Problems within VL10b (delivery is NOT created)

Hi guys,
I'm experiencing problems within VL10b.
I created a cross-company purchase order with all the necessary data. If I open VL10b and select the order (by date or order number... both works) it is shown just fine. BUT when I click the button for background creation, it doesn't work.
There's no log or error-message, just nothing which would give me a hint about what's the problem.
Anybody got any ideas what to check in order to find out where's the problem?

I checked the log already beforehand (and got disappointed).... here is what the system says:
Diagnosis
    An error has occured while delivering the order items in the
    background that cannot be processed in the program.
System Response
    The system does not generate any deliveries.
Procedure
    Try to correct the error, described in the next error
    message, or try to deliver order that has caused it with
    ship-to party .

from standard SAP it might not be possible.
but check this work around:
after creating the COMPANY CODE DATA by the marketing people only you please go ahead and create a delivery till that time the sales order will be in open status.
if you want to stop it through the SAP system:
then you need to contact TECHNICAL PERSON on the same:
MV45AFZZ : USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE for checking while creating a delivery if not created then to throw an ERROR message - this is the only probability to check
but he may not be having solution for your query.

Delivery shouold not create only with Materail A

Hi All,
My requiment is:
I have created one Sales Order with Four Materails (A,B,C,D).
Now I want to create delivery - here the delivery should not be created only with Materail A. that means to create a delivery i have to enter materail B or C or D with A (with single materail A delivery should not create)
The materail is not a BOM item or solution is not related to Delivery group.
Can any one kindly suggest me how can i made setting such that i cannot create Delivery only with Materail A.

this is to inform you that you cannot achieve this in standard configuration.
but with technical person you can achieve the same.
I have created one Sales Order with Four Materails (A,B,C,D) - ok
Now I want to create delivery - here the delivery should not be created only with Materail A - ok.
that means to create a delivery i have to enter materail B or C or D with A (with single materail A delivery should not create) - ok
this is copy control routine from sales document to delivery document.
logic for the same is:
read VBAP-POSNR 10,20,30 & 40 & VBAP-MATNR that is MATERIAL A,B,C,& D.
check if when ever VBAP-POSNR 10 - material -A is coming into the delivery whether the associated VBAP - POSNR's (any one). is there or not.
if it is there with any one of the POSNR's then process it other wise "E" message with "No Associated Materials Exist for Material A"
note : for this process please copy and create a new sales order to delivery to billing documents.

Delivery cost not created during GRN of PO using BAPI

I have a customized program which use BAPI - BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create PO, PO was created successully.
then program will use BAPI - BAPI_PO_CHANGE to update condition pricing, which is also executed succesfully. all condition pricing (KONV) updated correctly.
Lastly, the program will use BAPI - BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to create GRN and update delivery cost. However in my case, the delivery cost is not update, EKBZ table record is not created, as well as GRN item line table MSEG table is not updated with delivery cost.
Anyone face this type of problem before?What is the possible causes?
Any help and suggestion is greatly appreciated.

you should try asking this on ABAP forum thread. You will get a response. May be there is another BAPI u should use or may be you the usage of BAPI is incomplete. Pl confirm with ABAP forum.

Problem with Language Import (could not create cofile)

Hi everybody
I'm trying to load the language pack "Spanish", but falls and gives me the following message
"could not create cofile"
Somebody could give me some indication on how to overcome this mistake, I've seen out there and some queries, but I have not overcome my problem!
I have created the "Transport System" and charged the language in "DEV Server," but I can not bring it to "test" if the attempt to import "TCode SMLT" gives me the error above.

Cash Sales delivery has not created

here iam facing one error when iam creating cash sales the system giving message no delivery created
i checked vov8 for cs in shipping tab delivery is x-create delivery immediately if quantity confirms today
and one more thing i have enough stock

As per ur query, I think that....copying from CS to delivery is not working. As u said, copycontrolls is configured, I once again suggest you to check the Item category of sales document is existing in Copy controls - Item data.
Also check Item category determination for deliveries in Logistics Execution of SPRO.

Delivery Schedules not created after MRP Run for MRP Type PD

HI All,
I have created Schduling Agreement, maintained Source List with MRP Relevant - 2 option and maintained Vendor as Fix, maintained info record.
I have created a material with MRP type as PD and lot size as EX, and strategy group as MTS. Now when i enter requirement through MD61 and do MRP Run through MD02, system is generating PR instead of Del Schdule line inspite of schduling agreement.
But If i change MRP type to VB and maintain reorder point and maintain min lot size, then system generates Del Schdule lines for the same material.
What could be the reason. I want delivery schedules based on MRP Type PD.
Where I am wrong in MRP Views or in any cutomization. It seems that purchasing part is fine since it creats scudles line so no problem in SA or in Source List.

