Process instructions for particular process order.

Hi SAP gurus,
How can I find table level data of process instructions (Like READ 1 , READ2 , INSTR ) maintain for particular process order.
If should not with respect to recipe but it should be respect to process order.
Can any Plz buddy explain me the chain of tables starting from order number?

i could not find the table for the relationship u r looking for... but i would suggest the following...
Go to SE16.. press F4 in the table list...go to the application help... their you will find tables for each module... even for PP you will find table specific to process industry... this you can search ur own what can be relevant for ur requirement... finally u can use SAP query to join some table to the get the information u want....

There's no standard process code for LOIPRO Outbound Idocs.
This Idocs are threated as master data info, and could only be automatically generated by Data Distribution Model.
BD64.
Anyway, you can define your own Outbound Process Code in WE41 using CLOI_MASTERIDOC_CREATE_LOIPRO FM.
You can choose.

API to load Process Instruction for Recipes

Hi All,
We are in R12. We are implementing OPM. In that I could able to get the API to load the Recipe header and details. But I am not able to get the API for loading Process Instructions to the recipes.
Please let me know, if there are any API available to load the 'Process Instruction' for the recipes.

I did come across that note and tried loading a single row. I saw that it did insert the row into per_images table, but when I went into the front-end, the image does not display for the employee. There was no error, it's just blank in the Picture screen.What is the image format? There are couple of reported bugs/issues with loading images (Search Metalink for PERWSIMG image), and review the notes.

Also, is SQL Loading directly into per_images supported by Oracle?Yes, it is. Otherwise you would not see this suggested as per the note referenced in my previous reply.

Implementing a custom process type for a process chain

I have created a custom process type for a process chain that allows a user to send back a failure or error status when calling an ABAP program. I copied the class that is used from the existing ABAP process type as a template.
The process type works fine, I just cannot find out how to recreate the documentation for my custom type using free text. When you maintain the process type there is a field for the documentation object, but I can't find where in SAP to implement this.
I have tried looking at the document maintenance using SE61 and looking into the class documentation from SE24 with no success. The only detail that is provided in the SAP help portal is:
"If necessary, assign a documentation type and a docu. object to the process type. The docu object can be called up via F1 in the process chain maintenance overview tree. "
Does anyone out there have any experience with this that can push me in the right direction?

You can create and maintain system documentation from transaction SE61. This is how you would create documentation for a process type or if you wanted to create a book. <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/a4/d47df949e111d189730000e8322d00/frameset.htm">more info</a>
Here are the steps to make your documentation similar to that used for the ABAP process type:
From transaction SE61:
-Create a document of type TX (either from scratch or by copying RSPC_ABAP which is used for the SAP-delivered ABAP process type)
-Make any changes you need. I suggest downloading the document in ITF format and make the changes in a basic text editor and then uploading your changed document. It's a little easier to tell what is going on that way.
Now on to transaction RSPC.
Once you save your changes, go to RSPC and select on any chain you have to get into the "plan and check views of process chain maintenance." Then just go to Settings -> Maintain Process Types.
From here you can select your process type, select TX from the document type dropdown, and then enter the name of your document in the docu. object field.

Custom process Instruction for co-product

Hello everyone,
I have a material BOM in which one of the components has negetive value and hence is a co-product.
Now i have a process order for this material,in which if i go inside operations and then by selecting a phase if i go for Process Instructions
there exists a Process Instruction category ZCONF in which i have created PI custom characteristics fot teh co-product.
Now the problem is I want to fetch the values from the BOm for the co-product when the process order is released.I am not able to find an exit for this.

Process instruction characteristics and process messages

Can anyone tell me why process instruction characteristics is required when only process message characteristics are displayed in PI sheets (input or output).

Answer is already there in your question.
and that is
(input or output)
Now you creates the one Process Message characteristic let's it is Temperature.But how it's value comes in the PI Sheet (As Ouput or Input manually by user) that is decided by that Process Instruction Characteristic.
Now when you creates the Process Instruction Category (O12C) except type 0 you have choice of creates it by using help of Process Assistant.This Assistant assigns the Process Instruction Characteristic to the process Massage Characteristic automatically when you select the specific radio button or Activate the check box during that PI category creation.
For Example when you creates the PI category Type 2 using Assistant.Here after naming first screen comes to you is to define type of Process data Request.Here when you select the radio Button for Simple process data request then indirectly you assign the process Instruction characteristic PPPI_DATA_REQUEST_TYPE and its Value comes as Simple.
But when you create the PI category type 0 you have to assign this PI Characteristic manually because its Universal Category and there is no assistant which helps you.

