Hallo,
wie bereits Viele auch bei mir die Fehlermeldung: Die Produktverteilerdatei konnte nicht überprüft werden. Möglicherweise ist sie beschädigt oder wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß signiert.
Hat jemand schon eine Lösung oder liegt es gar an Apple aufgrund der hohen Belastung des Servers ?

Ich habe ein Upgrade von Fireworks CS5 gekauft. Zur Installation wird Fw CS4 benötigt. ( CS4 Webstandard ist bei Adobe registriert. ) Wenn CS4 durch die CS5 Software nicht erkannt bzw. gefunden wird, kann man auch die Seriennummer manuell eingeben. Leider ist die Original-DVD von Fw CS4 abhanden gekommen. Ich kann also keine Seriennummer eingeben, es sei denn, Adobe hilft indem eine neue Nummer vergeben wird. Allerdings finde ich im Netz keine entsprechende "Anlaufstelle" . Wer hilft mir ?
Ich frage mich auch, woher Du diese Programmversion erworben hast. CS4 kann schon seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr legal vertrieben werden. Es ist eine Altversion, bei der Adobe auch keine Unterstützung mehr anbietet, schon gar nicht, wenn die Software auf offensichtlich dubiosen Weg erworben wurde. Du hast einfach Geld verbrannt, in ein Programm, das nicht einmal mehr weiter entwickelt wird, in tote Software.

Keine Windows-10-Upgrade-Meldung bei VN7-571 Nitro
Hallo zusammen, entweder ich habe Tomaten auf den Augen oder mein VN7-571 Nitro mit Win 8.1. zeigt nicht das Icon für die Get-Windows-10-App an. Falls es nicht die Tomaten sind: - sollte für das Modell das kostenlose Upgrade im Angebot sein? - wie löse ich das Problem, wenn es als Einzelfall nur meinen Rechner betrifft? InDesign CC ist total langsam. Wir sind im Moment wieder zurück bei CS5! Das darf nicht passieren!

Habt Ihr versucht, die CS6 zu benutzen, die ist nach meiner Erfahrung schneller und besser als die CS5 und die kann man in Creative Cloud gleichermaßen runterladen.
Ich selbst habe keine Performance-Probleme, zumindest nicht mit InDesign, aber es sollte bald ein Upgrade kommen, da erwarte ich Leistungsverbesserungen, wie Peter Spier schrieb, ist das Update um den 15. Jänner zu erwarten. -
How can I persuade Acrobat 8.0 Pro to upgrade from cold comfort CS2 without Acrobat 7.0?
I have a Student version of CS2 Premium (including Acrobat 7.0 pro), included in the package was an upgrade version of Acrobat 8.0 Pro.
It worked well all those years on my XP. Now I had to change my system and installed Win 7. Found out that my CS2 was no longer on (de- and re-)activation terms, so I downloaded CS 2 here and read here thoroughly about the problems of my fellow sufferers before I started unpacking and installing, and I must say, the discussions here helped me a lot to avoid tricky traps and I have at least achieved to install the for my work most important parts of CS2 properly, i.e. Indesign and Photoshop. (The most important trick is to start all the 4 exes in an interval of one minute so that they lie all neatly unpacked in the target folder before or short after the first exe to unpack which is oddly No.2 has done it's unpacking and instantly following installation job, and the show can go on.)
Quite oddly, Illustrator refuses to be installed. It says "Falsches BS oder BS-Version für die Anwednung" (wrong BS or BS-Version for the application. I quoted it in German because I don't know if BS is the same term in English). But that is a minor problem, like the one with GoLive which was not even in the bundle. I downloaded it separately and tried to install it but it gives the same mistake massage. Maybe there is somebody enlightened who reads this and would like to give me a hint?
Here is what is really annoying: Acrobat 7.0 Pro was not in the download bundle because, as it has been discussed here at length, the Premium version seems not to be available. I downloaded it separately and installed it and all worked well so far.
That was the moment when I thought that I could install my upgrade version of Acrobat 8.0 on top of it. Acrobat accepted the serial no. and started to install but gave a warning that I should better uninstall 7.0 because I risked technical problems if not. I risked to not uninstall because I needed it as a proof for the upgrade license, didn't I?
But at the very end of the installation, there WAS a technical problem, a tiny black screen with a white message which I could not read so fast, and Acrobat 8.0 undid it's whole installation. I uninstalled 7.0 too, restarted the system, and got a blue screen. This whole encounter had somehow interfered with my printer's driver and maybe my GeForce driver. That was the day's smallest problem and could be fixed.
Well, leaving 7.0 uninstalled, I tried to install Acrobat 8.0 Pro again, and this time, it refused to continue after having read my serial number, because of course I had no installed proof for my license to upgrade. So it's either crash or refuse, a real unmerry-go-round dilemma, like having the cake and eat it.
Formerly, this problem did not exist because Acrobat 7.0 belonged to the bunch and could be uninstalled whithout my losing the license to upgrade because there was still the rest of the CS2 family waving the flags.
Surely, there must be a workaround here - is it possible to half uninstall Acrobat 7.0, maybe by fiddling something in the registry (I know how to save it before!) or just kicking the uncouth drivers out? But where are they hidden and what are their names? The replacement serial number given on the download side would be accepted, as we have seen.
I really do hope that one of you has already found a solution to that problem, too.

