Process order closing when TECO...

Hi Gurus,
Can anybody help me to close the process order having status as...
" TECO PRC BASC BCRQ CNC MANC SETC VCAL"....
In short...The order was not  released and confirmed....Just the order was created and then TECO'ed....
Thanks,
Ameya K.

Hi Ameya,
You can only perform (business) closing for a process order if:
The order has status Released (REL), Control recipe created (CRCR) or Control recipe discarded (CRAB), or Technically completed (TECO). To have status Technically completed, the order must have already reached status Released.
The order balance is 0.
There are no more open purchase requisitions, orders, or commitments for it.
All data related to the process order is available and correct (For example, the inspection lots for the order must be completed).
There are no future change records from the confirmation processes.
So revoke TECO, set to REL , then change to TECO & CLSD.
Hope this resolves your issue

  • Process Order error during TECO

    Hi gurus
The user is encountering an error with her Process Order. When she is trying to TECO the order, an error pops out saying "Cancel Scheduling" is not allowed. SAP says that the current status of the object prohibits 'cancel scheduling'. The process order has the following statuses: REL PCNF DLV PRC BASC BCRQ EXPL EXTS
    Please help

    Hello Obie,
    Please try the following steps
Reverse all the confirmation (Goods receipt against the order)
    Then Re-read the master data
This will flip the status of the order to CRTD (created) and all the operation will be back to initial .
Release the order and confirm the qty which was cancelled in first step
Now try to TECO the order.
If you are still gettting the error then let us know.
    I hope the information helps
    Cheers

    Diagnosis
The balance on object ORD 10009314 is not zero. That is, there are still costs on the object.
    System Response
The object cannot be closed and the deletion flag must not be set.
    Procedure
Settle the object before you close it or set the deletion flag.
    2)  Unprocessed future change recs for order 10009314 prevent del. flag/completion
    Message no. CO688
    Diagnosis
There are still future change records or error records to be processed from the confirmation for the confirmation processes in order 10009314. Possible confirmation processes are:
    Automatic goods receipt
    Backflushing
    Calculation of actual costs
    Data transfer to HR
    System Response
You are not meant to set the deletion flag/'completed' status for orders with future change records that have not been processed.
    Procedure
You should process the open future change records using
    Predefined confimration process or
The CORUPROC program, by dispatching it in Customizing in a background job (dispatch background jobs: dispatching processes).
Check if incorrect goods movements or incorrect actual cost calculations exist for the order, and reprocess these if necessary:
    Reprocessing incorrect goods movements
    Reprocessing incorrect actual cost calculations

  • Process order Closing problem..

    Hi...
When i try to close the process order using CORM...i m getting error as......
"Unprocessed future change recs for order  prevent del. flag/completion"
Plz can anybody help me on this issue...
Also now if I try to cancel the order using CORS...i get error as...
"Activity lot size dependent duration cannot be entered"
    Regards,
    Ameya k.

    Hi
This program can be used to clean open prod orders.
    please read below documentation:
The program CORUPROC can be used to post preselected processes for
    confirmations.
The following processes can optionally be preselected:
    o   Automatic goods receipt
    o   Backflushing
    o   Calculation of actual costs
The program CORUPROC is normally used in periodically dispatched
background jobs. However, it can also be started online.
If the program is used in a background job then this is only by
specifying a variant to make possible the parametrization of the program
    CORUPROC.
    The following parameters are possible:
    o   goods movements
        -   automatic goods receipt
        -   backflushing
        -   Incl. incorrect goods movement: Not only preselected but also
incorrect goods movements that are usually processed with
transaction COGI are are selected and processed. The indicator
"Automatic goods receipt" and "Backflushing" are also taken into
            account.
    o   Determination of actual costs
You can define further parameters for controlling the program flow in
Customizing using the transaction OPKB. The following parameters are
    involved:
o   Number of parallel processes: You can use this entry to restrict the
number of simultaneously processed portions. If no number exists the
system calculates the number of the maximum available work processes
on the application servers that are available. The number of
parallel processes along with the parameters "Maximum number of
items in material document" directly affect the total number of
active locking entries in the global locking table.
Application server group: Using this entry the system can post goods
movements in parallel to a predefined group of application servers.
The RFC groups can be maintained using the menu options "Tools ->
Administration -> Administration -> Network -> RFC destination, RFC
    -> RFC groups".
Maximum number of items in material document: You can use this entry
to specify the number of goods movement items used to create a
material document. If the entry is missing then a maximum of 100
goods movements are copied to a material document. This entry is
necessary since with a large number of items the accounting document
    cannot be posted.

