First I assume there is a bluetooth module inside your computer.
If so please test to reinstall its driver. To get a driver for the device, you need to know the brand and model of your computer or your motherboard.
Generally computer manufacturers will provide all drivers for their computers on their website. Search with your computer model on manufacturer's website could help you get a proper driver. If failed, search your motherboard from its manufacturer instead
will also help.
After that, uninstall your bluetooth module from Device Manager and install the driver you just downloaded, reboot to see the result.

Hp probook 470 g2 sound

Hi,
I have interesting issue with my sound.
I have installed win7 x64, downloaded drivers and installed them. I did not noticed that I have no sound untill i saw popup message: you just unplugged a device from your audio jack, but I did't do anything.
When I plug a headphones into lap's jack I'm receiving message: You just unplugged a device from your audio jack, and when unplugging headphone jack receiving message: You just plugged device into your audio device.
When headphones are plugged, I'm receiving sound on them, but when uplug phones there is no sound.
Any one have any idea why is this happening??
My spec:
HP ProBook 470 G2 G6W49EA
Win 7 home basic x64, Drivers are downloaded from HP site.

The system needs both drivers for Intel and AMD chipset.I will dispaly only Intel as Display Adapter but on heavy graphics use it will auto swich to AMD.You cannot choose what or when will work but tha how it works.

Probook 470 G1 touchpad problem - NOT SOLVED with SP64284

my touchpad is problematic.
It registers movement but often misses a click, also hangs from time to time.
I have installed SP64284 but the problem remains.

have the same problem :/
i took my laptop to the store and they replace the touch pad...no improvements at all. Its interesting that if you put your hand on right side of the touch pad ( low pressure on plastic) its even worst...

Although the device manager appears R5 M255 AMD Radeon video card, display adapter option only appears in Intel Graphics. Mention that was installed on the HP website driver AMD Hybrid Graphics Video Driver Version 133521004140406A170611C.A
Also, other drivers were installed on the HP website.

Disabling auto rotate,Win 7,HP probook 470

As in the title,I have a "problem" with my newly bought Hp Probook 470.When I physically rotate the laptop,the screen rotates along with it.I have tried for hours looking in the internet and gathering information,but I can't seem to disable this thing.I don't have the "Enable" option in the screen resolution for some reason ( http://software.intel.com/sites/default/files/styles/large/public/arimage_0.png ),so I think this is the problem.
Is there anything else I can do ?

I've heard some guy fixed it on his 4740s by uninstalling HP 3D DriveGuard and rebooting. Perhaps it has something to do with the motion sensor, and the only one is used to trigger the DriveGuard.

HP ProBook 470 G0 battery life probelms!

Hello, I have problem with my HP ProBook 470 G0 battery. I am using this notebook since september 2013 daily, Win 7 Ult 64bit installed. No other programs at all (Office etc.) installed. Every time notebook is unplugged from power source when it is 100% charged it works perfect until it reaches ~50% capacity and then it "jums" suddenly to 15% 10% of battery capacity and notebook suddenly hibernates. Bttery LED blinks like it is empty. After connecting to power source again and resuming OS from hib. it shows 0% and charging... Last two percents of charging tooks extremly long compared to rest of charging process. HP Battery benchmark is reporting everything is OK. But it is not... This situation repeats every time and it doesnt depend what programs are running. Firs half of battery capacity is discharged slightly and second one, its like a fall to deep hole in few secs... Like if the half of battery is damaged??? Is it possible? Any idea how to diagnose it?

Not that model. The Envy 17 and Pavilion dv7 models do but I am not sure on the Business Models. I looked at the Zbook 17 and it does not.

HP Probook 6450b Memory upgrade issue

Hi All,
I appear to be having a strange issue trying to upgrade the memory in a HP 6450b probook (i5-480m & ATI card). The laptop came with 2gb of p/n sps 598856-002 which is 1333mhz 1.5v ram with the manufacturer being ramaxel. I ordered and fitted a couple of 4gb kingston sticks

Fitted them and all seemed to be well as the OS (win 7 32bit pro) showed the stick as 8gb recognised and 3gb usable, the bios also reports 8gb as well. However the moment a 64 bit OS (Linux or Windows) is attempted to be run the laptop just crashes or hangs
I previously attempted this upgrade with two sticks of crucial memory but had exactly the same problem, so thinking the crucial memory was the issue I returned them to the supplier and ordered the kingstons instead.

My gut instinct suggests this laptop may be very fussy about the memory chips, it may have to be a 16 chip 4gb stick as opposed to 8 chip 4gb sticks.

HP G60-530CA Webcam Issue

Hey guys,
I have a friend thats having a strange issue with the HP G60-530CA notebook.
It has a built in webcam but when she goes on cam to me, she said we're both red but its an issue that only occurs sometimes although it has got worse. Im not sure wether its a driver issue, hardware issue or what but I would appreciate some help as its annoying for her.

"So I replaced the hard drive, and it said it passed the inspection this time. But when I went to boot, it didnt want to. It said "Insert Boot Media and press any key".
A new hard drive is blank, there is nothing on it, so this is normal, did you make the HP recovery disc set? If you did you can put that new hard drive back in and then boot off of the first recovery disc to start the recovery process.
Or do as suggested and take it to a HP service center to get it repaired under warranty if you have one.

Compaq CQ58-331SA / Webcam issue

I'm having trouble with my HP Truevision HD webcam. After a few updates from HP a couple of days ago, my webcam stopped being detected by all kinds of video software. When I open Device Manager though, it does appear but there is a yellow "attention" sign with a "!" next to it. When I double-click it, an error message appears: "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)".
I have tried restoring my laptop to a previous date but the restoration failed both times I tried. In Device Manager, I tried "Updating Driver Software", "Disabling", "Uninstalling", "Scanning for Hardware Changes" but none of those worked. There is still this yellow "attention" sign and this error message.
Can anybody sort this out for me, please? I'm going mad! Thanks

The hard drive has likely failed and will have to be replaced. A fairly easy job to do and not very expensive. If you are still in warranty HP will send a replacement. If not-just get a retail hdd of at least as large a capacity as the original 500GB in order to use Recovery Discs to install your OS and software.

DV2270US Webcam Issues

I have a DV2270US, and I can't get the integrated webcam to work. I tried to uninstall it and that failed, so I attempted to do it manually by removing the program folder, removing registry keys, etc. Now everytime I try to run the installer, I get an error saying setup initialization has failed.
Everyone keeps telling me to use CCleaner to uninstall it, but according to CCleaner, it doesn't even exist on my computer. So...what do I do?
I've gone as far as ripping the installer itself apart and playing with things in the included programs, ini, and batch files, but to no avail.

That's not an option, I don't *have* any restore points.
I'd like to note that I"ve been having this problem for the last 3 months, and only began going crazy trying to fix it in the last week. I initially assumed it was due to all the work I was doing with codecs, but after returning to the original setup, I'm sure that's not the issue.
If you mean using the system disc, also not an option. I never recieved a system disc, and I can't afford to purchase one.

It is very sad to hear that your Web-camera is not working properly after updating the drivers. Please check if you are getting any LED indication when you switch on the camera, also check if there is any sticker is fixed on the camere or with any dust.
