Product key code is invalid

I try to install Crystal reports XI release 2 fron DVD and received Key code expired or invalid. What caused this? I know key code is valid. Is product keycode associated with CD? Thanks

Hi Jann Lin,
Typically when this happens its becaue the first thing CR install does is try to write the kecode dll to hard driver and register it. If that fails then you can get that message.
You must be a local PC administrator and logged in with that account.
Try copying the DVD contents to your local hard driver first and run the installer. If that fails then copy the keycode.dll to c:\ and use regsvr32.exe to register the dll. Command line would look like this:
regsvr32.exe "c:\keycode.dll"
You'll get a message indicating it's been registered. Now re-install.
If that doesn't work then you'll have to call Customer Services who can verify the keycode and get you a new one if required.

can anyone tell me where I can find a product code for an Adobe photoshop elements 1.0.1? It came as part of a bundle of software for my computer.
Sadly, quite recently I had to reinstall everything, as the computer crashed; but in doing so, I now have no product key code to reinstall the software!

The problem with that is even if she has PSE installed on another computer the last four digits won't be displayed in Help<System Info....Serial Number. Besides, it sounded to me like the poster reinstalled his/her OS...

If it isn't registered but is on another computer, regedit (Windows application...on XP call it up using RUN) can be used to find the missing four digits. In regedit dialog, Edit<Find then plug in the numbers that are where Khaye2728 indicates in his post...Help<System Info...Serial Number. Note: This only works for the older versions of Elements...1 + 2 definitely.

Call either the Canadian or USA number. If they can't help you directly, they should be able to tell you who you need to contact to resolve your issue.
There is also a form you can fill out to request help.
Ensure you have all of your purchase information ready for them, ie: purchase order number, where you purchased the product, etc.

You would receive an Keycode on the email address that you will specify in this Form.

We've been using the designer for years and it suddenly quit working. On doing the re-install I'm prompted for product key code and our has expired. I don't see anywhere else on the site to get this. Anyone know a link or a support number or a product key code?

XML errors message (Product key not found/Invalid) in SNC5.1

Hi,
I am working on SNC project which includes POC scenario.I have completed all the required configuration in R/3 4.6c and SNC5.1 system. The master data (mat, plant,vendor and Info records) are CIFed from R/3 to SNC, BP and MoT created in SNC. All the MD BAdIs are implemented in SNC. I am trying to post a PO from R/3 to SNC, IDOCS are successfully generated, PI has converted the IDOCS into XML messages, but i am getting XML error in SNC system (sxmb_moni) which states-
1) Product key 000000000123456 (category ID) not found
2) Item 00001: Product is missing or invalid
3) Order, item 00001: Product 000000000123456 does not exist
4) BOL processing failed. XML-message inbound processing has been terminated.
I am able to post the PO successfully in SNC Web UI which has alpha numeric product number (eg- 1120-110), but products with numerical value leading zeroes (eg- 000000012345) do not get posted. These product IDs give error in SNC sxmb_moni.
I have set up the output format of product number with 40.
Appreciate your help.
Is there any kind of configuration required for leading zeroes in any of the systems (R/3,PI or SNC)

I am facing the error message " Product key 0000000000xxxxxxx (category ID) not found". can you please briefly mention how did you resolve?
In my case, the XML message had product number '000000000070000598' and I tried to implement BAdI to make the product number appear as '70000598' and still it failed.

Company purchased this software in 2012 and never installed it. I opened the sealed package this morning. I also have the receipt. Package contains one DVD. I tried to install the software and it asks for my serial number. The only number I have is a sticker that is on the back of the box and it contains 3 letters/3 letters and an 8 digit number. There are not enough fields to enter the numbers and it will not let me type the letters. I thought this may be a redemption code but the number of fields is different for that too. I would love to talk to someone on the phone but cannot find a support phone number. I tried using chat but that is not activated. Can someone help me?

No Apple devices have a "key code." iPhones have serial and IMEI numbers and the SIM card has an ICCID. You would have to ask the developer of your antivirus app what they mean by "key code."
FYI, there is absolutely no need for antivirus software with (non-jailbroken) iOS devices. It can't operate within the iOS in any event. The only possible function would be to scan email attachments for malware that could infect other devices.

hi, just bought my son a Satellite L500 for xmas, we are trying to set up emails and asks for the 25 key product code, however, when we enter the code it comes up with invalid last digit. Any thing I'm doing wrong ? Thanks

I know you don't believe you have a trial edition. But that laptop would have been refurbished to its original state, which includes Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 Edition, 60-day trial.

You did not purchase these licenses for Crystal Reports Server, but purchased it for Crystal Reports and a 5-named user license for Crystal Reports was included as a special offer. The software included was version XIR2, but you elected to use version XI instead and received key .
You would need to enroll the licenses in maintenance if you want to upgrade them.

By design, the product is not able to be installed under the superuser account.
1. Create a new user and specify a home directory for the user without a quota set.
2. Copy or move the installation files to a directory that the new user can read. I suggest you move the installation files directly into the new user's home directory.
3. Logon as the new user (or su - newuser)
4. run the installation shell script using that new user's account.
NOTE: Ensure the system meets the requirements from the supported platforms documents.

Invalid key code and multiple installs

OK, so I got a new iMac and tried to install vista on it like I had on my old iMac (2006 Model). However, when I finished the installation it started a new installation and it ended up installing vista twice. It would have done and third install, but I held down the option key during install and manually selected the windows partition instead of the Windows install CD. However, not all of the Windows features were installed like Aero so I deleted the windows partition. My iChat buddies list got deleted so I had to delete my iChat preferences (don't know if this will help).
Anyway I tried to re-install Vista this morning and it said my key code was invalid, although it worked yesterday. What is the problem? This is the second invalid key code problem I've had on this Mac (the first was with Logic).
Oh also, there seems to be some remnants of Vista on the computer even after I deleted the partition because unless I held down option/alt during boot up it would try to run windows and would say no boot disc.

I tried reinstalling it and it slowed down my boot up speed because it didn't install right and I had to delete the partition once again.
The keycode issue has been resolved though for some reason...

Product Licence key code for CrystalReports11_5_Net_2005.msi

I have installed Crsyatl Report Server XI [OEM Embedded] in our Production Server.
This installation does not have 11.5.3700 assemblies, which is referenced in our Project.
So we decided to install CrystalReports11_5_Net_2005.msi in our production server. This installation asks for product key code. I have provided the key code what we he has for Crsyatl Report Server [OEM Embedded], but this key code is not accepted.
How to obtain these assemblies in our producrion server.
Also I would like to the MSI CrystalReports11_5_Net_2005.msi is Redistributable to our clients.

Please contact your OEM Account Representative to discuss getting a CR Designer keycode for your distribution package. You may want to check with your Product team first, they may already have one for your use.
