Process IT2011 ?when have wrong time event records?

hi,
We uploaded the all time events records to SAP from time recording system and  maybe it is lost clock in or clock out records
in such case we need to reduced the hours of that day to half.
my question is : how to reduce the number of hours to half of the daily working hours in that case.
For Example:-
employee clocks in at 8:00 am in 8:00AM to 5:00 PM shift. He clocks in at 8:00 AM but forgot to do the clock out at 5:00PM
in this case he should only be entitled for half day not for full day
Sonu

are you using positive time or negative time management......if positive, the system will not pay..i think..
In the case of negative...you need to development Zreport with the help of abaper by considering all such scenarios exist in the company....Based on the report output, the time administrator has to change the data manually....we did this in our earlier prj...

  • It is have  to process IT2011 ?when have wrong time event records?

    hi,
    I use the report "RPTEUP10" upload the all time events records to SAP from time recording system, no matter it is multiple clock in or clock out(unconsciously,because someone think maybe the first time he not  brush on, so he brush the card again,so there will be 2 time events records ); or maybe it is lost clock in or clock out records.
    my question is : if I don't process those wrong records at 2011(because my customers don't want to correct those records,he hope just give the warning message ),
    if the time evaluation can carry out  to finish the end step?
    now I test at my ides system ,and find I have to process the wrong records at 2011, otherwise the time
    evaluation will not carry out, the system will give me error message .
    for example:
    one employee at start time 06:00,  enter "clock in "twice  ,
    the first record is: 05:58:00 clock in;
    the second record is 05:59:00 clock in
    then I run the PT60(TM00),the system give me error message at "Call rule TD20"
    "Error entry no. 20 No clock-out entry"
    so I have to correct the time events at 2011.
    I want to know if I no need to correct the time events at 2011 ,and the time evaluation can carry out to finish?
    or if I can write some PCR to processed the TIP table ? such as insert or delete the time event at the TIP, so that the time evaluation can carry out and finish?
    who can tell me how to solve this question?
    thanks!
    Olivia Yang

    Hi Olivia,
    Ok as per my understanding you want to have a waring generated when the TIP entries it means either the intime or outtime is missing then and at the same time the TIP entries should be generated automatically.
    1st thing setting a warning yes we can control it.
    Next Updating the TIP entries.
    Ex: Assume XYZ employee has a shift of 8:00 to 18:00 now he forgets to swipe in so there will be just one entry that is 18:00 and the Time Evaluation will fail as intime cannot be detected.If we write a PCR which will update the intime as per his workshedule then there in no where that the infotype in PA30 will get updated IT2011.
    And even if we ensure that Time Evaluation runs then there will be a mismatch between the results and infotype data.Please kindly explain this to your customer.
    Thanks

  • Movie clips have wrong time when importing

    I use to rename my images before importing to iPhoto. I copy them from my camera to a folder in the desktop, rename everything to my like using Adobe Bridge, and then I import them to iPhoto. That way the name of a file usually corresponds to the one in the internal Library (control-freak as I am). That said, I never mess with the Library.
    But I'm having this problem all the time: After importing, all the image pictures are listed on the event accordingly to their correct date/time, but the movie clips are not. They always have an irregular variation in time, sometimes with a difference of several hours, that I have to change manually using iPhoto "adjust date/time" to have them sorted ok chronologically. The strange thing is: that EXIF data is correct in Bridge! I even use this to view/reference the correct time in Bridge, and change it on the movie file already imported in iPhoto.
    Could this be a bug in iPhoto, or is there something wrong with my way of importing? Again, it happens only to the movie files, not the images.
    Thanks.

    Thank you. I didn't know that.
    But still, for me it's a common issue to have iPhoto reading a wrong "File Created" data on my imported movies, even though it seems to be OK on the original file. Does it ever happen to you, know about that issue? Sometimes I have ten or more movie clips in an event and it's a bit of a hassle to restore manually the correct time for each one.
    Maybe it's Bridge fault, maybe it's iPhoto, maybe my workaround is the only answer to this "bug"?
    Thanks again.

  • Some calendar events have wrong time

    For some reason, some of my events are getting assigned a time that is one hour later than they are on iCal. Some have the correct time. The only pattern I see is that it looks as though every other event is out by one hour.
    At one point, I inadvertently set the timezone on the iPod to not daylight savings time, but it is correct now.
    Has anyone experience problems with the calendar?