Problem in combining delivery docs to create a single invoice

Dear All,
When I am creating an out bound delivery for export customer,in foreign trade data a number is generating, due to this I could not able to generate single invoice for multiple deliveries documents of the same customer.
I have checked the header data,which is same for all the documents except this number.I dont want to have that number.How to prevent the generation of that number.

Check which is your billing type in item catg. Weather it is order / delivery related billing?
Which tab / field in foreign trade the num is generated in a delivery? If you are sure that you are not able to combine your deliveries into a single invoice, then check if that field is used in copy control routine. If yes, then bypass that field.
If it is an order related billing, then check in VTFA. For delivery related billing check in VTFL.

Saving a delivery, does not create spool request

Hi,
I have a delivery and 2 output types. The print program of first output type already exists and I created one for the second one.
When I save the delivery, spool request gets created for the first output type but doesn for the one I created. Can anyon tell why?

It has to be assigned to the second output type, the first one is for a different purpose.
Is there any change need to be done in program to correct it?
But, It does work when run through transaction.

Outbound delivery not created automatically

Good Day,
A STO posted from a supplying plant to a plant creates an automatic outbound delivery.
When creating the STO with the same supplying plant and plant but a different material the automatic outbound delivery is not created.
What settings should apply to the material as this seems to be the only different input between the two STO.
The config settings seem correct as the automatic outbound delivery does happen when a different material is used.

Automatic delivery not created

Dear All,
When i am making the the cash sales so in that case automatic delivery should be created even though the settings are fine....So when i am making the sales order some time it create the automatic delivery and some time it say that delivery is not created for same material.....so please throw some lights on it....

Check whether the material is relavent for delivery . coz some materials are relavent for delivery and some are not and check the material any blocks are there.
that is also one possible reason.check the status of the sales order before u going to save . Also check the Copy controls of the sales document sales order to delivery.

Manage Consignment Stock within Intraplant delivery

Dear Gurus,
we are using Stock Transfer Orders to manage the transfer of materials between two storage locations (from A to B) within the same plant (there are two different responibilities). The steps are the following:
1. STO creation
2. Delivery creation and Warehouse Management TO creation
3. WM Transfer Order confirmation
4. Goods Issue Posting
5. Goods Issue Receipt
Now we would like to introduce a new warehouse (C) for a transfer of materials from C to B. Whse C contains Cosignment Stock. The system should create an Outbound delivery for consignment and create WM TO for consignment. After the confirmation of the WM TO the Goods Issue Post should be done with a Movement type 641k and the goods issue receipt should load whse B with own stock.
I tried to build this scenario and it seems to work but i can't post the goods issue because the delivery is not created for a consignemt scenario (while WM TO are created correctly).
Can you explain me wich are the correct steps?

Inbound is not creating with MvT 561 in MB1C

Dear Experts,
My storage location in HU managed.
However, when I do a GR in MB1C againt mtype 561, no Inbound Delivery is getting created. Instead, a material document is directly created and stock updated at IM level.
can you please suggest me why inbound delivery is not created? What am I missing?

I am confused
GR is not MB1C it is MIGO and the movement type is 101 not 561
561 is for the initial entry of data and should only be used for Go Live stock loads
The stock will be in IM and if WM is activated the stock will be in st type 998 from where it needs to be moved to its bin

Error : Depreciation area 00 not created in comp.code

Dear friends,
Need assistsnce how to resolve asset master data problem for "Depreciation area 00 not created in comp.code".
What I intend to do is to do an asset recalculation thru AS02> edit> recalculate values. But the system showed the above error.
How can I resolve this. I have read thru the SAP note 459700, but I dont really understand the solution given.
If anyone have similar experience, appreciate your help. Also for those who know how to resolve this... pls..help.

Here's the cronology.
Actually I detect 1 asset that was created in 2007 and have all the APC, Depr expense & accum until 12/2007.
But coming to fiscal year 2008, this asset was not brought forward to year 2008, hence making the asset report not correct bacuse the asset was not displayed at all.
I did tried to redo the fiscal year change but no impact still same error. Then I tried to do recalculate value just to see if the asset can be corrected thru that function. At this point where the error message appear.
Not sure why the error appearing since in our system we dont have such depr area 00.
