Prodcut showing twice in COMMPR01 in CRM

Hi,
One of our products showing twice in CRM, one is will all the details like Channel extention Genral data like tax everything n another one is showing without all the details only material (Description also not showing.),
While creating Order system not considering correct material, time of saving we are getting BSP server Error.
Can any one help plz to avoid this problem, can we delete this product which is not extended. plz suggest as it is in PRD system.

There is two thing. first is that when you create a sales order very same time pricing conditions added in the transaction as per the pricing procedure add for transaction type. these pricing procedures are transaction type specific not state or country specific so it will work. check here you are getting duplicate condition ?
When ever you add material in the transaction that very time one the basis of the pricing condition added in the transaction IPC method do pricing. check after adding material in transaction duplicate condition is coming ?
Secondly whenever the document replicates in ERP re-pricing again happening on conditions so theses conditions get corrected in ERP. Here if document is re-priced then system will consider it as change so again there suppose to be Bdocs get created from ERP to CRM again overwrite document so condition will be synchronized in CRM . I would request check the same too and revert.

But when we click on the match code of the query, (in order to choose a value from the help) the popup does not appear and we got the error u201Caccess denied     popup_ie6.jsu201D

How to have a field show twice in the alv?

hi,
there are two questions about alv (OO).
1. i want to make a field show twice in the ALV,. For example, value of first column is 'A', and now 'A' should also show in the fifth column. which method should i use? or other solutions?
2. i have known two fields, and they are field 'A' and field 'Bbbb', how to have them show in the same column such as 'A Bbbb'

Hello Daniel,
There's no direct way to do this. however, it is technically possible to meet your requirement.
1. The internal table should also contain another field for the 5th column. There should also be a corresponding entry in the field-catalog. Before calling the ALV Grid, the values for this field should be populated with the same values as the values in the 1st field.
2. Again, the internal table should contain the corresponding field and the field catalog should have it as well. Before calling the ALV Grid, concatenate the values into this field and display them.

A created region shows twice on OA page. Weird.

I am creating a contentContainer region on a OA page and set the region to the left side of the page. I created it declaratively and initiante it in the following codes:

This code only aligns the container.

Hello,
Events starting on sundays and finishing on mondays show twice with same starting time. Once on sundays and once on mondays. This is not the case for the others days of the week...
This was not happening on previous versions neither on iCloud calendar...
If somebody can help to prevent this, I would apreciate!

the first thing is that you are running on a very very low RAM.
For ECC 6.0 with dual stack SAP System to run you should have atleast 4 GB of RAM.
For your Dispatcher issue kindly check the status of your Oracle database and the connection from SAP To Database.
You can check the oracle status using brtools utility.

MMS shows twice in Profile

Hi,
I am new to this forum so hi everyone.
Yesterday I updated my BB8520 with the latest OS and since then I noticed a problem in menu. In all profiles MMS shows twice. The second one is actually working. I have attached an image for reference. Can anyone help with fixing this problem. Also in new OS i don't find keypad lock.

Its being displayed because its being told to do so. Hal is used to look at your input devices and mount accordingly. Verify/repair your disk first (not just permissions), as described here:

After having fixed all filesystem issues, if any, and making sure that there's enough space available on the startup disk (a few GB, plus the space needed to make a backup copy of the Mail folder), try this:
1. Quit Mail if it's running.
2. In the Finder, go to ~/Library/Mail/. Make a backup copy of this folder, just in case something goes wrong -- e.g. by dragging it to the Desktop while holding the Option (Alt) key down.
3. Locate Envelope Index and move it to the Trash. If you see an Envelope Index-journal file there, delete it as well.
4. Open Mail. It will tell you that your mail needs to be "imported". Click Continue and Mail will proceed to re-create Envelope Index -- Mail says it's "importing", but it just re-creates the index if the mailboxes are already in Mail 2.x format.
BTW, you haven't answered which mailbox has the problem. I could be that just rebuilding that mailbox fixes it -- you should verify/repair the disk and make a backup copy of the Mail folder first, nevertheless, though.
Note: For those not familiarized with the ~/ notation, it refers to the user's home folder, i.e. ~/Library is the Library folder within the user's home folder.

Z Transaction Types not showing up at creation in CRM 5.2 WebClient

Hi Experts,
I am using CRM 5.2 with webclient.
I have just created 3 transaction types (BUS2000126 & BUS2000125) copied from standard ones.
I passed all other transactions as Inactive in SPRO.
In GUI everything is OK, I can create each of these transactions properly.
But in WebClient, when I click on "New", the pop-up appears but there is no value in it.
Is there anything I would have forget in my customizing, anything I should do in the BOL???
I 'd appreciate any help and reward with maximum points for any helpful answer,

I know for activities (BUS2000126) they must have the correct category assigned in order to show up in the creation list. This is set under Assignment of Business Transactions Categories, and the customizing header data for the category Activity for the transaction you created.
The class CL_CRM_UIU_BT_ACT_CUST_GET controls this logic. There are calls to CRM_BSP_SALES_GET_PROC_TYPE which will retrieve the list of possible transaction types. You can look at the method GET_PROC_TYPES_FOR_SCREEN_KIND in class CL_CRM_UI_BT_ACT_CUST_GET to see this logic.
The class of the category of the activity must correspond to the allow values.