  • Anyone know how to keep a child Process from closing when the main Applicaiton is closed

I have a Web based application that needs to use an older version of Java to run it properly . I have been able to sequence this and use a shortcut to call on Iexplorer.exe to open the browser in bubble and have the old version of Java run in the
same bubble. This part is working as needed but the issue I have ran into is when a end user opens up a word document from a link  and "check's it out" to modify it and closes the browser it immediately closes the word document along
with it. So the Question I have, Is there a way to keep a child process open when the main Application is closed . Anyone run into anything similar or any documentation on a way to keep the process alive until the end user closes it?

    Hi There,
I don't believe there is a way to handle this currently within App-V...Other virtualization products do have the ability to exclude processes and force to run outside or the bubble or exclude them from terminating on shutdown.
It would be a great feature request for a future release. You can easily request it here:

  • COHVPI-closing process order error

    Dear all,
Some of the process order is in TECO status
I need to close the order.
While doing mass process order to close the order by using COHVPI tcode,i got error for all material
Inspection lot xxxxxx for the order xxxxxx does not have necessary status.
By using qa32 i checked, for that lots status is released.
So i tried to make results entries and usage decision,But no characteristics was maintained in results,so we are not able to do usage decision.
The error message which i got for the materials ,inspection type was 03.
So kindly let me know how to process it.
    Regards
    Rajasekaran

To process them cleanly, you should have at least one characteristic result recorded.  Why have you created an 03 lot with no inspection characteristics to begin with?
What is the error message when you do a UD?  You should be able to do a UD on those lots where the order has a status of TECO.

  • TECO process order in CORK User exit (ZXCOFU10)

    Hi,
I am trying to implement an auto-TECO process during confirmation (CNF). This process should change the process order status to TECO and also update the TECO date (AUFK-IDAT2). Using CORK userexit, EXIT_SAPLCORF_405 (ZXCOFU10), I tried using STATUS_CHANGE_FOR_ACTIVITY function module but it doesn't update AUFK-IDAT2 field.
I tried also using BAPI_PROCORD_COMPLETE_TECH as well but there seems to be a problem using this BAPI in this userexit. I can't seem to reverse the confirmation after this process. Before the BAPI, I inserted a COMMIT WORK AND WAIT. Does this have anything to do with the problem?
I tried using Call transaction 'COR2' but this does not work since the process order is locked to CORK.
Is there a way to change the status of the process order to TECO during this userexit and update the TECO date (AUFK-IDAT2) as well? Is BAPI the way to go or is there another way?
    Thanks,
    Kaine

are you passing all the key info to the RESBD table..
Did you checked it in debug mode.

  • Global Standard for TECOing Process Orders

    Hi All,
Is there any standard rule for how long it should take for a process order to be TECO'ed?
Currently our PO's get TECO'ed anywhere between 2-8 days after confirmation. But we do have them all TECO'ed prior to month end. I would prefer to set a general rule (based on global and benchmarking standards) on how many days it should take us to TECO them.
    Appreciate your help and inputs.
    Thanks,
    Deeksha

    Dear Deeksha,
Once the process order has been confirmed with final confirmation or say the complete confirmation, goods movements(Gi&Gr)
activities are completed, then the TECO status can be set on the same day of final confirmation and GR or else on the next day.
If my understanding is correct then SAP suggests to set the TECO status once the shop floor activities are completed and no
where I could see the no of days for performing this activity.
If required this can be individually set at process order level in COR2 or else as month ending activity by setting TECO for a list
of process orders using T.Code COHVPI.
    Check and revert back.

  • Return against Process Order

    Hi Gurus
I have a problem while posting a return against process order. When I am returning the process order the order quantity is not coming into the unrestricted area and it is showing in the reserved area. Because of this other process orders are not picking the right batch. The process order is not closed.
    Early response is highly appreciated.

I check the problem and found that the process order line has reopen once we post the return. I don't know why this is happening. Could anyone tell me the standard practise and process flow of process order return.

