Product not listed on my account

Bought PS elements some years back. Upgraded online to PSE some months back. Computer crash led to full reload of all programmes but cannot find product key for PSE 12. My account does not show purchase of PSE 12. Any suggestions?

Close the mail app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
then do a reset, no data loss. Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

Trade in not listed on my account

I began my GCU membership on November 3rd. Just after that transaction, I returned to the store and traded in a copy of Madden 15 for the xb1. The transaction (and points) are not listed on my mybestbuy account. How can I correct this?

CS6 product not reflecting in my account

My products only lists that I purchased CS4, I have also purchsed the upgrade to CS5 and to CS6.
I need to de-activate CS6 on my Hard drive and install it on a new Hard drive - but how do I get CS 6 again and what license serial number must be used?

If you are saying they were there before and not now look again closely. I think there are several categories in My Products. If you can not find it then call Adobe customer support.
When you get the s/n and download link burn a disk of the install file and keep it an s/n in safe place. You may need it in future.

Folders not listed under proper account

First I set up Mail with an IMAP account from Fastmail.fm. The account is listed under INBOX and all the folders I have on Fastmail are properly listed under the account name.
Then, I added another IMAP account from Netscape (AOL). This account is also duly listed under the INBOX. However, all the folders in this account are listed below the default Mail folders (Draft, Sent, Trash, Junk).
How do I get the Netscape folders to be directly under its account name (and accessible with the drop-down triangle)?

Actually, it's the Fastmail account that Mail isn't handling properly. Mailboxes on the server should not appear as subfolders of the account's Inbox. You must put INBOX in Preferences > Accounts > Advanced > IMAP Path Prefix for Mail to handle this account properly.

Phone number not listed in Messages accounts post OS Mavericks updated

I updated to OS X Mavericks, and now my phone number is no longer listed in the Messages accounts.
So when I send messages from my phone, it creates a new thread using my email and those messages do not show up on my phone.
Likewise, messages that are from my phone are no longer updating from my computer.
Any suggestions on how to reconcile this?
Messaging back and forth from my phone and my comp were working simlessly prior to me updating to OS X Mavericks.
Is this a known issue? and is there a solution because it's annoying.

You can have any Apple ID and "register" it for use with Messages for the iMessages side.
Same for FaceTime
In fact the Apple IDs for iMessages and FaceTime and iCloud can be three different IDs

Very true, howevere if you use the same apple id for all 3 of them then it should work as it did for me. Its worth a try.

Installed product not listed

Purchased and installed Acrobat 11 standard, registeration will not complete. This version is not on the list, so the program says the serial number is good, but no valid product is installed. Verified the product IS installed.

Paying for a service not listed on my account

I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator CC subscription some time ago, and it does not appear under "Plans & Products" on my account. It says I have no plans or products, and the program is no longer installed on my PC. However I am still being charged $19.99 per month for the service. Also because my account says I no longer have the program I cannot contact Adobe's chat or phone for customer service. I have tried the "Cancel annual membership" steps leading to the "Still need help? Contact us" button, which instead of asking me to sign in leads me straight to the forums.
Please help!

Lightroom 5.7 just installed, asking for serial number, not listed in online account info

My online account info shows serial numbers for versions 2,3, and 4 of Lightroom, but not 5. I've been using 5.2 for about a year, since I signed up for the cc photography bundle. My cc desktop app shows only PS cc and PS 2014 installed. How can I get a valid serial number to activate the LR 5.7 I just installed as an update?

I have the same thing happen to me. Every time I start Aperture, it asks for the license. Once I have entered the license key it lets me use the application. However, the next time I use the application again, i get the same problem. I have tried reinstalling the application, and am asked for the license key at the beginning of the install and again once the package is started. To no avail. And I get no other messages.
I called Apple Support, and after booking a call with a support person (a Genius?), I got one who, after reading the summary of my problem in the service request, said simply "this is for Aperture? Aperture is a Microsoft product, you have to call Microsoft". And that was that.
Please, anyone have any ideas?

Apple sending mail to address not listed in my account

[email protected] sent me emails to an account that i want to remove, but when I log into iCloud that address isn't listed there.
Very confused and don't want to discard the address if apple thinks its active
Any ideas?
could there be somewhere else that apple has my information? Is icloud the same account as my original mac sign up account ?

This sounds like you are referring to the "rescue email address" for your account?

Thunderbird keeps querying an old email account that has been deleted and is not listed in tools/account settingss

I have even deleted and reloaded <s>firefox</s> <sub>Thunderbird</sub> but it keeps trying to retrieve email from a deleted account. Where is it getting the info to try to access the account? Tools/account settings does not contain the account any longer.

On my ipad when i try to update apps my apple id now has a different email address which is not listed on my account?

Sounds like you may have originally been connected to the store, with your Ymail apple ID, and would need to change it back to this, in order to update.

OIM 11gR2 - Recon event succeeded but accounts not listed

We are creating recon event for custom connector in 11gR2 using ReconOperationsService.createReconciliationEvent. I see that the recon event is getting created without any issues, but the application instance is not listed in the Accounts tab of user. we have created the application instance also for the specific RO.
Also, userOperationsIntf.getObjects(usr-key) returns the resource object, so the resource is assigned to user but not listed under accounts tab.
any clue will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Where CustomResAppInst is the name of my application instance

Group Added With dscl Command Not Listed In Account Prefs

I added groups for each user per article 307128 using the dscl command:
sudo dscl . create /Groups/username GroupMembership username
sudo dscl . change /Groups/username RecordName username _username
But these new groups are not listed by the Account preferences on my new MacBook. They are listed on my iMac G4. Both machines are running 10.5.2. The accounts on the new MacBook were migrated from the iMac.
A dscl list shows that the groups are defined:
sudo dscl . list /Groups
And when I try to add a new group called _username with Account preferences I get an error saying the name is in use.
Any idea how to get Account preferences to show these groups?

ovithucu, in your contacts app, swipe down from the top bezel to Settings.
In the list of "Show Account in Contacts List", turn OFF each account shown, leaving none ON.
Tap the lower left BACK button.
Now, back in the main Contacts view, drag down on the screen to see the total number of contacts, what number is there?
Those are you "Local" contacts, stored locally in the device memory. Those can be cleared if you want, and start all over again.
Also, check your gmail account on a PC, login and see how many contacts you have in gmail which should be sycning to the device.
