Processor error?

I have an Envy D6 which refuses to boot. I am able to get into the BIOS settings and the PC diagnostics but I cannot boot into Windows nor can I boot from a boot CD.
When I run the PC Diagnostics I get an error right away during the processor test which says "Module Missing".
I then get an error code "0LG55Q-6907BC-QFPJXF-61WS03". Since it happens during the processor test I assume the processor has gone bad but then I wondered how it could run the diagnostics without a processor.
I reseated the memory (Just in case) but I was wondering if anyone knows what the error code refers to explicitily.

Hello and welcome to the HP support forum. For this type of issue I would start with a step by step tear down and boot check.
First remove your ram. Once the ram is out then try and boot. Check to see if you get the same error or see if the you get a beep code or flash code from the led lights.

HP Notebook PCs - Troubleshooting LED Blink Codes or Beep Codes During Startup or Boot
Now try doing the same process with only one stick of ram at a time.
Check the blink or beep codes.
Next thing you can try is to do a BIOS reset.
Restoring the BIOS
I hope this helps. You may also want to remove any other cards such as wireless cards if they are not part of the motherboard and repeat the steps.

Hi,
This is not really and error. Oracle processes transaction in a batch. If one record will fail because of some error, other records/transaction in the batch fails with this error. For this error you really need to get the ERROR_EXPLANATION to find out the exact message as to why it is possibly failing. These can usually have their three flags reset and re-submitted as this error is usually attached to those records in a group where one of the records has been erred with one of the more severe errors.
I believe you can resubmit the transactions which are failed with the below script
Update mtl_material_transactions_temp
set      process_flag = ‘Y’,
     lock_flag = 'N',
     transaction_mode = 3,
error_code = NULL
Where organization_id = &org_id

Graphic processor error

I'm using Photoshop CS6 on a Asus I3. When I tried to apply the oil pain filter, I got an error message saying "The filter you were using encountered an unknown graphics processor error that caused an unexpected exit. Check the manufacturer's website for the latest software."

I notice a couple things from your system info. You don't have the latest updates; Here's more info on what fixes are provided:

Second, and more directed at the error message you're seeing, you have 2 video cards which both have older drivers. Since this is a laptop, you may be stuck with having to rely on Asus to publish any updates. Go to Asus first and see if they have updates that are newer. You might also want to check both Intel and nVidia to see if they have drivers that are compatible. Your looking for driver for the Intel HD integrated GPU and the Nvidia GeForce 310M discrete GPU.

Oil Paint Filter "unknown graphics processor error"

When I try to use the Oil Paint filter in Photoshop, I get this error message:
"The filter you were using encountered an unknown graphics processor error that caused an unexpected exit. Check the manufacturer's website for the latest software."
I have updated both my system and Photoshop. When I'm at work on a newer machine the filter works great, but I've been working from home on a macbook from 2007 and it doesn't work. I can't afford to buy an ENTIRELY NEW laptop simply to use this filter.

When you go to Preferences > Performance and look at the GPU settings, what is the mode? Basic, Normal, or Advanced?
Perhaps you can try ratcheting down the settings,but I somehow sense your video card is not supported and your vram is below the 256MB minimum.

Thanks for the note ids.
I have read all 3 metalink notes & solution written in note id: 412110.1 is applicable but that is for 11i and i am working in R12.0.4. It is some sort of bug.
i.e "the existing items can be fixed by unchecking and checking again the costing enabled flag and the inventory asset value flag."
But there is one problem with the solution that when i try to uncheck both flags system shows error:
"APP-INV-0557: You can't update this field when:
- On-hand quantities, pending & uncosted transactions exists"
Now there are onhand quantities exists for the item and i cannot uncheck or check the costing and asset value flag. Its working only for items with no onhand quantities as number of items are increasing and i can't clear on-hand quantities for every item.
Plz guide if i can avoid error and process misc. transactions without removing onhand quantities.

