Problems with the SCXI-1126 Frequency Module
I am finding that, at least my modules, are not responding according to the specifications. I on all channels have not been able to get full range that I set at 0-8kz 1hz filter with a 100mv pp ac signal coming in. The spec shows a 50mv signal for all ranges down to 15hz. Alot of channels have been losing signal at > 200hz sometimes as high as 1khz.
I have tried 3 different modules and 3 difference sxci-1000 chasis on two different daq cards. All channels where configured for 0 to 8kz at 1hz filter. I am using a calibrated HP 33120A Function generator to test the channels. I am running out of things to try to get them to work properly.
I am taking these measurments using the measurment and automation explorer test function. I set my range on all channels to 0-8khz and Have been inputing no more than 8khz. What leads me to believe I have a software or config problem is that I sent in a module to NI for repair and this is the brand new one they sent me back. While testing this module, I also have a 1102 module and 1124 module on the scxi-1000 chasis and both of those are working as specified. I also moved the 1126 module to slot 1 and ran it that way as well when I replaced the chasis.

Will Analog Instruments ADXL330 triaxial accelerometer work with the SCXI-1531 input module?
I have an SCXI-1001 chassis and will soon be purchasing an accelerometer input module (SCXI-1531). I'm also investigating possible accelerometers to buy. The output voltage and current levels are within specification of the module, the only concern I have is interfacing between the IC chip and the BNC connections on the 1531. If you have a way to effectively connect the pins to BNC connectors and connect that to the module, then it should work. Are you using the module's excitation source as well?

Function module based generic extractor - Problem with the selection
Hi all
The following is my code in the function module. I am able to get the entire data if i dont give any selections and the number of records is also correct. But when i select a MATNR value, it returns 0 records where as it needs to return 3 records. If i give selection based on bukrs, werks, lgort its working fine. But if i give selection based on MATNR, then it is not working.... I think there is a problem in the bold part of my code. If i debug, LS_MATNR is having the correct value which indicates that there is no problem with the value being passed to LS_MATNR from my selection screen of my datasource in RSA3. Even GT_WERKS is also having data. Please help.

Could not complete the ... command because of a problem with the filter module interface
I just reinstalled Photoshop CS6. I'm running OS X 10.8.2 .
I use the Nik plugins suite, and reinstalled them as well. Now whenever I try to use one of those plugins I get the error "Could not complete the ... command because of a problem with the filter module interface."
The reinstallation was a bit of a struggle due to issues on Adobe's end, and I am hesitatnt to just dive in and reinstall without wome idea as to what might cause these errors.
Any insight appreciated.

I have the latest updates for the Nik filters and they are compatible with CS6.
Since yesterday I tried uninstalling the Nik filters, manually locating and removing every file related to Nik/Nik Software, redownloading the Nik installers, uninstalling/reinstalling Photoshop, and reinstalling the Nik filters. Same result.
I am pretty sure this is something on the Photoshop end, but am not sure what to do next. Maybe repeat the above and use the Creative Suite cleaner before reinstalling?

Can't use certain filters- "problem with the filter module interface"

I frequently use the BPelt Flatten and Multifill plugins and they have always worked perfectly until today. Now I get the following error: "Could not complete the [Multifill/Flatten] command because of a problem with the filter module interface."
I use Photoshop CS6 Extended with the Creative Cloud membership, and just recently updated to version 13.1.1 x64. I believe this may be related, as the plugins worked before the update and nothing else has changed. Any recommendations on how to fix this? Is it possible to undo the update?Usually this means a bug in the third party plugin that you are using.

What are acceptable measurement fluctuations for the SCXI-1126?

We are using an scxi-1126 module in a PXI-1011 chassis. The range for channel 0 is set at 2 kHz. The channel is configured for a threshold voltage of 0.1 with a hysterisis of 0.05. We are injecting a 1 kHz sinewave, 800 mV pp signal into the channel. The SCXI-1126 reading is fluctuating by as much as 0.6 Hz at all frequencies (below 2k). We have tried changing the window, signal levels and various other suggestions from the NI website with no success. Should the reading be more stable or are the fluctuations the result of the F-V conversion process? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.Hello,

From the Accuracy Table for a 2 kHz range, the accuracy a year after purchase should be 0.0418% ± 0.308 Hz. Which for a 1000 Hz signal would be 1000 * 0.000418 + 0.308 Hz = 0.726 Hz in the worst case. 0.6 Hz would fall within the spec'd range.

