Production order in coois

Dear Gurus
How  production order number gets automatically deleted from coois list?
Regards
Sandip Sarkar

Hi Sandip,
It depends on what your selection criteria is.  For instance, if you are displaying  all unreleased production orders, then once a particular production order is released it will not appear in the display.
If you have no selection criteria, orders will continue to appear in COOIS until they are physically deleted from the database.

  • I need help in Report for production orders for my customer.

    Hi All
I have scenario where plant A needs the following report for Material XXX which has setting as Stock Trnasfer order from Plant B.
Need report withthe following details, Storage Unit number, Material No, Quantity, Planned Order Date in plant A,  Date Produced in plant B, Date Received by Plant A.
Please tell me if there is any standard report to take the following details. Scenario is that the header material YYY in Plant A has one material XXX as BOM component. Now this material has setting as Stock transfer from Plant B. On creating a plan order for Header material it will create a Plan order in plant B for component XXX. The above said detail is required for component XXX in plant A.

    Dear
Did you explore the report in CO46-Order Progress Report based on Sales Order /Material /Production Order
Or COOIS/COHV  for your requirement. Here you can get the Planned Order Details and also Production Order Details .

  • Production order q's

    Hi all ,
    1) What should be the selection criteria in COOIS  for open production order list for the one month frame ?
    2) How can we know that for a production order Overhead , Varience, Settlement has been carried out if the production
if the order is not having the status CLSD ?
    thanks in advance
    Regards

    Hi Venky,
specify production order status excluding DLV, CNF  and period to get open production order in COOIS.
specify corresponding Production order statuses in selection screen of COOIS.

  • Deletion of components in the production order

    Dear all,
Our client would like to delete few components issued to production orders by mistake.(these are bulk materials, transferred from legacy system).
These materials are issued to orders already.
The production orders are already confirmed .
Is there any way to delete these items from the production order?.
    regards,
    Kumar.

You can directly delete the component bulk material in  Co02 itself in the componet tab.
Do the where used list in CS15, ANd check whether that BOM material have production order in COOIS, and go to change mode of  the order and delete the component manually.
It is very difficult to delete the component through LSMW, reason is the line item component, for one order it may in line item 10, for  other order it may be in  line item 40.

  • Mass change of Production orders operations in ECC 6.0 using COOIS

    Dear experts,
Kindly Suggest a way to mass change of direct operations and components overview screen of production orders in ECC6.0
using COOIS transaction code which was available in SAP 4.7 using environment >change order> operations or components once we execute the COOIS with certain input parameters in the out put screen, this function seems to be not available in ECC 6.0 , if available kindly guide me or any alternative way to perform the same.
Thanks in advance for your inputs and help..
    Best regards,
    Nitish jain

You have that button "Change Order" you can just click on it and once you're in the change mode of the order click "Component Overview" button , it's the same number of clicks...
Anyway, SAP has changed the entire ALV for all the transaction codes using PPIO_ENTRY (COOIS, CO26, CO27, CO28 et al)
    look at question 12
    https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/540779
if you really want your old GUI status. there is a way to get it back. In SE38 enter the program name PPIO_ENTRY and select variants and click display. Once you're in variants screen enter variant name and click create and select all "screens" check box and then it will take you the selection screen in there check the box "Old ALV Display" in the Technical settings sub screen. (If you want you can choose other functions also like "Selection List" as PPIOM000 Always display components directly etc. if you want ) Click on "Next Screen" button and it will show "Attributes" button then click on the attributes button and save it.
Now go to SE93, make a copy of transaction COOIS to ZOOIS and in the variant field enter the variant you just created. The new transaction will always start with the variant you just created and it will look like your old COOIS with Environment > Change Order > Components will be visible.

  • Show batch clasification char val of the production order material in COOIS

I want to display a characteristic value entered in the material batch classification of the production order material in COOIS report.
Ex: I maintain material stock code in material batch classification. Within the same material there can be multiple stock codes which is similar to dye lot number. I created production order for that material. I want to display that batch classification characteristic of the material in a separate column when display production orders of that martial in COOIS.

    Dear,
Have you use the process batch? The classification characteristics of each process batch created for a production order are compared with the actual configuration characteristics.
If different characteristics are used for the classification, that is, if characteristics do not exist in the configuration, these characteristics are flagged as green by default in the detailed display.
    Call interface:
An interface (parameter of the function module) can be used to call function module MILL_PC1_COMP_LIST outside C003, C011N from COOIS.
Or Call Transaction SE38 report PPIOA000  execute it.
You can refer the OSS note 519649 for it.

