Hi SAP BI/BW Techines .
please help me on the following issue.
"In production system in one of the transformations global declaration has been deleted. we are not able to track the TP by which this has been done by using E071 table. can any one guide us how to track how our transformations has been changed in production in over night . "

Hi ,
Also if you want to track chnages from E071 then you can do the following :
1. Program ID put it as 'R3TR' .
2. Object Type as 'TRFN' .
3. Object name is the technical name of the Trabsformation .
Also you can give the date range .

Are you manually manging your music? In other words, do you have the Manually manage music and videos option ticked from under your iPod's Summary tab? I only ask because it sounds like you are trying to manually remove tracks from your iPod.
Another option is to set your iPod up to sync only checked songs and movies by enabling this option from under the Summary tab. Then make sure each track you wish to sync to your iPod has a tick mark next to it in your main iTunes library. If you don't want it synced over, remove the tick mark.

Deleting the program attributes from the tabe e071

i have an issue that when ever a package name has been given the programs in the certain package has to be deleted entirely when i run the code it is deleting only in the table tadir but in e071 its not deleting so that the programs are remaining in the same package, as there is lockflag in the table e071 the lock flag has been set to all the programs, i think thats the reason its not deleting in e071 table can any one help me in solving this issue, it will be a great help.

Unfortunately you do not mention the crucial piece of information:
Why do you want to delete all reports of a package?
If you want to clean up your system landscape from obsolete reports/packages then it is clear that you need these entries in E071 because they are DELETE entries. As soon as you import such a request into your next system these DELETE entries are used to remove the deleted reports from the import system.
I assume that your problem is that you want to delete reports (with transport request B) which are already assigned to the not yet released transport request A. In this case you simply delete the transport object entry from request A.

How do you delete duplicate tracks off your playlist - everytime I connect my hard-drive it adds another of every single track - argh!!!!
I remember there being a 'delete duplicate tracks' option on a much older version of itunes - is this still available and if not if you opt for the 'consolidate library' option will this automatically save to you computer as I have too much music for my laptops memory capacity! On top of that how can I stop this issue from contantly re-occuring everytime I connect my hard-drive?! Apologies if im being thick here.... xX*laura*Xx

You are doing something wrong, iTunes doesn't add tracks to the library unless you ask it to, so there is a problem somewhere in your workflow which is creating the duplicates. For example, having iTunes set up to "Copy files to the iTunes Media folder when adding to library" and then repeatedly adding in a folder from an external drive would do it.
Once you've worked out how to stop creating new duplicates you can look at the issue of deduping what you already have. See this recent post for some thoughts and a script that may prove useful.

How do I perminantly delete old tracks???

Could some one please tell me how to delete old tracks that are saved on my mac pro in the music folder. They are a whole bunch of tests and I just want to clean up my music folder and save the rest on a external drive.

Move them to the trash.
Usually you should save all your projects including all your audio/EXS etc. files in a seperate project folder. This way you cannot loose data when you delete other project folders.
When you are not sure if your project folders include all the necessary files I suggest to open each project you want to keep and save it with "save as" to another harddrive. In the save dialogue box chosse "including all audio files" and depending on your projects also "include exs files" etc.
This way you can make sure that you do not loose data which you still need.
But: Be careful when you have used "melodyne" for example or other software which by default creates files in different folders (there is a dedicated folder in the library) than the project folder. Then its a bit more complicated because you would have to move all these files manually to your new harddisc and specify the location when you open your project the next time.

Forgive my ignorance, but how do I delete a track from GarageBand?

I'm using an ipad 2. I've tried and succeeded but I think I did so by accident. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to delete a track from GB on the iPad. I've tried tapping and such, and nothing pops up like before.

I don't want to complicate things - BUT . . .
Did you really mean delete a Clip from your Hard Drive - or did you mean delete the Clip from your FCP browser window (as Shane described)?
When you capture footage to the Hard Drive, it's saved as a Media File in your Capture Scratch folder . . .
Deleting the clip from the FCP browser (as Shane described) will leave the original Media File (still taking up space) in your Capture Scratch folder on your HD.
Final Cut Pro > System Settings will tell you which your Capture Scratch folder is.
If you really want to delete the Media File from the Hard Drive, this is where to go to use Finder to move it to the trash. If you do this, then empty the trash, the file will be lost.

In the global section

ITunes Library been deleted, how do I want save what I have on my ITouch?

Hi, I have recently been made redundant but they let me keep my work laptop, which has my ITunes on it. However, the IT staff deleted a lot of things before handing it back to me, including my entire ITunes library. I have looked into similar questions on how to copy from an ITouch into the ITunes library and they all seem to suggest switching the ITouch into a 'hard drive' on ITunes and then copying the songs etc into a file on my computer and then copying them into ITunes. Sounds great, except that I do not have the option in my ITunes to switch my ITouch into a hard drive. Can anyone please help a dinosaur like me keep all my tracks on my ITouch and get them back into my ITunes library? ( same goes for my wifes IPod Nano which was linked to the same ITunes ). you won't find any because, unlike other iPod models, the Touch does not support _*disk mode*_.

Previous programmer is IMPORTing some value into a variable from MY_MEMORY_ID, fine, this is happening in a Customer- Function of Purchase Req.
But, I do not know, From where he is EXPORTing that value? pls. let me know, How to track/How to know from Where he is EXPORTing?
I hv seen any comments/documentation of that user exit, I hv searched GLOBALLY for that memory ID in PO prog./Purchase Req. prog./Sales order prog!! but, did not find it!!
Is there any table to store this data(EXPORT/IMPORT), i do not think so!! bcoz, its run time/buffer!!

After coming to home, I got the same thought.....again thout that, there might b 2 concerns, like,
1 - we put these memory IDs in SINGLE quotes, like "MY_MEMORY_ID", so, in this case, that std. SAP prog. is really scans?

You somehow deleted the file from the Finder/Windows Explorer. Don't do that. To re-download purchases first delete the track from the iTunes library then follow the steps in the link Chris CA posted.
