I recently purchased photoshop cs6 from the local store (Harvey Normans) here in New Zealand. I am trying to download my software however i need a seriel number. I wen onto the redeem page to put in my product number to recieve the seriel number however my product code is short of 2 characters. My code contains 22 characters but i need 24. why is this and how can it be fixed as i need the photoshop to be installed right away for educational purposes !!!!!!

There are lists with these codes. I think only, that for Italian, should be EURO1 code... If is one of those, I don´t know.

Hi Everyone,
I asked once but I couldn't get any help, perhaps my phrasing was unclear and too complicated.
The N86 (RM-484), Product Code: 0580867 (Europe Mea seap), corresponds to which country?Are English, French and Italian natively preinstalled in this data package?I do not have the IMEI or I would have asked the operator to check for me.

However I cannot check the IMEI becuse I am buying an N86 (ebay) and the seller has many of them for sale. He posted only this country product code. Since I need those 3 languages installed at origin, I need to know to which country this product code corresponds to. Can you help or direct me to who could help?

Help with registering a product code

I have just purchased a new Mac Book Pro w/Retina display, and it doesn't come with a disc drive. I also purchased Adobe CS6 through Journey Ed. I am a full time student at Los Medanos College. I was instructed by Apple that I can download a trial version and register it with the product code provided on the box. Could you help me in this process?

Not sure what you are asking. If you have the software and the serial then that's all there is to it - download the trial of whatever CS6 product you are referring to, input the serial during install.

What do you mean by "product code"? If you mean a redemption code, you only use that the first time, then your serial number goes into the actual program, no matter how many times you need to reinstall it.
Try this:
Find your serial number quickly
If there's nothing useful on the page, you can start a chat session with adobe there. Just keep going when it looks like you got looped back to the starting page--it's not really the same page at all.

Contact Adobe Customer Service directly by phone or web chat (they don't do email). They don't do email. If you can provide proof of purchase to their satisfaction, they may be able to help you.

I purchased CS6 last year and installed it fine. Now when trying to open Photoshop it says I need to license my software or continue my trial. The problem is first off it wasn't a trial and second, I can not get my serial code again. How can I get my serial code with my product code? I have spoken to someone in chat and they said to send an e-mail to identit-e which I have done, but have not got a response yet.

If you registered your software when you first installed it then your serial number should be available thru your Adobe account online. If you have not otherwise retained it somewhere then your only recourse is to contact Adobe support thru chat.

i was getting a different ac adaptor (*PA3468E*) on the Toshiba website for my laptop which was wrong as it had a 19v supply and my laptop only takes 15v.
On the Topaz Support (Official Toshiba Parts Supplier) website it was refering me to one with the product code *PA2521E-2AC3* I gather there is no difference between this and the one you have suggested *PA2521U/E-2ACA*.

I bought a 5700 XPress Music in Brussels. The device seems to have been imported from Germany (Bravo branded). The 3.76 firmware lacks.. 3G ! It's not possible to update it or reinstall software through NSU.
Can anyone help me with a EMEA product code for that device ?

What do I do when my product code fails?

I have the student addition of photo shop elements and my computer that it was installed on, no longer works. I am trying to re-install it on my new computer but my product code no longer works. In order to get my serial number I have to have a working product code. On top of that, I bought this a few years ago and through my school so I cannot go onto my account and look up the serial number. I have to go to the student licensing website in oder to get my serial number. Is there anyway I can get photo-shop elements re-installed or was this a one time deal? If it helps, I have all of the original instalation stuff on a back-up hard drive. So I technically have it installed on a hard drive, just wont go onto this computer, if that makes sense. What do I do? The steps to get a new serial number online, do not work for me.

if you registered your Photoshop Elements with your adobe id, you can go to adobe.com and check the installed versions. After cancelling the older registeration, you can register your new installed PSE with old serial key