P.S. For my biggest problem, I have been given a fine solution by the support after a long chat. After some unavailing trials to unlock the serial number they created a new SN for my Acrobat 8, and now it works fine and I am the happiest girl of the day. The first (minor) problem still remains. I have an idea and wanted to ask if you specialists think it could work. As I never made any use of version cue, maybe I don't need to install the applications as a suite. Trying to install one of the bundle as a separate application did not work, but maybe this was because of the existence of CS2? Would it help if I'd uninstall CS2 and install each application separately?

GoLive wirste wohl gar nicht zum laufen kriegen. ohnehin würde man es nicht mehr verwenden, weil es noch nicht mal CSS2 voll unterstützt geschweige denn HTML 5 und andere moderne Webstandards. Wenn überhaupt, dann findeste vielleicht noch 'ne OEM CD von Strato oder 1und1 bei eBay. Die haben das damals mit jedem neuen Hostingvertrag rausgehauen. Aber wie gesagt, es ist den Aufwand nicht wert. Illustrator sollte sich durchaus installieren lassen. Eventuell einfach nochmal die Installer im Win XP Kompatibilitätsmodus laufen lassen...

Hi all
As many others I am facing also connection problems with Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2 and a windows client pc.
The client pc in question, with windows 8 pro, has been successfully joined through the essentials connector to the domain.
All things went good: media streaming, shared folders, a successfull backup has been started through the essentials launchpad, the client appeared as online in the devices tab of the essentials dashboard.
Then I upgraded the pc to windows 8.1 pro.
Now the client can't connect to the server. Following issues appear:
The client pc is showed as offline the the dashboard when it is online.
Backups (from launchpad or server) aren't possible -> no connection to the windows server essentials adminitration service.
Dashboard not available from launchpad
The message "the server is not available" appears, when I try to reconnect the client by the essentials connector.
BUT:
ping to the server's ip address works.
media streaming is also ok
shared folders are still available.
Any ideas what changed with the upgrade to 8.1 Pro? Is the a firewall problem on the client pc?

I executed all you instructions, but nothing helped.
I add here the ClientDeploy.log and the ComputerConnector.log
The ClientDeploy stopps after a registry insert error.
The user executing the connector is member of the Administrators Group on the Client pc.
I started the connector even with "Run as Administrator" but nothing helped.
Any ideas why this registry insert failes?

Ihr kostenloses Upgrade auf die Creative Suite 6 - geht aber nicht
Hallo zusammen,
meine Name ist Anna und mein Patenonkel hat im Mai 2012 die CreativeSuite 5.5 gekauft da es zu dem Zeitpunkt die Version 6.0 offiziell zum kaufen gab. Stand beim Kauf der 5.5 Version das dort ein kostenloses Upgrade auf 6.0 erhalten ist.
Jetzt musste ich meine Software alle neu installieren gehe unter Abobe auf meine Konto und dort sind nur die download Dateien von 5.5 und die Seriennummer der Version. Von 6.0 steht da gar nichts mehr.
Habe dann verzweifelt per Chat mit einem Mitarbeiter geschrieben aber der Verstand mein Problem nicht.
Unten meinem Konto werden ja auch vorhande Frage mit Datum usw. gespeichert wo auch ein Mitarbeiter mir das Upgrade auf 6.0 bestätigte.

