Product key says it's already been used, but my account does not show full CC.

Hello.
I downloaded the Adobe CC 30 day free trial a few months ago. I found out recently that my university offers free CC by giving each student a unique product key, and so I redeemed it. When I came back to use CC today, I found out that the product key did not go through, and when I tried to redeem the code again it tells me it has been used, although my Adobe account only shows my 30 day free trial.
I have a Dell Inspiron 17 1700 series laptop.

If you have redeemed your redemption code it is necessary to redeem it again, The subscription might be assigned to your email address.
Are you getting any error message while activating the products?

    Restoring your iPod to factory settings is the best way to try and get it back to working order. You can use the instructions below to restore it:
    How to restore iPod
    Verify that you have an active Internet connection, because you may need to download new versions of the iTunes and iPod Software.
    Download and install the latest version of iTunes if necessary.
    Open iTunes. Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
    After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
    Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
    Click Restore.
    If you are using a Mac, you will be asked to enter an administrator’s name and password.
    A progress bar will appear on the computer screen, indicating that stage one of the restore process has begun. When this stage is done, iTunes will present one of two messages with instructions specific to the iPod model you are restoring.
    Disconnect iPod and connect it to iPod Power Adapter (typically applies to older iPod models).
    Leave iPod connected to computer to complete restore (typically applies newer iPod models).
    During stage two of the restore process, the iPod displays an Apple logo as well as a progress bar at the bottom of the display. It is critical that the iPod remain connected to the computer or iPod power adapter during this stage.
    Note: The progress bar may be difficult to see, because the backlight on the iPod display may be off.
    After stage two of the restore process is complete, the iTunes Setup Assistant window will appear. It will ask you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences, as it did when you connected your iPod for the first time.

  • App Store says I have apps to update but opening apps does not show any apps in the update tab

    Apps says there are apps to update with the number 4, I go to the App Store nothing shows up on the updates tab.  When I show purchased apps tab all, I see two that need updating and tap the update button and then the apps icon drops to two but still nothing there when opening the app.  Tried shutting off and turning on and did not do anything. 

    There have been numerous reports on the forum today regarding this issue. It seems to be an issue at Apple, but no information has been posted on the status site.

    Put my codes into the redeem section and it says they have already been used!  On a new MacBook Pro and I have not previously downloaded Mountain Lion.  I'm getting ready to move to the UK on Sunday, any idea if that will affect this process?

    Esp. if you want to install on a third computer, CC it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers. You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Cloud apps on it.

It has been working fine for years.  All of a sudden I keep getting a message that TC (time capsule) cannot complete back up as it is already in use.  I am doing the backups automatically through Time Capsule.

    Restart the Time Capsule by disconnecting and reconnecting the power adapter. When it's back online, open the AirPort Utility application and check to see whether there's a firmware update for it.

    You may need to put the iPad into recovery mode for it to be recognised by your computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the iPad and re-sync your content to it.

    Connect to iTunes and try to reset it from there.
