Process order deletion not possible through PRARCHP1but can do in COR2

Hi Guru's,
I want to set Process order status to DLFL through program PRARCHP1 but getting message as "there are no Log messages" however I am able to set deletion flag through COR2. It appears strange to me. I am try to set to DLFL status for TECO orders. Could you please suggest How can I set DLFL to eligible process orders? (Pls find attached selection screen details)

Check the following information from question 10 of FAQ note 540834:
Question:
              During the initial archiving run (when you set the deletion flag and/or the deletion indicator) or during archiving, the system does not process all of the orders that correspond to the selection criteria. Why?
Answer:
              Note that, in addition to the selection criteria, the residence times from Customizing of the order types (transaction OPJH for production orders and transaction CORN for process orders) is evaluated. In this case, the residence times have the following impact:
Residence time 1:
The time interval (in calendar months) that must elapse between setting the deletion flag and setting the deletion indicator.
Residence time 2:
The time interval (in calendar months) that must elapse between setting the deletion indicator and archiving (writing to the archive and deleting).
              In addition, note that orders without delivery dates are not processed if a delivery date overrun or an interval for the actual delivery date is specified.

Although the Process Order is appearing there to be stored, we I execute store process it gives me a message that "Zero Orders were stored".

Hi Pérsio,
Check In Customizing whether the order type has been set up for storing in T code COR4 (order type-dependent parameters, Master data tab page, Order record required indicator).
IF the option is selected, the system will not delete the record directly. The order record must be archieved and then deleted.
based on this either you can de activate the option or archive before deletion.

I have issue regarding Process Order Deletion Flag
I created a Process Order and for that phase confirmation and goods movement done . but some how i have to reverse it so i cancell Phase confirmation and goods issue through transaction CO14 and also discard the control recipe
Now i am going for process order deletion flag Active but system is giving me a Error like
"Unprocessed future change recs for order 1100044297 prevent del. flag/completion
Message no. CO688
Diagnosis
There are still future change records or error records to be processed from the confirmation for the confirmation processes in order 1100044297. Possible confirmation processes are:
Automatic goods receipt
Backflushing
Calculation of actual costs
Data transfer to HR
System Response
You are not meant to set the deletion flag/'completed' status for orders with future change records that have not been processed.
Procedure
You should process the open future change records using
Predefined confimration process or
The CORUPROC program, by dispatching it in Customizing in a background job (dispatch background jobs: dispatching processes).
Check if incorrect goods movements or incorrect actual cost calculations exist for the order, and reprocess these if necessary:
Reprocessing incorrect goods movements
Reprocessing incorrect actual cost calculations"
and Order current status is like below
"TECO CRAB PRC BASC BCRQ GMPS MANC PIGN"
So pls guide me.

Hi,
Pl. check in COGI whether any erroratic goods movements are pending for posting for your process order.
Even order status mentioned by you shows that DLV status is missing so there may be errors related to GR for the order which you can find in COGI.
Clear COGI records & then try.
If problem still persists, pls revert.

Hi All,
We have resolved the above problem.
When user does confirmation ,if it sucessfully created then there will be no entry in BBP_Document_tab table.If it's in error in process and next time when user tries to do GR then he will encounter a pop up message "Document in transfer for PO, creation not possible".
So we need to delete the entries from table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB using FM BBP_DELETE_FROM_DOCUMENT_TAB.
Then check again in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB now there will be noentry there...so now user can do the confirmation from SRM,he will not encounter this error now.

We did partial confirmation in EBP and later when trying to do confiramtion for the remaining quantiy getting the message"document is in transfer for purchase order.Creation not possible"
We are taking this problem in production as well as in quality systems also.

use tcode bd87 in SRM to check for failed confirmation IDOC (type MBGMCR).
The double click the status record to see the exact cause of the failure.
Rectify the error. Then try to execute the IDOC from BD87 tcode.
For a few errors you may not be able to execute the IDOC but to create a new confirmation in SRM. In such cases, follow the below procedure..
There should be an entry for the confirmation in the transfer table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB in SRM. Display the details.
Then run FM "BBP_DELETE_FROM_DOCUMENT_TAB" to delete the entry from the doc tab table.
Then post a new confirmation in SRM.
There is also a FM in SRM using which you can change the status of thefailed IDOC from 51 to 68 or 31.

Whenever a new version of a Document Info Record (DIR) is created or a DIR is created using another DIR as template, the original files copied to the new DIR still refers to the source DIR until the file is edited once.(checked out and checked in). This is the standard behaviour, however there is no option to copy the files for the new DIR at the time of creation, instead of creating files via reference.
Due to this reference you might face error message during deletion of the original in the new created document info record for example or if you made changes to this original in one version you will see the same changes also in the new version too.
If you want to break up this reference automatically during the creation process of the new document info record you will find a solution proposal in SAP note 1450267. Therefore BADI DOCUMENT_MAIN01 with method AFTER_SAVE has to be used with the function call in the following way:
CALL FUNCTION 'CV120_KPRO_RESOLVE_REFERENCE' IN UPDATE TASK
EXPORTING
IS_DOKAR = draw-dokar
IS_DOKNR = draw-doknr
IS_DOKVR = draw-dokvr

Process order should not take part in MRP run

Hello Colleagues
I looking for a way how to exclude not released process orders (we have PP-PI) from MD04 report. Not released process order should not take part in MRP run. I was trying to do it using OPJJ for availability check 02 and checking rule PP but I was not able to get result. Could you please help, probably there are other settings?

Hi,
Settings in OPJJ will take effect only when you create or release process orders.
As a work around you can try to exclude process order is
1. Create a Storage location and make it not relevant for MRP-OMIR
2. In Material master for the material in MRP assign storage location MRP as 1 (exclude storage location stock)
3. Create the process order, in the GR tab enter the storage location (not MRP relevant)
In the MRP run it will not take the process order into account.
After releasing change the storage location to the normal sotrage location.
In this process flow, the control is with the storage location.
Check it in your sandbox.

You will need Mac OS 10.5.8 or later in order to get itunes 10.5 or later, in order to connect your iphone.

Evaluated receipt settlement open, deletion not possible in R3

I am getting an error message "Evaluated receipt settlement open, deletion not possible" in R3 (message no ME867) when trying to delete a line item in PO. We did a GR and than reversed it (102 movement). I also unchecked the ERS flag and GR based IV on this line item but i am still getting the same message. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I've not seen this error before but if you have not executed an ERS settlement the GR and the reversal are still on the EKRS table. You can execute the settlement and the GR and reversal will create a zero value MM invoice and remove those entries from the EKRS table.

The Possible reasons could be one of the following -
Missing Parts - Some of the components required for the order may not be available
Missing Capacity - Capacity required for the order is not available
Error in Cost calculation
Error in Batch allocation to the component materials
When a process order is release some of the functions are carried out in background like Creating a reservation, material availability check, capacity check, precosting......
If something goes wrong in one of the step the order may not release.
Please check the logs during release it will have the clear message.

I have to make report for my application in which I am facing a following problem:
In the application there are multiple suppliers and each supplier having multiple line items and each item having multipale events. each evant having three status GREEN,RED and BLUE.
When a user select 'all suppliers' to show the the status time span for a supplier (i.e. for a supplier how many parts and upto how much time parts are in blue, red and green status)
to show the cumulative status time span I have to find out a event for each line item which is having nearest lower entry time from the lower part of the given time span.for this i have write following query
SELECT * FROM parts_events
WHERE vendorid = ? AND partid = ?
AND visible = 'visible' AND active = 1
AND entrytime = (SELECT MAX(entrytime) as
entrytime from parts_events
WHERE vendorid = ?
AND partid = ?
AND entrytime < ?

the problem is that i have to fire this query for each line item, can it not possible that i can retrive it for all line items in a single query?

After creating Master recipe in C201, under the operations tab you need to define the operations involved in recipe . along with the operation column there is phase indicator column is there which is to be selected whether this operation is phase or not...

O ficheiro (arquivo) que está a ler pode não ser texto, ou seja, pode ser texto transformado em imagem e exportado como PDF.
A aplicação de destino (onde está a tentar colar o texto copiado) pode não aceitar a colagem de texto formatado.
A aplicação que está a utilizar para abrir os ficheiros PDF pode não ser indicada para certo tipo de documentos. Experimente o iBooks, o Dropbox ou até mesmo o seu e-mail.
No caso de nenhuma destas causas estar na origem do seu problema, forneça, por favor, mais informações sobre a origem do ficheiro (descarga pelo Safari, Mail ou outro) bem como o destino (documento Pages, Keynote ou Numbers ou outra aplicação que não o iWork).
