Process chain failure

Question

Hi Guys,
We have process chain defined for sales order history upload from BW to APO planning area. Its failed with logs :
1- DataSource 8PBSD_C01 has to be replicated (time stamp, see long text).
DataSource 8PBSD_C01 does not have the same status as the source system in the Business Information Warehouse.
The time stamp in the source system is 19.12.2008 23:55:19.
The time stamp in the BW system is 30.07.2008 16:36:49.
2- Errors in source system.
Message no. RSM340
The process chain failed at very first step. please help to resolve it.
Quick question:
1. how to see the planning area wether it's on full load or delta load?
2. how to compare the planning area data and infocube data so that i can see data difference?

Thanks a lot Venkat. Here is process steps which i am going to follow.Since, i am doing it very first time ,please let me know if  any step is missing/doing anything wrong.
Steps to solve this problem
Replicate data source
Step 1 u2013 Replicate source system. In RSA1 go to BW data source data mart -BW info cube (8PBSD_C01). Right click on info cube and click on REPLICATE META DATA.
STEP 2- Activate Transformation rule for APO info cube 8PBSCM_C04 and save in transport request.
STEP 2.1- Activate Data Transfer Process and save in same transport number.
STEP 3- Delete initializations in info package.
STEP 4 u2013 Select Delta initialization with data transfer.
STEP 5 u2013 Execute info package.
Prerequisites
STEP 1- Delete APO info cube 8PBSCM_C04 data.(how to do it?)
STEP 2- Delete PSA data.(how to do it?)
STEP 3- Delete Index in APO info cube 8PBSCM_C04. (Manage  performance delete index).(how to do it?)
STEP 4- Check planning area data in Live Cache. Delete and regenerate Live Cache.(how to do it?)
