Process type not determined during ISU - CRM Contract replication

Hello Experts,
Process type is not getting determined during the ISU -> CRM contract replication.I could see that all configs are in place.
Please could you suggest what could have impacted this.

Hi Experts,
we have scheduled a Job to create Billing. In few of the billing documents, output type is not getting determined. Condition records are maintained correctly. This is happening only for few billing documents in spite of maintaining condition records?
Can some one help me on this issue.

To check determination of output record - In VF02, give the billing document for which output was not determined.
Goto > Header > Output, check if the output has got determined.
If not then it is not getting determined.
any difference between the documents in which output is getting determined and in which not?

ISU- CRM Contract Integartion

I want to replicate ECC 6.0 Contracts in CRM 7.0 as Contract items.
I found ISU/CRM Contract integration Cookbook but that just explains replication in the direction CRM -> ISU, however i want it to work from ISU -> CRM.
Can anyone please help me with that? or let me know any useful document that i could refer to achieve my task.

CRM Contract replication to IS-U

I'm facing a problem in CRM contract replication to IS-U. Could you please anyone tell me what are the internal statuses that should be set at the contract header and contract item which will trigger automatic contract replication to IS-U.

Hi,
there is no status that automatically starts the replication. There are just statuses that PREVENT the replication. If those status are in place, the replication will be surpressed. Those are: I2401, I2402, I2404, I2405, I2413. I hope the list is complete. If one of thoese status is active, the replication will not take place. Note 1609458 should prvide details on status I2406 and I2407.

EDI1 Condition type not determined automaitcally in ORDERS process

Hi Experts,
We are in the process of creating the Sales order by receiving EDI data from customer and converting in to IDOC format and trying to create the sales order. While executing the ORDERS IDOC message type sales order is getting created successfully. But Condition type EDI1 is not getting activated even after maintaining the value in E1EDP01-VPREI.
During foreground mode, if we maintain the EDI1 condition type manually then, its accepting without any issue. But during IDOC process its not getting added automatically.
Please give your suggestion on this.

WMTA output type not determining in outbound delivery

Im in is-retail we are using lean WM for automatic transfer order creation, recently we made immediate delivery also, after this auto TO is not creating and WMTA output type also not determining in delivery.
pls help me any body why out put type is not determining and what is the solution?

There could be several reasons. Go to the document and in the extras-output check output determination analysis in the processing log.
If the output has been created successfully then you need to see your printer determination. Ask basis to check it up. If the problem is that even the print preview is not coming. Check your communication in the output analysis and ensure LOCL is selected. Any other printer will need to be configured.
If thats done already then check whether you have maintianed the condition record.
If that too is done then check whether your output type has been assigned to the output procedure and that the output type is listed in the procedure.

Condition type not determined

Hello All,
I am using COPY CONTROL to create contract through VA41.
Problem i am facing is condition type not getting picked up at item level, though correct pricing procedure is getting determined. In that pricing procedure this condtion type is maintained but still it is not picking the condition type.

Custom Process Types not working in SAP BPC 10.0

Hi Experts,
We have migrated from SAP BPC 7.5 NW to SAP BPC 10.0 NW.
We have three Custom Process Types created in BPC 7.5NW using the super class CL_UJD_SIMPLE_ACTOR as super class.
It has been made Obsolete and Final class in BPC 10.0NW and the Custom Process types are not running as expected.
Can you please suggest if there is any alternative for using the existing custom process types? Or do we have any alternative for creating custom process types?
*Note: We have tried replacing the superclass with CL_UJD_ACTOR instead of CL_UJD_SIMPLE_ACTOR but of no use.

All Process Types not visible in RSPC ( process chain)

Hi,
When I go to create a new process chain in RSPC & look for process types to choose from I am not able to see all the process types.
when I go to table RSPROCESSTYPES or setting-->maintain process types , it shows all the enteries.
Am I suppose to do some steps before I start seeing all the process types in the left panel of my RSPC--process types.

if not there maintain them..

SAP EXIT Processing Type not comin in the drop down

The SAP Exit Processing type is not appearing in the drop down of the Variable processing types in the Variable wizard while defining the Variable.

SAP Exit processing type is meant for Business Content variables only ( which are provided by SAP), if you want to create a variable & use exit in that, choose Customer Exit option.