Unknown Graphics Processor Error

When I try to use the Oil Paint Tool, I get the above error. There is a strange history here. Several months ago when I had this problem, I read and followed the advice given in an earlier forum, and downloaded the ATI driver Tool and updated my drivers. I was then able to use the Oil Paint Tool for quite some time. Then I had to have the hard drive replaced. After downloading CS6 again, I had the same issue. So I went through the same process with the ATI driver tool, but this time it doesn't work. I have a Dell 1569 with Intel HD Graphics card which is supposedly up to date. Can you think of anything else that I might do? thanks, Jane

I downloaded the driver tool off the ATI site. It diagnosed which Intel drivers needed updating. I don't have an ATI card. I have an Intel (R) HD graphics card.
There are two lines (from the scan) which don't seem to download: Intel (R)5 series/3400 series Series Chipset family PCI express root port1-3B42 and Intel (R)5 series/3400 Series Chipset Family SMBus Controller-3B30. I don't know what those two mean if anything. I'm not a techie, so don't understand if I need them. Besides they don't seem to download, anyway. Hope I'm not screwing things up worse than they already were.

Transaction processor error

Hi all,
Appreciate your help in resolving the below issue.
I'm trying to use the MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table for issuing an inventory item with lot & serial control as disabled. I had tried the same earlier and found to be working fine but now the "Inventory transaction worker" (INCTCW) request is giving me status=Error. The interface record gives Error Code as Transaction processor error and Error explanation is null. The concurrent request log file doesnt provide any specific info and just shows "No completion options were requested.". I know if there was any record related error then error code and error explanation would be clear enough to have a resolution but here i cant find where to get the hint on resolving the issue. The request "Process transaction interface" works as per defined in set up.

Can you show the query? Also, I would run DBCC CHECKDB on the database, does it return errors?

Origination of Notification Message "A Spec Revision Processor error has occurred" ?

Our installation is v6.1.0.3 and we have been getting nightly notifications with the subject line "A Spec Revision Processor error has occurred". There seems to be two distinct message results and I would to know if anyone is familiar with what causes this type of notification. We are not finding any correlations to user actions when these messages are sent from the servers. Thank you for any advice. --BeckieC

Beckie, we had this same issue 5 months ago under 6.1.0.2. If you can open SR SR 3-6865504241 : URGENT! SPecRevisionUpdate Processor giving Unable to Cast error
gives more detail.
This script Oracle gave us stopped the Event log messages, and emails each time it starts happening. But we had to apply hotfix Patch.16410137 (HF 6.1.0.2.15) to permenantly fix the issue

ITunes Photo Processor Error.

I've seen many other posts on iTunes Photo Processor error. But, none of the other problems are exactly similiar to my issue. I'm running Win 7. I have an iPhone, iPad and iTouch. I just downloaded the newest version of iTunes and Quicktime (10.3.1)
Everything installs OK, but when I go to sync all three of my apple products I get the following error, "iTunes Photo Processer Error. Please Reinstall iTunes. Error 7."
This error comes up 2-3 times when syncing and sync runs very slowly. I tested my iTouch and iPhone to make sure it was syncing new songs and photos and it was syncing everyting OK.
I've tried disabling itunes helper in task manager. This did not solve problem.
I've done a complete install of all apple products and then did a clean reboot and reinstalled. This did not solve problem.
I've done a complete install of all apple products, ran a safe registry clean program to remove any remaining apple issues in registry, did a clean reboot and reinstalled iTunes. This did not solve problem.
I don't know what more I can do. This is a very annoying problem. But, not major. This error only comes up when I try to sync one of my three apple products. Itunes works fine as long as I'm not syncing. Syncing appears to be working correctly just extremely slow with this error popping up.
Please any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for all the replies. DS Store reply "kinda" of helped me solve this problem. My problem is now totally fixed.
You can go to his link, but if problem still happens then follow link to apple support and follow the step by step procedure for removing all apple problems. This fixed my problem. But, follow each step.

click uninstalling itunes
last, click removing and reinstalling itunes, quick time and other software components for Windows 7

OPM Accounting Pre-Processor - Error while Submitting the Program

In R12 Vision Instance, I am trying to submit the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor Program and it is giving the error as per below
Open Period not found for Legal Entity PRU-Vision Process Industries (US), Cost Type STND, Stard Date 01-JAN-2010 00:00:00 and End Date 31-JAN-2010 23:59:59.
I checked the GL Periods, the GL Period are open.
I checked the Costing Calendar, I have created a Costing Calendar for 2011 and STND Cost Type and the Periods are also open.
Is it something I am missing here ?
Tried searching on MOS, couldn't find much.

We were able to find it.If such error comes just check the data template and layout template.Try to run it in Template Builder and if its without any error then try it by submitting the conc pgm.