    I found that by changing my timezone to DST, it updated the different appointments to correct times. Although this is just mild "hack"--for me it corrected the problem. I hope Apple fixes it soon. Also when we do go back to DST (Day lights saving time) - I'll just have to change the time manually.
    Things that didn't work:
    • Turning on time zone support in iCal. Turning it off.
    • Resetting the iPod nano.

  • Skype for Android sent messages have wrong time an...

    I have a problem with Skype on my Huawei phone. When I send a message, it seems Skype thinks it was sent in the past, because I see it for a couple seconds and then BOOM it's way back mixed in with my past messages. It basically disappears and I have to scroll back to find it. The time on my phone was wrong before, but I've fixed it and it is now correct. What could be causing this problem and what steps can I take to fix it?

    This is still not resolved.

  • Invitations have wrong time

    This happens rarely, but consistently with a customer who sends me invitations. They are always off by 10 hours, and I've missed some important meetings. I run Outlook in VMWare Fusion on the same Mac, and the appointments go into Outlook correctly. So whether the appointment is at the right time or not depends on whether I happen to see it first in Outlook or iCal.
    I have time zones set in iCal.
    The appointment appears to have the correct time and time zone set in it; it just gets put in the wrong place by iCal.

    Thank you. I didn't know that.

  • WRT610N certain file types have wrong time stamp

    Hi, I have searched this forum for a similar problem with no luck - so here goes...
    I have a WRT610N router using the latest firmware 1.00.03 B15. After upgrading the firmware I reset router for 30 sec., and then powerdown for 30 sec. as I have read on this forum, and yes the USB drive was disconnected before hand, but I still have this problem when creating/saving certain file types on the USB drive attached to the router.
    I have discovered that MS Word and PowerPoint files (.doc & .ppt) are saved with the correct date and time, but MS Excel, Notepad, and HTML files (.xls, .txt, and .mht) are saved with a time stamp that is one hour later!!! There may be other file types that are affected by this as well.
    Example: I create/save a Word file and also an Excel file at 1:00 PM, When I use Windows Explorer to view the details of the files on the USB drive, the Word file has a timestamp of 1:00 PM, but the Excel file has a timestamp of 2:00 PM (in the future). All other functions on the router seem to be OK.
    If I create these five file types on the C: drive they all have the same timestamps, I also have a Netgear SC101 NAS which shows the correct timestamps. I only have this problem when using the USB drive connected to the WRT610N. I tried this on 3 different computers - all have the same issue.
    This may seem like a minor issue, but Im using SmartSync Pro to back up all the drives on the LAN and it uses the file's timestamp to determine if it should be backedup or not. So Im concerned that backups may not be done properly, or God knows what it will do with files from the future!
    Im using WinXP SP3, the USB drive is a WD2500BEVS - 250GB with 4 partitions (largest is 120GB) all formatted as NTFS.
    I would appreciate it if others would try this and post their results here so I would know whether to bug Linksys for a fix, or if I have problems elsewhere in my configuration.  Thank you.

    Well, 15 days, 40 views, 0 replies.
    Could one kind sole, just one, please; startup Notepad, save an empty .txt file to the USB drive on the router, and then let me know if the file had the correct time stamp?
    Preferably someone with a ver 1 router, firmware 1.00.03 B15, and running WinXP SP3.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Time event C019 integration with results recording

    Hi ,
          Posted this in the QM forum and got no response so reposting it here.  I am asking for a discrete manufacturing scenario. Does any one know how to integrate CO19 time event confirmation with the results recording transaction. Usually on the mfg floor the mfg people will do in process inspection. They are used to more of a clock in clock out way of working. They clock into the operation, they do the manufacturing activities and then they do the inspection activities. Once both are done they clock out and the material moves to the next operation. I knoe we can tie in manufacturing confirmation (CO11N) transaction with the results recording for inspection points. But I am looking to tie in the CO19  time event transaction to do the clock in clock out and tie it with the inspection point results recording transaction. The operators on the floor do not want to go to mutliple transactions to record thier time on that operation. Do you know how that can be done and if its even possible ?
    Also do we have to use inspection points or can we do it without inspection points ?.
    Thanks

    GS, Time events are always tied to a record group technically and this prohibits free/extended usage of the transaction compared to say CO11N.
        Explore further on the details provided in the sap help site which states,
    'You can only confirm quantities when you confirm processing time events.
    You can only confirm activities that cannot be assigned to a particular record type group (Set-up,processing, teardown) by using the time event ‘Variable activity’. The confirmed value is assigned to corresponding value in the standard value key parameters'..

