Process Order Source Display in SCM

Hello users, please forgive my ignorance in this are but I am trying to understand why a specific users would not have a Source/Target section in an SCM Process Order in a released status.
If the user drills into a process order from the product view then the following data sections should be available for display: Dates/Times, Primary Product, Status, *Source/Target*. For one user the Source/Target section is not displayed.
Is there a users specific setting that determines this display?

Are components also plan in APO with MRP type X0?
Does PDS or PPM contain all the components?
Verify if the component is maintained properly in the PDS.
Check whether there is an active integration model for the components, also execute the RAPOKZFX report for all the materials in question.
When you convert the PPDS order to process order then conversion happens in ECC/R/3 system. This is the place BOM has to be reexploded in ECC. Please check if you have any enhancement which restrict BOM explosion.
Also check OSS note 1576703 suggested by an expert Caetano.

Target costs not displayed in process order

Hi,
We have set up a small PI scenario. The issue we are facing is that the target costs are not displayed in the order. Actual costs appear after confirmation, but target costs appear as zero.
We have maintianed cost relevancy in work centers, defined valid activity types, maintianed price in material master for all components and also run the standard cost estimate and released it.
Please let us know what we are missing and why this error could be happening?

Target costs are populated when you do the goods receipt. System will search for the released standard cost estimate and then apply that for each material component. If these 2 conditions are passed, then you will get target cost in order,
You need to define the following,
1. Variance Key - Transaction "OKV1"
2. Assign that to Plant using "OKVW"
3. Define Variance Variant using "OKVG"
4. Define Valuation variant for WIP/Scrap calculation using "SPRO"
5. Define target cost version by assiging sl no 3 & 4 and also how the cost calculation should be used.
Once this activities are completed, execute production/process order and then after goods movement and some confirmations process Variance using "KKS2" as a period end activities.

Display process order material wise planned cost

When I display process order CO03 and select variant Cost Trend for cost analysis. System show total figure of raw material.
My requirement is to check material number wise pland qty and value for a process order. Planned Activity Qty and Actual Qty with value

Display Process Order: Material List -- MRP Distribution Key fiels

Hi,
In Display Process Order: Material List, the field of "MRP Distribution Key (RESBD-VERTI or RESB-VERTI) is coming as editable field (Even in Display mode of process order). Is this is standard? Or some configuration is there to make it editable or non editable field even in Display mode of process order?

Do you mean BOM component of process order ?
Deleted mark represent that this material will no longer be used in process order i .e . material will not be issued if it has deletion mark in process order.
Deletion mark will only come if you delete a component after releasing order. If you delete a component before release then it will not be visible as BOM component of process order.

Is there any soln to display production line for process order in COOISPI?

HI,
When we run COOISPI for planned orders, the field MDV01 "Production Line" populates correctly (based on the value in the production version associated with the planned order). However, you run COOISPI for process orders, that same field is now blank.
Any pointer on how to display MDV01 in case of Process order.

Thanks for your reply. my requirement is to populate the field value of production line in the CIOISPI report. I have production line assigned to production version. It does display if you see the results for Planned order but not for process order and the 'production line' field remains blank. More importantly i am trying to display the results for the same production version in case of process order,
Can you plz provide me any pointers or the way we can have production line value if want to display COOISPI for process order.

Control Costs not Displayed in Process Order Cost Reports

I checked in IDES system as well, there also using standard settings control costs are not getting updated on the process orders.
I couldn't makeout how the control costs fields get updated in the process order cost reports

COOISPI: No display of operations/phases from process orders

User level authorization for process order

Greetings for the day.
As we all know that there are three main screen of process order
1. Header Data
2. Operations data
3. Materials Data
Now, we want to restrict the users to access the screen as below. (T-Code: COR1 & COR2)
Header
PP, MM, QM Users can change
Operations
PP, QM Users can change, MM user can display only
Materials
MM, QM Users can change, PP user can display only
How can we achieve this?

Yes, that is impossible to control that way in standard, so I think you may consider the the user exits to write your own source codes to check the changes done by user and prohibit the save.

Issue in Sales Order & Process Order interface

Hi,
Issue:
In case of Assemble to Order scenario, Process order is created automatically when SO is created.
Process order will have Sales order number under General data tab ( COR3)
When sales order is created with respect to Inquiry, Inquiry number is displayed in process order instead of Sales order number.
Also when process order is confirmed, stocks are posted to Inquiry number stock i.e in MMBE Inquiry number is displayed against stock ( sales order stock)
since stock are not posted to sales order stock, schedule line is not confirmed.
As a result sales order cannot be delivered.
Query
1) please let me know the customizing settings done for automatic creation of process order WRT sales order( Both SD and PP if possible)
2) Customizing setting which controls the sales order field in Process order. so that stocks are posted to sales order stocks and not Inquiry or Qutation stock even if they are present.

Where you checking these details.Are you seeing the print preview If yes then it seems the changes not captured into print preview.Check with your ABAPer why system is not getting right weights.

Smartforms for SAP process orders.

Hi,
We want to use smart forms instead of SAP scripts for process order for various reasons.
COnfig does not allow using smart forms.
So we called the smart form in the print program of the sap script.
But this process is not using the configuration ( OPK8 or CB85). Its always picking the default printer from the user profile.
Did any one do this before? if yes what is the process followed.
we are using the function CALL FUNCTION 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME'
to print the smart form.

How does iCal, or Calendar, order the display of multiple events for the same time?

I can't for the life of me figure out how iCal orders the display of multiple items at the same time. Does anyone have a clue? It's not alphabetical. It's not according the the order of the calendars in the left pane. Is it just random? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the focus lost eventhandling start a thread which does
the actual handling.
the new thread waits for a little time (0.1 seconds)
the click event of the button checks for a thread like the one above and tells it not to execute
This way you execute the for the lost focus event only if
the ok button isn't clicked in the same process ... not
realy good, because it kind of relies on the ordering of threads ... but maybe it still works for you?