Component SAP ABA 7.02 does not show up in sproxy in CRM 7.0 EhP 1

We upgraded our CRM system from CRM 7.0 to CRM 7.0 EHP 1.
This involved an upgrade from NetWeaver 7.01 to 7.02, i.e. also ABA 7.01 to 7.02.
In sproxy in the CRM system we can only see
SAP CRM ABAP 7.0
SAP_BS_FOUNDATION 702
various custom software components.
SAP ABA 7.02 with the interfaces for e.g. business partner distribution is missing.
(When switching to the local view, they are shown and BP replication works.)
So I went into the SLD and looked at the technical system for CRM. Indeed the product "SAP NetWeaver SAP EhP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0" was not marked as installed. So I added it. On the right-hand side under Software Component Versions "SAP ABA 7.02" is now listed.
i then went to the business system for one of the clients and also selected the product "SAP NetWeaver SAP EhP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0" there and I can see the SWCV "SAP ABA 7.02".
I tried restarting both the PI and the CRM instances.
Nevertheless in sproxy in CRM nothing changed.
What else could be missing?

Ah, the PI/XI content could be missing, even if this shows up in the list of products and software component versions in the SLD?

You mean if the service pack is different? I doubt that this would result in the SWCV not showing up in sproxy.

Jobs show twice in print queue - won't delete and won't print

I have an HP Laserjet P1006 running on a HP laptop running Windows 7 64 bit. Printer has worked fine for 8 months but recently ran into problems.
When I send a print job to it, the printer doesn't print. If I open up the print queue, the job shows up twice. If I try to delete the jobs, they don't delete. I can use the HP Print Diagnostic Utility to get the jobs cleared out of the queue, but the same thing happens the next time I try to print something.
A Few Other Items to Note:
- I don't get any error lights on the printer.
- I brought home a laptop from home running XP and installed the printer using the CD. The printer worked fine with that computer, so I don't think it's a problem with the printer hardware.
- I have tried uninstalling the printer, both using the CD that came with it and with the latest drivers/software from the website. Didn't do anything (same problem occurs when printing a test page).
- HP Print Diagnostic Utility doesn't find anything wrong. Likewise, if I right click on the printer and click Troubleshoot, that doesn't help either.
- I've tried restarting the print spooler, but that didn't do anything.

Hard Reset – While printer is powered ON, pull the power cord from the printer then from the wall. After 30 seconds reconnect power to wall and printer. This will trigger a ‘dirty power up’ and restore the printer to a known good condition (if it is possible). No user settings are lost with a ‘hard reset’.
This ‘Hard Reset’ is one of the most powerful tools to use when the printer hardware is not functioning properly!

Material Doc Showing Twice in ZSTO PO while uploading BDC

Dear Gurus,
For STO(Stock Transfer Order) PO we are uploading a BDC. After executing the BDC , it will generate material doc also.
For E.g:
we uploading a BDC for 50 materials.It will generate a material doc for 50 materials but for one or two materials, it is showing the material documents 2 times(twice).
plz tell me,whats happening.

Check the movement type for those material where material document is coming twice. It is more of Movement type 301 or 303 or 305 or 311 313 or 315.
this is standard behavior of SAP at database level for such movement type.

Why supplier needs to be maintained twice in COMMPR01 for interlinkage?

if I want to create an interlinkage in COMMPR01 (price-product-vendor-relationship), I need to maintain the vendor twice. Once within the tab "conditions" and once within the tab "relationships".
Does onyone out there have a clue, if there is some special meaning behind this "redundant" maintenance, or if it is just for technical reasons?

This kind of errors usally occurs when there is a file corruption. In either the application of the configuration files. The Datasocket configuration is save in the 'cwdssini.dss' file. this is by default installed in 'C:\Program Files\National Instruments\DataSocket'. Yu could try and remove this and then run the Datasocket Server Manager once to recreate a file with default settings.
We it is a problem with the Application you could try and install a fresh copy on a other machine and run the VI and server on that machine. Or just run the server on the other machine and connact you Front panel object to that server instead.
As for other ways of doing this you could look into the Shared Variables that have been introduced in LabVIEW 8

ECC Customer Ship to party not showing in BP relationship in CRM

Hello Experts,
The sold-to party 1111 and ship-to 100 are downloaded to CRM 6.0 from ECC 6.0
We have maintained this SHIP to PARTY - 100 for a sold-to party 1111 in ECC in the partner function tab in XD02. In this case BDoC got generatedin CRM, it is showing GREEN also, but still the ship-to 100 is not showing in the RELATIONSHIP button of BP - 1111 in CRM.
Please advice what will be the reason? Any note, web blog , any specific settings to be checked?

Yes, the BDoC type is BUPA_REL and it shows fully processed (showing in GREEN) in CRM system.
But still the relationship (ship-to party) is not shown in RELATIONSHIP for BP in CRM.
Any pointers?

More than likely, every one of these messages were composed in HTML or received and forwarded by an email client using HTML for message composition.
There are two versions of the same message sent when HTML is used for message composition - an HTML version and a Plain Text version for those who prefer turning off the rendering all HTML when received.
There isn't anything you can do to correct this.
If using HTML for message composition was no longer supported and allowed, the majority if not all problems experienced with the exchange of email would be eliminated.