  • Infotype Time Events

    Hi experts!!
    We are trying to set up a time management machine integrated with SAP.
    Everything seems work fine, but the time event records we don't know where they area. After processing the IDOC we get the status: 53. (Inbound IDocs HRCC1UPTEVEN Status:53)
    What is the infotype that receives the time events in SAP?
    We have checked the IT2011 but there isn't records.
    Do you know if the time event records should be in another infotype?
    Kind regards,
    Julian.

    Hi,
    Please check the detailed error message of the idoc under Status node in transaction WE02.
    The time events brought in through idocs need to be processed in SAP so that they can be stored in infotype 2011 (Database table: TEVEN). Transaction PT45 is used for this purpose.
    For error handling you can use transaction PT40 - PDC error handling.
    Also below is a link from help.sap which may help you in your problem.

  • Differences between Time ticket (CO11N) and Time Event (CO19)

    Hi Guru
    Could you please briefly explain differences in between Time ticket (CO11N) and Time Event (CO19) during Prd Ord confirmation?
    I tried searching for relevant material but could not get any.
    Please advise

    Dear Lyonie,
    In my understanding CO11N, is generally used to confirm the production execution at operation level or sub operation level or
    normally for milestone operation confirmation.Automatic Goos movement can also be performed when this T Code is executed.
    There is no track of exact setup start time,end time,execution start time and end time.
    Using CO19,we can track the or post the exact or actual setup start time,setup end time,processing start time,end time for each
    operation.
    More related to Time Eevnt confirmation,
    Time Event Confirmations
    Every confirmed time event is assigned internally to a record type group:
    Setup times are assigned to record type group 1.
    Processing times are assigned to record type group 2.
    Teardown times are assigned to record type group 3.
    Each record type group can be assigned to one or more parameters in the standard value key for the work center (for example machine time). (See Customizing in Production ® Basic data ®Work center ® General data ® Standard value ® Define standard value key). The link between time event and parameter ensures that the calculated duration counts as an activity (for example, when calculating the actual costs of the operation.
    The processing of an operation requires both machine time and labor time. The time event confirmation for the processing section of the operation can take effect on activity u2018machine timeu2019 and on u2018processing timeu2019, if you enter record type group u20182u2019 for the parameters u2018machineu2019 and u2018laboru2019 in the standard value key.
    You can only confirm quantities when you confirm processing time events.
    You can only confirm activities that cannot be assigned to a particular record type group (Set-up, processing, teardown) by using the time event u2018Variable activityu2019. The confirmed value is assigned to corresponding value in the standard value key parameters.

  • Timer Event Generator.

    Hi there
    I'm running WL Platform 8.1 SP4. I am using the timer event generator to fire requests to a channel/process. The timer is simply used to start a given process, there is no notion of message sent to it.
    Issues
    1) When defining a channel,
    e.g
    <channel name ="XToY" messageType="xml"
    qualifiedMetadataType="eg:TimerEventGenerator" />
    It seems I must define messageType="xml", if i define it as 'none' then it does not appear in the channel list when defining the timer event generator, therefore i cannot bind to it. So if I leave the messageType as xml, it appears. For the configuration of the timer, the message element is optional. Problem is when the timer now fires it throws the following error:
    <08-May-2006 10:25:25 o'clock BST> <Error> <WLI-Core> <BEA-489030> <Error publishing Timer Event message for XToYTimerEG : com.bea.wli.mbconnector.MBConnMDBBase$MBConnectorException: Can't create proc
    ess variable: com.bea.wli.mbconnector.MBConnMDBBase$MBConnectorException: Can't read XML (no root element)>
    Any ideas?
    2) Can someone direct me to any wlst scripts that allow the creation of a timer event generator in a cluster? ?I cannot find anything on dev2dev ?
    TIA
    Arvinder

    Ok, you can basically leave the messageType as XML
    and for the Timer EG configuration, for the optional message you can add <dummy/> this will fire the request and start a workflow or whatever is bound to the channel.

