files as MemoryCache.CachedResourceReference objects, which subclass WeakReference, and therefore these objects can be garbage collected as well. If the cache entries have also been garbage collected, this leaves the CachedJarFile class with no ability to repopulate the CachedJarFile.signerRef object. Therefore it is completely out of luck getting the certificates which signed the currently loading class, which ultimately causes the above exception.
    When the com.sun.deploy.cache.Cache class attempts to retrieve a cache entry using its getCacheEntry() method, it will attempt to get the entry from the MemoryCache class, if null is returned, it will recreate the cache entry and add it back to the MemoryCache. In contrast, when the CachedJarFile class attempts to get a cache entry from the MemoryCache class, if null is returned, it just gives up.
    (from com.sun.deploy.cache.CachedJarFile:244)
    private CacheEntry getCacheEntry() {
         /* if it was not created by Cache do not search for entry */
         if (resourceURL == null)
              return null;
         CacheEntry ce = (CacheEntry) MemoryCache.getLoadedResource(resourceURL);
         if (ce == null) {
              //This should not happen because CacheEntry should not get collected
              // before CachedJarFile is collected.
              Trace.println("Missing CacheEntry for " + resourceURL + "\n" + ce,
                   TraceLevel.CACHE);
         return ce;
    When debugging, code execution falls within the code block with the comment stating "This should not happen...", but it is happening in my case.
    On an interesting side note, using the jvisualvm.exe tool included with JDK 6, I was able to tell that it seems as though these objects are collected the first time that the JVM allocates more heap space, and then the issue will occur. If I set the initial heap size very large (using -Xms) this issue won't occur at all. But that is kind of a bad solution which I would rather not do, but it is interesting to note for the sake of troubleshooting this issue. The max heap size (-Xmx) is plenty big enough, so the issue is not that we are running out of memory here.
    Does anyone have any insight as to what could be causing this? I've searched, and found a couple threads with similar problems but with no clear solutions. It is not just one workstation either, it happens everywhere I deploy the app as a Java Web Start application in a JRE 6 environment. I have been using version 1.6.0_18 on XP, but it seems to happen on any update version of 1.6. Is the fact that the CachedJarFile class doesn't attempt to reload the resource when it can't retrieve it from MemoryCache a bug? I've dug as deep as I can on this and I'm at wits end, does anybody have any ideas?
    Thank you
    Jake

I think you should raise a bug report and seek Oracle's response.

  • Problems with signing certificate for Adobe CC Applications

    I've just purchased Adobe CC and set out to install quite a few apps.  Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks all installed without a hitch.
    Then I tried installing the Edge tools and Lightroom, and that's when the trouble started.
    They failed.  The error was this (I've seen this several places):
    Exit Code: 7Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DW006 ... -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 0 fatal error(s), 2 error(s)  ----------- Payload: AdobeLightroom5CCMPkg-mul 5.0.0.0 {4b06fc24-6249-4c57-9830-6008a3ce9a80} -----------ERROR: DW006: Apple Package failed to install successfully.ERROR: Third party payload installer Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.pkg failed with exit code: 1-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Did some research and tried the following things:
    Ran the cleaner tool
    booted in to safe mode and tried reinstalling
    uninstall/reinstall AIR (I think this was an outdated suggestion)
    Verified and Fixed disk permissions
    Created new admin user account and tried installing from there
    No luck.   I checked the install logs:
         installer: Certificate used to sign package is not trusted. Use -allowUntrusted to override.
    OK - something with the certificte.  So I grab the downloaded packages from the /tmp folder for the apps.  When I try to install the packages there, I get the warning that the package is not signed by a trusted certificate - I say install anyway and everything works!
    Except Lightroom 5.  I can't get that oe to go.  It never asks me to override the certificate.  It just tries to install and fails just as it did through Adobe CC Desktop.  I can dig in to the deploy packages and install it there, but when I launch it, it asks for my serial number, which we don't have via Adobe CC, correct?
    So what's going on?  I seem to be the only person having this problem.  I spent 3-4 hours this morning with Adobe support.  I have them screen control and they couldn't get it installed.
    Any ideas?  I'm on a newest version MacBook Air, i7, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD running OS X 10.8.4.  (I swear at one point scrolling through the endloess lines of install logs I saw something about my os not being supported, but that can't be right, can it?  I'm 100% current - I can't tbe too current, right?)
    Thanks in advance,
    Adam Barney

    Wow.  I have no idea how this happened, but at some point, I lost my Apple Root Certificate - that seems important.  I reinstalled it from http://www.apple.com/certificateauthority/ and all is right with the world - and Adobe CC Desktop Installer.

  • Problem with signed applet

    HI All,
    I am writing a small applet to draw a line graph by setting the parameters from the html pages .It came up beutifully .There are two problems here .
    1)When i try to print the applet it prints only black coloroued rectangle in place of applet(graph) .I read lot of articles only to find out that the applet need to be signed for printed .I tried all ways and means but could not succedd in printing an applet .
    2)When i try to access the applet from other computer with out copying it says that applet can not be acceessed due to security failure .It throws exception.
    I need your help on how to sign applets to access from other computer and also how to print applet content .
    Can any one help me on this
    Thanks in advance .

    i am not sure of that , but having experience with drawing images ,graphs and the like and with no experience in printing, i can share u my experience.
    using setBackground(Color.white) of the applet/panel wouldnot work since i believe it is something that is got to do with the graphics class .U have to draw a full white rectangle as a background before u start drawing lines.
    like
    g.setColor(color.white);
    g.drawfullrect(0,0,width,height); /// draw a white background
    g.setColot(Color.black);
    g.drawline(0,0);
    etc.....
    Have fun dude.

  • I have a problem with signing with certificate on mac os

    Always get error message "the credential selected for signing is invalid'
    Despite it appears correctly on my document, with good pin, the certificate appears as trusted in the list , and so on...
    No more ideas about what to check.
    Also tried in Acrobat X PRO ; same problem.
    Anyone have this issue?
    Many thanks for your help

    Hi Eric,
    First of all, if you see a green check mark, the signature is valid.
    The behavior you are experiencing is due to the configuration (or misconfiguration) of the "Trusted Identities" in Reader.  For a signature to show a green check mark, the signer must be valid, and the signer must be trusted.
    For Acrobat or Reader to "trust" a signers certificate you need to configure a "trusted identity" by importing the signers public key.
    Right click on the signed signature field
    Select "Validate Signature"
    Click "Signature Properties" button
    Select the "signer" tab (see screen shot)
    Click "Show Certificate" button
    Select the "Trust" tab
    Click the "Add to Trusted Identities" button
    Set the desired "trust" settings
    Click OK
    Right click on the signed signature field
    Select "Validate Signature" - you should now get the green check mark.
    Trusted identities in Acrobat\Reader are tied to the Windows account profile, this explains why when logged onto the system as user1, the signature shows a green check mark (the trusted identity is configured), and when  logged onto the system as user2, the signature shows a a different status, because the signers certificate has not been trusted under this profile.  If you were to look at the details about the signature (in the signatures pane) you will see that is will say the signature is trusted, but the signer is unknown (not trusted).
    Hope this clears things up.
    Regards,
    Rave
