    Hi All,
I have utilized the DQS for my organization Data Cleansing project. And we have built Data Quality reports using DQ output.
We also use Profiler Summary report in the Activity Monitor, but this is manual process where Data owners need to manually enter into the Activity monitor and generet the porofiler report.
My question is, which DQS table store the this Profiler summary report where by I can automate the report through that source.
Here is the screenshot of the report we are looking at, we need to find out which DQS source table got this information.
    Thanks for the help

  • Summary report w/over 90 summary elements

    Post Author: JackG
    CA Forum: Crystal Reports
Using CR XI Professional edition ..... What would be the best approach to provide a summary report with over 90 different database element summaries from a SQL Server database?  I've created one document with all of the categories to summarize and also have started creating subreports to summarize the related report sections.
Problem is, the data seems to get out of whack.  When I change selection criteria (only slightly) it can change a summary count in a whole other section.
    Any ideas?
    Thx.
    JackG

    Post Author: JackG
    CA Forum: Crystal Reports
There are 12 'sections' (A thru U ... obviously not including all letters) to the report
each section can have as few as 2 or as many as 25 summaries relating to that section's data/table source in the database.  In other words, section 'A' gets data from one table; section 'B' gets data from one or more tables ... and that's where it goes whacky.
each of these sections has been already 'built' in the MS SQL Server database by the stored procedures and resides in temporary tables that, again, i can't access because of the error mentioned previously.  And because of this restriction, I am trying to recreate the SQL process in Crystal ... and it's giving me fits!
Here's a crude text of what the report looks like (exported from CR).  Each section's entries are labeled like  'B1', 'B2', etc.  The values at the end of the line represent the calculated (Running Total) value when the report is presented.

  • Summary report needs one type condition

I have a summary report which has this data:
    transcode     count
    001              10
    WOC           12
    MOC            14
we have making up the orders that are summarized many order_types.
For the 001 transcode, we only want to process a specific order_type, RTR.
so i have in a formula not sure how to tell it to reject if cond. is not met.
I created a view whihc has this condition of 001 and RTR. this would maybe be easier sort of formula.
    IF {CLSPAYTP.OTTRNC} = '001'
    and {CLSPAYTP.OHORDT} = 'RTR'
    then

    Hi Paul,
Is this a Record Selection Formula you want or a formula to do the summary?
If it's a Record Select Formula then it would look something like:
    Select {CLSPAYTP.OTTRNC}
         Case '001' :{CLSPAYTP.OHORDT} = 'RTR'
          Default :{CLSPAYTP.OTTRNC} <> '001';
If it's a formula for summing then:
    If {CLSPAYTP.OTTRNC} = "001" And {CLSPAYTP.OHORDT} = "RTR" then
         1
    Else if {CLSPAYTP.OTTRNC} <> "001" Then
         1;
Drop this into the Detail section and do a Sum on it.  This should give you the count you need.
Adding it to your Record Selection would be easier.  You could just do a Count now on a field on the detail section.  No extra coding required.
    Hope this helps,
    Brian

  • Need More details on ACE Job Summary Report (.ajs)

We are running ACE 8.00c.05.  I have questions regarding the DPV Summary section of the .ajs report.  My predecessor was using the data values to report out an overall DPV rate of our mailing.  I would to make sure that we are working on the correct set of addresses that will have maximum effect on the DPV rate.  My questions to that end are:
    1. Where can I get more information on the columns and thier meanings?
    2. How can I identify the 105 records that are listed as "Total Not Confirmed."
Any and all help is appreciated!
Below is the DPV section of the ACE Job Summary Report.
                Delivery Point Validation Summary (DPV)

    Vacant Processed:        Y

    Total Not Confirmed:             105

    Hello Paul,
Information about the Job Summary Report as well as all the other reports can be found in the ACE documentation which should have accompanied your ACE product during the installation.  However, if you cannot locate the documentation for whatever reason, additional copies of the documentation can be downloaded from http://help.sap.com.
There are a few different ways to identify records which are tagged as not DPV confirmed records.  The easiest way is to post the ap.dpv_status field in your ACE job.  This will tell you straight away if the record is DPV confirmed it will post a "Y" and if it is not will post "N".
If  you would like further information about what I have described above in more detail, please open a support incident within Service Marketplace and ensure you use the component EIM-COR and an engineer will be happy to assist you in more detail regarding any further questions you have on this subject.  Additionally, when you open an incident, you will have an opportunity to search our extensive knowledge base which may answer many of the questions you have on this subject.
I hope this information is helpful to you Paul!  Have a wonderful day!

  • Link to Summary Report

Is it possible to display the Summary Report in a website? I created a form, my visitors fill it out but cannot see the result. Any suggestions?

Yes. Go to the Share button in the lower left corner of the UI and select Publish Responses. A dialog pops up that allows you to select what to publish - Response and/or Summary Report tab. Once you select what you want to publish you will be provided the URL and embed code to the responses/report. You can embed the responses on your website or post the URL.

add all your fields to table itab.
    else.

This way you will get debit data in table itab and credit data in itab1.
Then you can use  At new lifnr for both tables separately and you will be able to sum it separately.
    Hope its clear.

Thanks for the reply. The many to many relationship between Claims and Payments are achieved through intersection table in siebel. When Customer has multiple claims, single payment issued for both claims. Also single claim can multiple payments such (part compensation, interests, final compensation etc)

  • Summary report treats a currency fields as text

In the summary report I have three charts with the currency field. The two charts show 'average' and 'total' but the other chart shows 'percentage' of responses - in other words the report treats that field not as a number but as text. The filed is designated as a currency in the desing view. Why is it treated as text?

    Hi,
The percentage of responses is a reference for the responses of that field.  If you don't want it to show, you can disable it.
    Hope this help,
    Perry
