hey, i'm looking for a good program to store and organize all my license codes for various pieces of software, does anyone have any good suggestions?

How do I proceed?

Sign in to your Adobe account online and see if your serial number is available via the My products section. If you regstered your software then it should be available there.
Your only other hope beyond that would be to contact Adobe Support thru chat and see if they can help you. Also ask them to reset your activations so that the lost installation is essentially deactivated.

Log in into your Adobe account and go to "My Products". You'll find a list of all the products you've ever registered with Adobe.

CC Serial Number Licensing Carryover to CC 2014 Versions

I install CC apps in a college computer lab. When I create a package with Creative Cloud Packager I specify the license type as "Serial Number License" & submit the required serial number.
Installing the package presents no problems and the apps come up as licensed after installation. Yesterday I noted that there were updates to some CC apps so I allowed the update installation via the Creative Cloud app on the client PC. However, when the new CC 2014 apps start they display a sign-on dialog before they will run. Evidently, the serial number licensing for the original package did not carry over to the updated versions.
The original versions of all the apps are still present and function normally. How can I get the serial number licensing to carry over to the CC 2014 apps?

The serial number that you might have is an upgrade version & it will be asking for a previous qualifying version serial number.

I have a starnge requirement,If a customer gets an ex-change of a Product,
His old Product number and serial number should be changed to new Product
number and Serial number. Keeping the Service Ticket or Service Order
linkages intact ( ie it should list all the ST's created for the Old product
and Serial number.
Can you please help in achieving this functionality. What are the steps and FM
should i be using to in-coperate this,

What is meant by a Product Number ? Are you talking about the Product ID/Title field ?
As per my understanding, an Object is an unique instance of a Product. So, a product is acting like a class, while an Object is like an Instance of a class. So, what can be a possible business scenario to change the Product ID?
Again, each object is uniquely identified by the Serial Number. When you are assigning an Object to a Business Partner, only the Business Partner Id will get changed, but the serial number should remain as it will always identify the object.
It would be better if you provide some more detailed information as to how exactly and what is the exact requirement and the business scenario so that a possible technical solution can be arrived at.

I am trying to reinstall CS5 Production Pro on a new computer. The computers that I had this program on have died. I am trying to reinstall on a new computer. I have been on hold for almost an hour and the customer care chat I've been on hold for that long as well. Can anyone offer any help. This is frustrating.

If you are using the registered serial number then did you migrate/copy/transfer the current installation of Creative Suite 5 to this computer?

Broken Photoshop Elements 5 disc, still have Product Key/ Serial Number

Hey I purchased Photoshop Elements 5 along with Premire Elemtents 3.0 back in I believe 2005/06. I reently moved and found that the disk for Photoshop had shattered during the move and I also just recently got a new computer and was wondering if there was anything that I could do since I still have the product key and serial number for the program so I could still use it. I wanted to see if I could get help from you before spending money I don't have to buy a newer version.

Hi, Roland. Well, I'm afraid you can't get it from us, since this is a user to user forum and we're just other customers like you. As for getting it from adobe, they never stock outdated versions. You will need a disc, since for PSE 5 disc serial numbers won't work with downloads and vice versa.

Keeps asking me for serial number when starting up program and when entered it tells me it's not a valid serial number, but it's the one that came with my software

I purchased CS6 Design and Web Premium through the Department of Education Australia just over a year ago and now I can no longer access my software. It keeps asking me for my serial number, but when I enter the serial number that came with the product it tells me it is invalid???

Check with the school to make sure the licensing should still be valid. Some school make arrangements only for temporary licensing.

CS5.5 Production Premium Serial Number no longer works

Hi there.
I purchased CS5.5 Production Premium back in October of 2011. After upgrading to a new mac and installing the CS5.5 software, it will not accept my serial number. I'm copying and pasting it directly from my Adobe account, so there's no chance of mistyping here. It just won't accept it. Any ideas on how to get back up and running?

Jamey Scott I am sorry you have faced a frustrating experience contacting our support team. I do see that you opened multiple cases. If you are not seeing the option to chat with a member of our team then it is likely the security settings of your current web browser, a toolbar, or add-on is preventing you from accessing this feature.
I reviewed your account and it appear that you have been assigned as deploy-to id. This means that if you do not currently have access to https://licensing.adobe.com/ you will want to click on the forgot password link to reset your password.
I would recommend utilizing a different web browser since both issues could be related to the current web browser you are using. If you face additional difficulties you can also download the installation files to a USB drive utilizing a different computer.

Serial number for my InDesign program

My InDesign program will not let me open it without a serial number. Looking it up, the Adobe site tells me i am not authorized on that site. What should I do to find my serial number?

The software was registered when I downloaded it. I have read through hundreds of pages of licensing information with no reference to a serial number. All my informatoin from downloading seems intact but there is o serial number. When I go to the LAWS web site for Dobe I get this message:
