PROCESS FLOW FOR LOOP IN BUSY STATE
Hi,
I have designed a process flow, in which FOR loop has been incorporated, within the loop FTP activity along with check of file exsistence is done, if file does not exsist ,it again tries to perform successful FTP, else map the file to table and assigns some value to loop variable so that it exits from the loop.
The problem is that, although FTP has been done successfully, and file has been found, even mapping has been done sussefully, and in the repository browser it shows COMPLETE EXIT for the loop, but the process flow goes into busy state, with all tasks performed well.
Please help how to end the process flow.
I am also facing the similar issue, The process is complete, but the process flow is not stopping, though the seperate exit condition is put. Are you using ver. 11 ?

Business Process Flow for old records
A customer has asked us to decommission the Business Process Flow for a particular security role.
I have done this and all is well for new records.
Unfortunately the Process Bar still appears for old Leads. I think I can understand the behaviour: if you change the process, the old records will still show process bar that existed at the time they were created. This includes removing it presumably.
My question is, can I remove the legacy instances of the process bar either through the interface or by code?Update: I created a command line to update the stageid and processid to NULL.
These fields are now clear, however when I open an affected record the form pops up an error message:
Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=7.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: Cannot insert duplicate key.Detail:

I can see that the Process Bar is still showing.
Is there something else I would need to do?

Business Process Maps/ Process Flows for Retail Operations
Dear All,
I am looking for Business Process Maps/ Process Flows for Retail Operations like forecasting, inter store transfers, ASN, Procurement, Allocation etc.
Kindly provide me with a link, docs, PPts etc.
Appreciation would be in the form of points.
Regards,
Jack SilverzHi Jack
Seeing as you only got one reply - I'm jumping in with my 2-peneth.
Seldom have I found process content which sufficiently explains both manual and automated processes in a format which is sufficiently simple to engage discussion (between project teams and business representatives). Is there a way to strike the required balance - simplicity for the sake of engagement; yet rich enough to record SAP dependencies, system requirements and so forth.
An answer in my opinion is [here|https://ecohub.sdn.sap.com/irj/ecohub/solutions/control2007]. (Honest account - I work for Nimbus. But you don't have to take my word for it. Check out our case studies if you like. This approach is being adopted by several strategic SAP accounts several of which are listed [here|https://ecohub.sdn.sap.com/irj/ecohub/solutions/control2007]).
What might partly address your requirement is the [APQC Process Classification Framework|http://www.apqc.org/portal/apqc/site/?path=/research/pcf/index.html] . We took this framework as a starting point for building a model company process map. I cannot claim that it is Retail specific, but we have quite a few retail customers who have adopted Control 2007 and also several supply chain optimization projects which we have delivered.
If this is of interest - we provide a web hosted demonstration environment where you can explore the APQC process content I mentioned above. You can contact me through [SAP EcoHub|https://ecohub.sdn.sap.com/irj/ecohub/solutions/control2007] for more details

Business Process Flows for Oracle Cloud
Hi,
Where can I find the Business Process/ Model (BPM) flows for Oracle Cloud (Financials, HCM, Sales, Service, Taleo)?
Anything similar to Retail Reference Model from Oracle BPA Suite (Business Process Architect) would be fine, as long as it is relevant to Oracle Cloud.
I am looking for Level 0 (Oracle Cloud) and Level 1 (Financials, HCM, Sales, Service, Taleo) process flows (Level 2 & 3 optional).
Thanks,

Any change in Business Process Flow for BPC 7.0 NW from BPC 5.1
Dear all,
With the release of BPC 7.0 NW, i was wondering if there's any functional or technical differences in the Business Process Flow compared to BPC 5.1?
CheersI second Sorin's observations and comments. There are several limitations in using STS workaround. It is true that STS will be available to use with NW BI. However in order to use that you will have to create a planning area in BPS. Even after doing that you will not have the security framework of BPC available to you in STS. All you can do is list out the steps in the process flow, may be link your planning workbboks and have email notifications sent out upon completion. the other option mentioned was that of SAP workflow. Since BPC7NW has NW platform, SAP workflow is available to you and you can link the BPC process chains to it if you so desire. But again, it won't have BPC security and it won't be even close to BPF in look and feel. The best option is to wait till BPF becomes available in future BPC NW version to use.

Pravin