Email Alert for Process Chain for ABAP Process Type

Hi BW Experts,
                         I created a process chain based on ABAP Process Type ( for Broadcasting rsrd_broadcast_starter). I want to add alert message for each ABAP process if it is failed. But I cant see any option showing Successfull or Error or Always when I select create message option on the process type. How ever I can see for other process chain which is loading data (Process Type is Info Package ) from SAP into BW.
                         Please some one tell me why it is not showing alert message for ABAP Process Type.

I dont have the exact answer for your question, But as a work around i can suggest you that.
If these ABAP programs are included in a chain and this local chain is a part of meta chain then you can create a message on the local chain.By right clicking on the local chain >Create Message>Success

Process Control for Java processes

I am on a unix platform and suspect that one of my java programs (that is supposed to run all the time) may be dropping, thus requiring me to check up on it occationally to ensure it is still running, and if it isnt, I have to start it up. Does anyone know of a quick and dirty way for me to build a process control routine using crontab that will make sure it stays up.
What i first tried was to write a small perl script that looked for the process and if it wasnt there, it would try to start up the java program. The perl works great when I run it manually (thus starting up the process when it is down), but when I crontab the perl script, it doesnt seem to work. anyone know of a better way? or possibly a way that perl can start up the java process. I tried to embed the java command within a system statement within perl. I am lost right now and running out of ideas.

I've a similar situation and attached are files that are working in an AIX box:
WfmScheduler and Forecaster are two java programs that are supposed to be running all the time. scheduler and forecaster are two script files that will start WfmScheduler and Forecaster. Each takes up to two parameters and writes their output to a corresponding log file. The cron task will check the ids every two minutes and if it does not see one of them, it will start them. I feel you are familiar with UNIX so it should be easy for you to understand the little script.

Error: MSS inbox execute process configuration for FPM processes

Hi,
I got struck up with the error 'Specify a valid Person.' when executing work item from manager inbox for FPM (Webdynpro) forms.
I am using Launchpad handler for POWL mss inbox to execute approvals of process.
I created LPD_CUST config for my process, when executed from approving manager inbox I am getting this error.
Anybody please suggest, I will give full points..

The pernr should be picked from the workitem in the case of approval.
Ensure you do the POWL inbox configuration as has been done for in standard delivery of HR Admin role.

Noise reduction did nothing - no instructions for the process

I entered noise reducer in the help menu and "what's new in imovie comes up" - I am looking for info on the process to apply noise reduction and nothing applied even two layers down in what came up in "what's new in imovie".
I have bought the book iMovie HD 6 & iDVD 6 and it does not give direction on how to apply. It does say page on 157, "this effect minimizes white noise, crowd noise, and hum - but nothing else - no directions on how to apply!
My audio clip is selected in the time line and if it is as simple as selecting the apply button in audiofx, then select noise reduction, then select apply - IT DID NOTHING.
Is this how it works for application and out come?

No, but the Help menu in iMovie does:
To add an audio effect:
Click the Timeline Viewer button (shown above).
Select the audio clip or clips you want to add an effect to.
Tip: To learn how to select multiple clips, see "Selecting clips" below.
Click the Editing button, and then click Audio FX at the top of the Editing pane.
Select the audio effect you want from the effects list.
Adjust the settings for the effect.
Different controls appear depending on the effect you select. For example, if you select Reverb, you can adjust the intensity of the reverberation by choosing a reverb style and dragging the Less/More slider.
Click Preview to hear the effect.
To stop previewing the effect, click Preview again.
If necessary, repeat any of the above steps until you have the effect the way you want it.
To add the effect to your selected clips, click Apply.
When you add an audio effect to a video clip, iMovie automatically extracts the audio from the clip. The extracted audio with the applied effect appears as a separate clip in one of the audio tracks in the timeline viewer. If you want to add multiple audio effects to the same portion of video, be sure to select the extracted audio clip to add the additional effects to.

User status for Service Issue{for particular Sales order} in CRM

I've an issue related to the User status in CRM.
I've a Sales Order and I'm creating a service issue for it in CRM.
For the service issue number has some user status and I want to know from where it is coming.
Is there any configuration involved in it, or is it coming from the standard coding part.
Please let me know how to find the user status for a service issue.

I'm asking about the user status not the system status.
The user status has only the values{open, worked & closed}.
now for a service issue if it is rejected then the user status are automatically changed into "Closed".
So if you have any idea in this please help me.

Hello, the address number can come from table T001, field name is ADRNR. The usage of this field is used to change the PO's delivery address, the PO delivery address is default as the PO plant address, but you can change this address if you want to the vendor delivery according to your proposal use this field.
and it is maintained in MEAN trxn code