Photoshop Image Processor error

I'm trying to resize some images using Bridge (which I've done several times before) but this time, for some reason, it's giving me an error. This is what I'm doing: 1) click on large size JPEG. 2) under Tools > Photoshop > Image Processor > Save as JPEG > Run 3) a window pops up saying: Sorry, something major happened and I can't continue! Would you like to see more info? 4) when I hit "Yes", another window pops open saying: Error: General Photoshop error occurred. - <no additional information available> : 1344 What am I doing wrong or different and how can I fix this? HELP!

Update: I actually spoke with a Nik filter tech about this problem, because after I had her put Nik filters in the right places, the "Window does not have a constructor" error came back, and reinstalling the SL update did not work this time. She said they have seen others with similar issues using SL. If I use a different administrator account, everything works fine.
So, this appears to be a SN problem. Hope they are working on an update!

Scripts/Image Processor Error Message

When using Image Processor on Photoshop CS5, what does the following error message mean and how can I fix this issue? ReferenceError: Window does not have a constructor : 327

Contact Adobe support, you hit a bug. I never seen that one pop up before.
But in general what it is saying is it is trying to create a window and to do so it needs to reference a constructor.
That constructor should have been automatically created or a programmer creates one from scratch, that depends on how the code was created. Since that bug normally does not appear, I would say a some code pointed to the wrong location in memory hence the word reference. (In generic terms reference means to point to a location in memory)
Try it again and see if it repeats itself. I think Adobe will tell you that you need to reinstall photoshop, but its better that they tell you that as I could easily be misinterpreting that error message.

Image Processor error

I'm trying to run a script with the Image Processor on my iMac. Here's what I am doing and the resulting error:
Open PS (CS4)
>File
>Scripts
>Image Processor
from here I select the folder to get the images from and where to save the images to and I also set size perameters for jpb, srgb as well as the action I want to run prior to saving/closing.
The images are opened in PS and it looks like the actions are being performed and then at the very end a pop up box appears that says "Sorry, I could not process the following file(s):" and it shows the file names. This has never happened before today. I tried closing PS and reopening to see if that would solve the problem but no luck. The action being peformed has a flatten/merge command built in so that's not the problem.
The strangest part of all of this is when I click OK on the error box, the action on the image completes its run and I see the photo sitting in the PS window as a jpg. I can even see the file saved as a jpg in the folder I told it to.
Any idea what's going on here? I can't do this with a bunch of photos and have to go through and close each one out individually. Sorta defeats the purpose.

Those actions at the bottom of your actions panel screenshot are simply
a reference to the actions themselves. Check if you actually have those
actions loaded into the actions panel.
In other words is the Kubota Mini Actions Set actually loaded into the actions panel.

Image Processor error message

Issue:
On Mac 10.9.2, running Adobe CC, I attempt to convert a selection of PSD files using Image Processor through Bridge. I get an error stating "Sorry, I could not process the following files".
Image Processor supports conversion from PSD files as far as I know. Why is this not working?
I see on the forums that this error message sometimes comes up when you are using the "Run Action" function, but I am not using this.

After a stunningly unhelpful chat session with Adobe Support, it seems that the issue stems from the fact that the PSD files were originally EPS.
You see, I actually need to end up with TIFF files, but Image Processor doesn't accept EPS.
So I thought I would have to manually go through and save each EPS file as a TIFF in Photoshop--but it doesn't even give me that option! Did some testing and this seems to be because the EPS files are in Duotone mode.
I can only choose from Photoshop, Large Document Format, Photoshop EPS, Photoshop PDF, and Photoshop Raw.
As a workaround, I decided to manually convert to PSD, thinking that then I could run them through Image Processor and get my TIFFs.
But now Image Processor is rejecting the PSD files.
What to do?

Xsl processor errors/error stream?

how can I get meaningful error information during the xsl transformation process?
if the incoming xsl is malformed, then you get a null pointer exception (and that's it) from the XSLDocument constructor. some kind of a line number would be nice...
and after setting the showWarnings and errorStream properties of the processor itself, what sorts of errors would I get? that is, if the xsl sheet makes it to the processor, it's at least well formed, and I havent been able to throw any errors with well formed xsl...
anybody else doing lots of transformations?

xsl stylesheets are also xml documents
which you could parse beforehand to
check for validity. I personally found this
to be helpful during development.