  • Process Order Partial confirmation (PNCF) and Final Confirmation

    Hi expert,
I'm already running t-code COHVPI to mass processing process order so it status change from TECO to CLOSED. But there is an error message "process order partially confirmed". Is that true if process order must be final confirmed before it changed to CLOSED. Should we change the status of partial confirmed (PNCF) to Final confirmed (CNF) before process order CLOSED.
    Please give me a suggestion.
    Thank you.

Correct. Final Confirmation is THE signal to the rest of the world that that this order is DONE (at least from the GR standpoint). This will also retire the order from the APO/SNP radar.

  • Process order CLOSE:Message no. BS013

    Hi Gurus,
I am trying to CLOSE some Process orders which are TECO status,(All are TECO status, and Settled) but when I execute those it gives error messages, and the Log says,
System status CRTD is active (ACT 112033 0011 )
    Message no. BS013
    Diagnosis
Object ACT 112033 0011 has system status CRTD (Created).  According to this status, transaction 'Complete' is not allowed.
    Procedure
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.
    your time greatly appreciated,
    Paartha

    Hi Partha,
Our internal systems behave the same. The reason is that the activity
cannot be set to TECO unless it has been Released. You can see for any
activity that setting TECO is not allowed via Edit -> Status -> Complete
Technically unless the activity is at least at status REL. Therefore,
when you try to set TECO for the project you get BS013 because status
CRTD is active for the network activity.
The system shows TECO as an allowed option for the project as it is
allowed but only as long as all pre-requisites are met. The alternative
would be for the system to do the pre-requisite checks before deciding
whether TECO should be shown as allowed or not. This would not be good
    from a performance viewpoint.

  • User Exit/BADI to modify MCHA-HSDAT while saving a process order

    Dear all,
I would like to know if there are any user-exits or BADI's to modify MCHA-HSDAT field, while saving process order.
Scenario: There are two material types ZBUL and ZFDF. After releasing the process order and when I save, an entry in MCHA table for material with material type ZFDF is created.I should make a check if MCHA-HSDAT of this ZFDF material is equal to MCHA-HSDAT of ZBUL.
If not, I should replace MCHA-HSDAT of ZFDF material with the HSDAT of ZBUL material.
I have checked user exits 'PPCO0007' and PPCO0014 and PPCO0020 but I could not find MCHA structure to update.
Do, I need to create an implicit enhancement for this?
    Thanks in advance!
    Aravind

    Aravind,
Do the following steps in order to find the best exit for you.
for e.g. using enhancemnt PPCO0020 FM EXIT_SAPLCOKO_005. Use the "Where used list" to get the point where this FM has been called. So in this case you can use "(SAPLCOKO)MCHA" as field symbol.
    Any question, let me know.

  • Control recipe destination not available in Process order

    Hi PP-PI Gurus,
When i am sending the process maessages to destinations,i am getting the error"No control receipe destination available in process order".
When we create master recipe using X-steps, there is no option to enter comtrol recipe destination. Infact we asssign the destination in X-step tree.
When the control recipe is created for a process order using x-steps, the operations overview will not have the control recipe destination.
When the status of the control recipe is sent to destination(PI02),the system throws the above error.
Any help on  how to resolve this error.
    Thanks in advance.
    Mani

    Hi Dhavel,
Whether it is PI_CRST or PI_CRST2 i am getting the same error message.
When i am working with Conventional Characterestics based process instructions in my recipe, everything is working fine.
When i use X-steps instead of process instructions in master recipe to create the control recipe, i am facing this error.
So it is clear that , when we are using Execution steps(X-steps) to create PI sheet, there needs some extra settings.
Any body working with X-steps in process order ,request your help please to resolve this issue.
    Mani.

  • Problem during Process Order creation

    Hi,
I have problem while creating Process Order.
I have maintained all the basic data required to create the process order.
When I Release the order, I am able to create the control recipe also, but PI sheet is not generated along with it. System gives the message "No PI maintained in customising for CRD for which control recipe is to be generated "
If I maintain the same, then system is unable to create the control recipe.
What may be the problem here? What i can do to rectify this situation?
    Pavan

    Hi Pavan,
    1. Maintain PI in SPRO of process management
    2. Assign this PI to one of phse in master recipe
    3. Plz check wheather ur created Control receipe destination or not.
    4. if not then maitain the same in Spro.
5.Check the ordre type dependent parameter i.e COR4 from SPRO
see the Control recipe gerated in REL phse else maintai the asme in production scheduling profile.
if possible plz send the sctren shot fir the same to