Output type not determined in Sales Order

Hello Friends,
I am facing a problem.
I have maintained the O/P condition record for O/P type for order confirmation.
While creating sales order, in the determination analysis for O/P , it shows as O/P found, but the same is not added in the sales Order outputs.
Can somebody advise me what is missing ?

1. You need to maintain Condition records in VV11 for BA00 (Key combination - order type)
2. If already created Check whether the records are existing through VV12
3. If yes, then enter into your sales order in VA02 Mode
4. Check Extras --> Output --> Header --> Edit
If status is yellow or green then it is ok. Output = BA00, Medium = Print output, Function = SP
Then Choose the line and click "Communication Method" Enter Logical destination - LP01 and activate the indicator against "Print Immediately"
Click Back button --> Click "Further Data"
Under "Requested Processing" header
Dispatch time = Choose the option accordingly
save it.
Then counter check the config by running sales transaction without saving check
Check Extras --> Output --> Header --> Print Preview
if the output is shown then you have succeded

Condition type not determine in sales order

I have condition record maintained for the condition type as per the order reason. When I create the sales order system is not reading the condition record so no condition type is getting determined. Pricing date from the sales order is within the validity period of condition record.Parmeters are also matching but still in the sales order condition type is not getting determine.

In that case, do update of pricing.
To do that, Sales Order - Item data - Condition Tab - Click Update button and choose option B - Carry out new pricing.
To know who manually remove this.
Choose Enviroment from menu bar in sales order - choose Change for display of change in the doc.

Output type not triggered during Delivery Order - pls help

Hi,
Need some help.
I'm trying to setup output determination for delivery. It's a new output type for delivery.
There are some checking that I want to build in to determine whether the output type is to be generated. Therefore I have to make sure of requirement (routine). However, after putting in the configuration, coding the requirement and creating the condition record, the output type still cannot be generated. When I go to VL02N to check the Output Determination Analysis it says the requirement " " is not fulfilled. It's not even calling out the requirement number that I assigned in the access sequence.
Any idea what could be wrong?
This is what I've done :
1. Creating condition tables
2. Creating access sequence & assigning the condition tables to the access sequence
3. In the access sequence, assign requirement number 999. The "Exclusive" indicator is not ticked.
4. Ensure that the requirement 999 is activated in tcode VOFM.
5. Create output type, assign the access sequence to the condition type.
6. Assign the condition type to the output determination procedure. Make sure the "Manual" checkbox is not ticked.
7. Assign the delivery type to the output determination procedure.
8. Create condition record.
Note : when i created the condition record, I am not able to assign a Partner Function (for eg. SH) to the record. However in the config for the output type I've already configured for that Partner Function "SH" to be allowed for that output type.

When I go to VL02N to check the Output Determination Analysis it says the requirement " " is not fulfilled. It's not even calling out the requirement number that I assigned in the access sequence.
This is because in requirement you put certain conditions should be fulfill then out put should trigered,
Example - if you maintained condition in requirement that user must maintain loading point
Now when creating delivery user not maintained loading point then output will not trigered, so user must maintain that then only it will trigered output.
Same problem just now solved, check which data maintenance conditions in routine and try to maintain that.

J2IUN: AED payable D(Customer Returns) GL not determined during utilization

Hi,
I am doing Utilization J2IUN & getting a error "Balance in currency" due to following reason.
There is a AED payable due to customer returns,now the Dr entry for it is not getting determined. I am paying AED from BED a/c.
My entries are as follows
Duties payable
BED=1431905
AED=53858
ECS=28638
SECS=14320
Following are the GL account determination entries
Dr 14320       Excise duty payable SHECess
Dr 1431905    Excise duty payable BED
Dr 28638        Excise duty payable Ecess
Cr 1485763    RG23A Basic excise duty
Cr 28638       RG23A ECess
Cr 14320       RG23A SHECess
While simulating there is a AED payable 53858 Dr entry which is missing?
Any idea on missing configuration

Hi,
Go to - Spro - Logistics - General - India - Account Determination - Specify Excise Accounts per Excise Transaction
In excise Transaction Type UTLZ Assign your GL account and give indicator Debit and Account name of AED.
This will solve you issue