  • COOIS : Production Order Information System

    Hi,
In COOIS Report at header level, Report has a column order Type. Where as in Component level report does not have order type.
Is there is any logic that order type has to be at header level not at component level.
If not then there is any  report or way to get order type at component level.
    Regards,
    Vivek Malik

    Hi Vivek,
Order type is an information at header level in the COOIS standard report.
If you need to have this information in the COOIS report at component level you can use the Badi to insert a column in the COOIS and through production order to define the following type order.
You can use this document in order to add a new field at level component.
Additional Customer Fields in COOIS output
As alternative soluction you can create a query using the following table:
    AUFK-AFKO (rsnum)-RESB
I hope have been useful for you, let me know if i solved your requirement.

  • Production order reporting using COOIS

    Hi all
I am using tcode COOIS for creating reports for Production orders. I have the following requirement
I want to batch schedule the report using a variant which I have done. The report should automatically run every night at 12 am and it should automatically email the report to the email ids of the Production team. The report should be in a spreadsheet format. My question is
1/ where do i put the e mail id
2/ how do i make it to spit the report in a spreadsheet format ( Manually I can go into System > List > Save > Spreadsheet and save it onto spreadsheet)
    thanks a lot

    Hi John Mastram,
Use transaction SM36 to schedule your batch job. There you can maintain the email address of the recipient.
If the scheduled job has a spool list output, the same would be sent by email to the address maintaind

  • BADI in coois (production order information system

    Dear SAP Guru
As per my Client requrement order report  COOIS (order confirmation report) we have require Material & material decription
Coloumn in order confirmation report. We have study this will be in BADI process..
    But some problem to BADi
Pls help & detail step by step BADI process

    Hi,
    1. determine the list structure you are interested in: refer to SAP note 434123 (for Confirmations: IOCONF)
    2. check if this field is available in the structure already: start report RCOTX000: actually field IOCONF-MATNR is active in the standard and also displayed in the layout change for Confirmations list. If it is not active you can activate it, but there is no guarantee that the field is always filled
    3. if the field is not available in the structure, use transaction SE11 and create the append structure and include your field in this structure
    4. implement BADI WORKORDER_INFOSYSTEM in SE19 and fill your field in the corresponding BADI method.

  • Report for Production orders with name of Customers

    Dear Expert,
Kindly suggest to view the production orders with customer numbers for which the sales orders is created.
I tried in MB51 with layout settings but the customer number comes out be blank despite the sales order number is populated for an production order.
Kindly suggst a way or any report in the system  to get the corresponding information of production order number and corresponding customer name mentioned in the sales order .
Thanks in advance for your help and inputs..
    Best regards,
    Nitish jain

    Nitish,
MB51 is a Material Document list.  Many production orders exist that have no entries in this report, so it would be an unlikely candidate to be a solution for your requirement..
The standard production order reporting tool is COOIS.  The output for MTO orders can be configured to display Sales order and Item and Soldto.
Obviously, displaying even the customer order number in COOIS is impossible in a MTS scenario.
In addition, a user experienced in using SAP Query  (SQVI or SQ01/SQ02/SQ03) could also create a production order report without having to know ABAP, by properly linking tables AFKO, AUFK, AFPO (production order data) with VBAK (sales order header data) to get customer number, and KNA1 to get customer name..
If you are not expert in SAP Query, I suggest you discuss this requirement with a local ABAPer.
If you are feeling like educating yourself in the wonders of SAP query, try this doc.  Although old, SAP query hasn't changed very much since this document was written.

  • Report for Production order list

    Dear all,
    I need your help..
we have two plants in which we divided total qty of customer order for production
now i want a list in which i got the details like which sale order and how much qty we punched in plant one and plant 2
to compare total valve produced for customer
how to find such kind of report..?
    which t code is helpfull.
    Neha

If you're working with a MTO stg. (eg: 20), then the sales order details will be linked to the production order & you can then use COOIS report by specifying the sales order nos.
But if you're working in a MTS environment, then there will not be a specific link between the Production order & the sales order, so if you have maintained the SO nos. in some field, then you will have to execute the COOIS report & then use the filter option on the field where you've maintained the SO nos.

  • Report for Settled production orders

    Hi All,
Is there a report I can use to show that these production orders are settled and these production orders need settlement. any clue on this. and when I ran the settlement does it chnages the production order status to reflect that it is settled ?
    Thanks
    MKR

    Hi MKR,
    Please go to COOIS,
Give the plant and give the status of the order that u want to ge the list.
    then execute.
System will give you all the production Orders which are having the particular status.
Hope this will answer your query

  • Scrap factors and Production order

    Hi all
I am using scrap factors in the Material Master which is used as a component in the production order. When I create a production order the component requirement qty is inflated by the scrap factor. Then I do a CO15 and put in the actual qty of component used. Is there a standard report PP or CO where it shows the planned required qty( as in BOM with no scrap), planned required qty ( with scrap) and the actual qty?
    thanks a lot

    Hi,
Not sure if you can get all 3 in a std report. But in COOIS, when you run the report with List option as component you can get the requirement qty & withdrawn qty.
To my knowledge you would have to go for a Z report.
    Regards,
    Vivek