How to solve a serious problem with the Battary of my T500 laptop ?

My personal laptop is Lenovo THINKPAD T500 2055, and its main specifications are as follows:
- 39T6651 SBB 9 CELL LI-ION BATTERY
- Intel Core 2 Duo processor T9400 (2.53GHz 1066MHz 6MBL2)
- 8 GB DDR3 SDRAM Memory Module 4 GB (2 x 4 GB) 1066MHz DDR31066/PC38500 DDR3 SDRAM SoDIMM Kingston.
- 2 GB Intel Turbo Memory hard drive cache.
- ATI Mobility Radeon 3650 with 256MB.
- 160 GB Hard Disk Drive, 7200rpm.
- Windows 7 Ultimate with the latest Service Pack (x64).
My problem precisely and concisely is the Battary. I have been using my laptop with the same battary since 01.01.2009 (Almost 3.5 Years), and the battary has been working quite OK.
Most of the time my laptop is plugged in and working with the electricity. However, A very few times I used the laptop while it is running on battery, Nevertheless, I have the habit to empty the batter once in a while i.e. Every 3 weeks, I unplug the charger and keep using the laptop till I see the warning orange sign (5%), then, I plug it in again.
Thankfully, I never had any problems with the battary nor the laptop, and when I charge the laptop usually it shows full sign (100%).
Three days ago, All of a sudden my laptop starts flashing the orange battary sign constantly while charge indicates 100%. When I try running on the battery by unplugging the AC adapter, the laptop loses power immediately and shuts down right away.
What do you think should I do? Could you please provide me any useful tips to resolve this problem?

Go to Solution.In the control panel goto the "Lenovo - Power Manager" and click the battery tab, there is a maintenance button in there that will let you change the charging profile for your battery. (from memory, so exact wording may be off)
The lower the numbers you use there, the longer the battery *should* last. These batteries degrade faster at higher charge levels, however storing them at too low of levels is also not good for them... I've read that 40% is optimal, but just not realistic if you use your computer.

Problem with the NodeManager in Weblogic 10.0 MP1

I have a problem starting the Nodemanager successfully. I have currently installed BEA Weblogic 10.0 MP1. The admin server is getting started successfully. When, I start the Nodemanager with the command:

After this, when I check the nodemanager status in Console, then the status appears as REACHABLE. Assuming, this to be the successfully message, I try to start the managed servers associated with the Machine/Server. But, it fails and there appears a message on the console with the status as 'Force Shutting Down' for this server.
When I check the logs, there seems to be some problem with the Nulll exception. Please see the below logs as it appears, its only a part of the logs

Problems with the new NAT in ASA 5510 (8.4)
Hi together,
i have some problems with the NAT statements in ASA Version 8.4.
What i want is to translate the internal address of a server to the external address with a NAT rule.
The ASA has only one WAN connection (named outside)
The internal server has the ip address 192.168.0.221 (as example) and i want to translate all incoming traffic on port 3389 to the Server (192.168.0.221).
This is only for training, i dont want to forward a 3389 port into the BAD in a productive Network
first i create the network object for the inside server (192.168.0.221)

After that i create the access rule for incoming traffic on outside interface:
access-list outside_access_in extended permit ip any any log debugging
Next i create a access rule for the inside-prod network to allow the traffic to the RDP Server:

Now i create the NAT rule in the network object (Network_Obj_RDP):

Problems with the windows update site in 32-bit Vista Business
Hi Everyone,
I am experiencing problems with the windows update site. As far as I know it shold make a link to the Windows Update module on-board and show the available updates after scanning. However, I get to the page that says "Checking if your computer has the latest version of Windows updating software for use with this website" and the next page I get is "The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view". The error number is 0x80070002. I go to the knowledge base and delete the content of the Data Store folder as advised, but to no use at all. Active X controls are enabled Java is working fine. I've cleaned the register and everything, did a complete scan with Onecare as advised by Microsoft, which did not find anything but again the same error message. I am using KIS 2009 and I am sure I have no viruses or any other malware. I even tried to go to the update site with the KIS switched off but to no avail too. On the other hand I don't have problems with the automtic updates and when I run a manual update from the Update module everything is OK. Do you have any suggestion as to what might be the issue with the website updates?
P.S. I am using 32-bit Windows Vista Business on a Lenovo W500.hello