  • JButton event listening if timer event already exists

    I would like to detect an event on a button, which is easy enough. But I already have a timer event happening and when I click a button nothing happens.
    I would like to store what button was pressed so that within the timer event I can check if a button and which button has been clicked and act on this.
    Code I have is below, taken out most of what isn't needed to explain what I have.
    int DELAY = 75;
    private Timer movingTimer;
    public BackgroundLayered(int inWidth, int inHeight)
              //loading images
              animation = new totalAnimation();
              animation.............................
              //displaying the images
              ImageIcon image = new ImageIcon("background2.jpg");
              JLabel background =.............................
              JPanel panel = new JPanel();
              //setting up labels
              cow1Image = animation.cow1Right();
              cow1 = new JLabel(cow1Image);
              cow1.setBounds(cow1startX, cow1startY, 20, 20);
              //adding buttons
              block = new JButton("Block");
              eat = new JButton("Eat");
                    //setting bounds
              block.setBounds(3, 305,70,30);
              eat.setBounds(76, 305,70,30);
              //start timer
              movingTimer = new Timer(DELAY,new TimerHandler());
              movingTimer.start();
              //adding components to display
                   // Labels added to Palette layer and buttons to default layer
              getLayeredPane().add(cow0, JLayeredPane.PALETTE_LAYER);
              getLayeredPane().add(cow1, JLayeredPane.PALETTE_LAYER);
              getLayeredPane().add(block, JLayeredPane.DEFAULT_LAYER);
              panel.setOpaque(false);
              setContentPane(panel);
           //this event handler doesnt get invoked when buttons are pressed
            public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent event)
                                System.out.println("button pressed");
    private class TimerHandler implements ActionListener
              public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent actionEvent)
                   //moving the cows
                   cow0.setLocation(cow0startX, cow0startY);
                   cow1.setLocation(cow1startX, cow1startY);
                   //check for collisions
                   collisionCow0 = obstacle.checkCol1Cow0();
                   collisionCow1 = obstacle.checkCol1Cow1();
                   cowBack = obstacle.cowob1Collided();
              }

    Please ignore this topic! I have now resolved the problem.
    Having only done event handling in applets, I didnt realise you had to add the actionlistener to each button when doing it on desktop also!

  • Some events appear at wrong time when publishing to web

    When I publish my calendar and then view it on the web, events I have created myself in iCal are shown at the correct time, but any events I have recieved from Evolution (the email/calendar application my colleagues use) as an .ics file are shown exactly 8 hours later than they should be. Perhaps it's a coincidence that this is the exact time difference between the UK (where I live and work) and West Coast USA?
    Just to make it clear: all events appear correctly in iCal and, if I send a subscribe email to myself and then subscribe to the published calendar, they also appear correctly in iCal. The only place where they appear at the wrong times is in the http://ical.mac.com/<username>/<calendarname> address, and it's only events that I have recieved via email.
    Is there a workaround for this that doesn't involve asking my colleagues to change settings on their Ubuntu workstations? Perhaps it's a problem with Apple's ical website that they need to fix? Either way, it makes the business of publishing my calendars largely useless.

    Bernard Harte wrote:
    It's likely that the problem is due to an incompatibility between the way that the two systems define time zones.
    This is what I thought, but iCal itself seems to cope with this, whereas the .Mac iCal web server doesn't, which is a shame.
    I suspect that you don't have time zone support switched on in the Advanced tab of Preferences. If you don't, try switching it on and then looking at one of your events and one of the rogue ones in the edit window. You'll probably see a difference in time zones - i.e. that the rogue ones are in US Pacific zone.
    I switched on time zone support, but it didn't change any of the events in iCal at all; i.e., the "rogue" events still show at the correct time (and the incorrect time on the iCal web server).
    If this guess is correct, you will need to get your colleagues to change their time zone since iCal and ical.mac.com are behaving as they should.
    They are all on the same timezone as me - Europe/London (which is currently on DST).
    If the guess isn't correct, report back and we'll work on a solution
    Then I look forward to hearing from you!

    iPhoto crashed. When reopened, 70+  some events were grayed out (no photos).  Restored iPhoto library from Time Machine, fewer grayed events.  Said yes to a msg on fixing library, 3000 more photos. Still wrong.  What next to do?

    Do you still have the library that you were using when the crash occurred?  If so apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
    Fix #1
    1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
    2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database.
    Fix #2
    Using iPhoto Library Manager  to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
    1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
    2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
    3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
    4 - In the next  window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
    5 - Click on the Create button.
    Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

    When i run Time Machine to back up my computer on to an external hard drive, i have no way of knowing when the back up process has been completed.  This is necessary to know because i don't leave my external hard drive connected to the computer.  I routinely disconnect it after backing up the hard drive, and then i store the external hard drive in a different location from the computer.  So, knowing when the back up process has been completed would be a very helpful thing to have the computer specify.

    Just enable Time Machine's menu extra (System Preferences -> Time Machine -> Show Time Machine in menu bar.
    This will add a little Time Machine icon to your menubar. When Time Machine is actively backing up your data, the icon will spin as a visual indicator. You can also click the menu icon to see the backup status, including how much data is left to back up.
