Product code already used by another adobe-id?

Hi there,
i tried to get the serialnumber by using the product code.
It didn´t work - i got the information that another adobe-id already used this code.
The software was bought two months ago and is a gift from a friend.
He didn´t register the software.
What can i do?

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

The system sometimes gets confused. Try explicitly deauthorizing the computer (ctrl-shift-D to ADE) and the device (ctrl-shift-E to ADE when the device is plugged in).
Restart ADE, and see if the authorization can work any better.
You have a maximum of 6 computers/devices for an ID. Maybe with old devices you are trying to get more than 6?
If so, you must contact Adobe service (live chat is easiest http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html ) and ask them to deauthorise all devices.
You should then be able to reauthorise those computers/devices you still need.

Transferred Digital Copy to iTunes all well, reinstalled laptop and says Redeem Code already used, what can I do?

I Transferred the Digital Copy of my DVD to iTunes.
Later had to reinstal my Laptop, and when I try to put the Digital Copy on my iTunes now, it says Redeem code already used, what can I do?

I found this site: http://www.foxdigitalcopy.com/uk/ and I explained what had happened, and gave my old Codes, and then they e-mailed me a while later with new Redeem codes!!!
They work perfectly and it's brilliant!

You purchased a gray market phone. The iPhone is not available for sale from any Authorized source in Ukraine. There are no authorized or supported carriers in Ukraine.
Take it ack and get your money back.
If you want an iPhone, go to a country where unlocked iPhones are available for legitimate sale and purchase one directly from Apple.

Launch iTunes. From the menu bar click Store / View My Account
Click: Edit Payment Information
Make sure you have the correct Security Code.
Then click: Done

I received a message that the content code for Mountain Lion was already used. What should I do?

I encountered exactly the same problem. At first I though someone had claimed my code using the serial number of my newly purchased Macbook Pro that is eligible for the redemption. I had e-mailed to Apple Up-To-Date Progarm buy has yet to get any reply. Instead of waiting, I purchased and downloaded Mountain Lion from the App Store. I have writtend another mail to Apple asking for a refund.

When I log in to face time and submit my email-address I get the message that the email-address is already used by another apple id - what's the problem?

Definitely works ok from pc.
Have deleted and re-established account a few times now but still the same.
I have actually given up and added gmail account which is working fine.
Sends and receives no problem.

We are not remote at all. Sitting in the fantastic Pavilion Hotel in Phnom Penh. Another couple here having trouble but not bigpond. Hotel staff have tried to help but to no avail.
Giving up and stick with gmail until we get home then start trying to get resolution.
Problem actually existed on a personal wi fi network in Melbourne before we left so I should have tried to resolve it then.

I am trying to install Essbase admistration services on hyperion Shared services connected to oracle database10g. Every think works well untill the screen shows:

Then, when I click Next I have this pop up window saying. " The port number is already in used by another application. Specify a port number that is not being used. I am installing this software on windows XP media center. Need help.

Firstly, are you doing a fresh installation or reinstallation.
If its reinstallation , then goto services, and see if the hyp shared services service is stopped .

Apple id says my gmail address is already used by another id but I only have one. I'm trying to change my apple id to my gmail.address

I want to change my apple ID to my gmail address to use with FaceTime. I went to appleid.apple.com and signed into my account. I don't see anyway 'edit' to change my email address.
When I tried to use it as my alternate, I get the message saying that email is not available because it is being used by another apple ID, but I only have the one.

Configurator - "Redemption code already used."

I have about 500 Apple devices that I sync with configurator. Yesterday we deployed some new apps to about 60 of them. The problem is that about 5 of the devices get the yellow triangle error sign. When moused over, this message says "No more redemption codes are available. This code has already been used. Each code may only be used once." The problem is, I have no way to identify which of the 30 or so apps we have on these devices is causing the problem. I went down the entire list of apps, and none of them show 0 redemption codes available. Other than that, is there any way to determine which app is causing this error?

No worries, yyy. I've submitted a request on your behalf for a replacement content code, and you should be receiving that shortly via email. Please bear in mind that it isn't necessary to submit an additional claim for the "OS X Up-to-Date" program.
They "haven't been valid for use in Mac App Store", but they're "sending another"......

HT201209 EA games Code already used

I got a free code from EA games today but when I redeem it in the App Store it say it has already been used. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have received the following from EA support team:
Lets check for errors and make sure the permissions are set;
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc that came with your computer, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
Note: Do not click Continue in thefirst screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your hard disk volumes and partitions.

6. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."
Problem is there are no disk in the new mac mini box. If I go to the apple store, would they give me one?

Gift code already used

I gifted a song, but the recipient couldn't download it because some of her settings weren't what they needed to be. She got that fixed, but when she tried the download again, she got the message that the code had already been used. Is there any way to get a new code sent?

I had the exact same problem but for some reason the app i gifted automatically appeared in my friend's iPhone after spent an hour on iTunes and google trying to solve this problem.
It actually appeared right when I was about to write "I have the same problem" to your topic.