Hi Friends,
i am facing the problem with the date conversion, Actuall my requirement is to pass the date to the screen based on the user setting roles(SU01).
I have fetched the user setting date format by using the funciton module SUSR_GET_USER_DEFAULTS, The function module picks the exact user date setting (Like as MM/DD/YYYY, MM.DD.YYYY, DD.MM.YY).
After that i have implemented the FORMAT_DATE_4_OUTPUT funciton module for converting of the user role setting date format into system date format.
for the english language case the funciton module FORMAT_DATE_4_OUTPUT works fine but the funciton module not supported for other languages
Can you please provide the Function Moudle for user setting date conversion.

I am facing lot of problems with the data object in VC.
1. I created the RFC initially and then imported the data object in to VC. Later i did some modifications to RFC Function module,and when i reload the data object, I am not able to see the new changes done to RFC in VC.
2. Even if i delete the function module, after redeploying the IVIew, results are getting displayed.
3. How stable is the VC?
I restarted the sql server and portal connection to R3 is also made afresh.... still i am viewing such surprise results..

Problem with the XI-Audit log entries in the table "XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT"

I have an async-szenarios for PO:
We send Idoc's from SAP ERP to a WebService via SOAP. And we take Ack's. We use Integrationsprocess with deadline block to catche the errors after the retrying (three times) and to send they via e-mail.
Our problem is, the number of the audit logs in the table "XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT":
In the RTW only we see one audit log (with three retries) in an error case. But in the table XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT there are about 76 entries for the same audit log in the error case and about 20 entries in the case of the succuessfull processing.
This number of the entries in the table causes problem with the size of the redo log file and delete job of cours the large size of the table and therefore problem on the data base. The table can not be controlled. The delete job can not run and cancels every time due this redo log problems
What can cause that?
How can it be prevented, that so much entries are not be made in the table "XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT".

I am only aware of the general property auditLogEnabled of J2EE Engine Service SAP XI AF Core, which controls in general (default = true) that entries in the AF Message Audit log are written at all.

I assume that your scenarios in the error case is sending up to three messages and for each message the number of audit log infos are created. You might want to check the detailed entries in the log and see from where they are comming, you might use customer modules etc. as well.

Problems with the FM Radio after USB connection
I've been searching around for anyone else having this issue and I though I would ask before I sent my N97 phone in for repair.
Does anyone have or seen a problem with the FM radio loosing all its frequencies after it has been plugged into the USB charger? Everytime my phone is charged, my radio plays nothing by static. The radio stations are still there, but nothing but static can be heard. I have to reboot my phone to get it working. Since I listen to the radio everyday (the reason I got this phone and my n95) I am constantly rebooting this bloody thing.
Also, I have a problem rebooting my phone. Sometimes it just won't enable the buttons after the phone has been locked. The side toggle switch doesn't work, and when I touch the screen it says to unlock it. So I'm forced to remove the battery to reboot it. It doesn't happen all the time, happens about 30% of the time.

Try to remove the n97 battery and keep the "on" button pressed for a few seconds. Then reinsert the battery and turn the phone on. That should get rid of all the accumulated static electricity on the phone. As for your other problem, the only thing I can think of is reinstalling your current firmware and resetting your phone. -

I'm getting the following message from time to time:
Warning: a problem with the cooling system has been detected Toshiba
Please turn off the computer immediately, and return it for servise.
I have Windows XP on it.
I opened the cooling fan and clean it. Off course, I found it rally dirty.
But, still I'm getting this message!!!
What I shall to do ??
I'm living in north Germany.
Any advise is most welcome and thanks in advance.

In such case you have to contact the authorized service provider in you country!

Possibly the cooling modules dont as should and therefore the message appears again!
