  • Can not post MIRO due to production order archived

    Hi,
We have created production order and with production order as account assignment we have created purchase requisition.
We have converted purchase requisition to purchase order and goods receipt posted.
Now production order is archived (TECO done, setteled manually, deletion and as per residence time ) and we are not able to post invoice receipt for PO.
The question is, how production order archived, is there any check that purchase orders, purchase requisition are open in which this production order is used.
We can post MIRO with CO substituation, but wants to check settings, pre conditions.
    Thanks

    Hi Thyagarajan
I checked the operations in the PM-order. There are two external processing operations. One has an aggrement which has the validity end 2005-12-31. I don`t see where to see if the other operation is assigned to a purchasing document. In the menu path, extras, cost reports there is a PO which was already invoiced and GR-posted.
I don`t know where to look for more if there are any open purchasing documents?
    Thanks.

  • Archiving Production Orders

    Dear Gurus,
In OPJH transaction, I have removed residence time 1 & 2 and kept blank.
By running program PPARCHP1 in SE38 tcode, I am able to set deletion flag as well as deletion indicator in one execution. Now the Production order is having status DLFL and DLT.
What is the next step to archive the production order?
Please explain step by step procedure.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Jejesh

By running the program PPARCHA1  I am able to archive production order successfully.
    Thanks for all contributions.

  • Archiving Production Orders via SARA

    Hello All,
When trying to preprocess the a production order in SARA i get an error (Archiving Object     PP_ORDER     Production Ord)
"Archiving object or class P_ORDER does not contain structure J_3ABSSI Message no. BA048"
    The archiving is then terminated.
How can I correct this ?

    Hello
I suppose you are using IS-AFS.
You should check your settings for P_ORDER on transaction ACLA according to note 700496.
Make sure that tables J_3ABSSI and J_3ABUNDL are included in P_ORDER and do not check the "Do not
    delete" checkbox.

  • About archiving production order, maintenance prder

    hello friends,
what status required to archiving pp , pm order
what happen if order status is other than closed
    regards,
    kp

    Hi KP,
To archive the production order First  the order should have activated   Deletion flag . (status DLFL).
After the Inyitai residence time has passed (defined for Order type), the orders that have been flagged for deletion are assigned with deletion indicators (DELF).
After the second residence time has passed the orders are archived and deleted from database.
To set Deletion flag order  Sould have  closed status ( CLSD)
To close the Order order should have TECO status  and Other FI related process shoulh have completed
i am not sure about maintenance order

  • How to delete the production order in mass?

    Dear Experts
Please tell me how to delete the  old production orders?

    Raja,
CO78 is a one stop transaction for production order setting deletion flag, deletion indicator, archiving and finally deleting.
Generally we schedule the following programs in background in the sequence below,
    1. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Flag
    2. PPARCHP1 for Setting Deletion Indicator (Once set cannot be revoked- so care should be taken in selection of orders)
    3. PPARCHA1 for archiving the production order with Deletion Indicator active. Basis should set the database/storage space for archiving/storing the records.
    4. PPARCHD1 for Deleting the records from SAP database.

Would like to ask how could we check a production order confirmation and movements when we just have a sales order? and the problem is those sales order we have is arcieve already in 2006 and we assume the production order also was archieve already too. We really want to check those production orders inviolved on the materials of our sales order, how could we check this even it was archieve already? Could you help us with this ? Dear,
    To display archieved orders.
    Choose Logistics -
    > Production -
    > Production control ---> Tools -
    > Archiving -
    > Orders.  Or CO78 transaction
Choose Retrieval. Enter the selection criteria. choose Archive Selection, select the required archive file(s) and choose .The selected orders are then displayed in the Order Information System.
If your Production is based on MTO scenario, then you can enter the sales order number in COOIS screen and check whether they exist in System without archival. Please remember to activate check box for "orders with Deletion Flag/indicator" in the additional selection critera in the Initial screen.

  • Costing sheet in control tab of production order

In OPL8 iam able to configure default cost accountings for production order type but why costing sheet is coming by default in production order costing section.
Is there anyway to hide that costing sheet (AUFK-KALSM) from display to the users without effecting any cost calculation in the background.
The purpose behind this is not to let users mess with costing sheet selection while creation. this is possible with screen variant but is there any standard settings for order type?
    Thanks in advance.

    Dear Sprint,
    No
In my understanding we do not not have any Std setting for archiving your requirement
Use screen variant or check for any exit

    Dear,
    Please follow these steps
    1. Use program PPARCHP1 to activate deletion flag and deletion indicator.
    2. Use program PPARCHA1 to archive the production order.(Basis settings should be completed for storage of data before running this program).
    3. Use program PPARCHD1 to delete the order from the database.
You can run this program from SE38 or using background scheduling using SM36.
Note :- Archive the production order thru tcode CO78.
Variant for PPARCHD1 remove the Test Mode. System will automatically select the Archive File based on the File Path. Also see SAP notes 540834