AnnaDu hast einfach mal den Zug verpaßt. Special Promotions/ Grace Period Upgrades sind imemr and bestimmte Fristen gebunden. Das hättest du schon damals alles bis spätestens Ende August klarmachen müssen. Jetzt kann da keiner mehr was für dich tun.

Hallo, ich habe gerade CS6 Upgrade von CS5.5 downgeloadet (Mac 10.7.5 über FireFox ohne Download Manager). DesignStandard_CS6_L.dmg ist vollständig (5.51 GB) downgeloadet worden. Nach dem doppel Klick bekomme ich die Meldung " DesignStandard_CS6_L nicht erkannt". Abode Support teilte mit, dass die Datei deffekt sein konnte und ich solle dir Programme unter creative.adobe.com downloaden soll. Das Problem ist, dass mein Lizenz von Design Standard natürlich nicht von einzelnen Programmen erkannt wird. Und so eine Person sitzt bei Support.Bitte um Hilfe!
Weiß keiner. Keine Systeminformationen, keien Informationen über die Dateien. Von Problemen mit der GPU-Beschleunigung bis falsch formatierten Metadaten kann das alles mögliche sein. außerdem wäre natürlich die Frage, welche LR Version genau. Wir sind ja schon bei der 5.6 theoretisch... Also falls noch nicht geschehen, erstmal alle Updates drauf, um Fehler auszuschließen, die möglicherweise schon behoben sind...

hallo zusammen,
folgendes Problem stellt sich bei mir. Ich habe einen neuen Rechner. Hier habe ich die CC 2014 drauf. Nun habe ich aber auch Kunden die noch mit CS 5.0-5.5 arbeiten.
Ich habe als Vollversion 3.0 und dann immer bis 6.0 ein Upgrade gekauft. Kann ich 5.0 vom Upgrade installieren ohne vorher ab 3.0 wieder alles installieren zu müssen.
Wenn ja wie? Denn es wird immer nach der Vollversion gefragt. Ich habe mir jetzt so beholfen das ich eine Demo aufgespielt habe die aber bald abläuft.

Mobiles datennetzwerk geht nach Upgrade auf IOS 5 nicht mehr
Hi,
nach dem Upgrade auf iOS 5 geht plötzlich meine mobiles Datennetzwerk nicht mehr. Habe eine aon Sim Karte (mit der es bis dato keinerlei Problem gab) und sehe auch, dass ich 3G zur Verfügung habe. Auch die APN Einstellung sind die gleichen wie vorher...
Hat jemand eine Idee dazu?

hatte bis eben genau das gleiche Problem. Hoffe es bleibt beim "hatte".
Nach dem IOS 6.1 Update wurde es täglich schlimmer mit der WLAN-Verbindung. Zuerst ging es noch, dann kamen Verbindungsunterbrechungen und die wurden permanent häufiger. Zeitweise musste ich erst das mobile Netz dazu schalten, dann ging WLAN für kurze Zeit wieder bis es wieder zusammenbrach. Bin fast verzweifelt. Und seit heute ging absolut nichts mehr. Hab dann ewig gesucht und war schon enttäuscht, dass ich hier auf deine Frage niemand meldete.
Meines Erachtens könnte es damit zusammenhängen, dass das Gerät ja die Daten zu den ihm bekannten Netzwerken sozusagen für uns Nutzer nicht mehr sichtbar verschluckt und man da auch nichts mehr überprüfen kann, ob sich was verstellt hat, was ich auch als absoluten Mangel beurteile, denn es sammeln sich so doch so manche nur temporär genutzte Zugänge an, die da nicht hingehören. Unmittelbar nach dem IOS-Update waren bei mir, und wie ich weiß auch bei Anderen, auch die Daten zum mobilen Netzzugang verschwunden und mussten neu eingegeben werden.
Also hab ich die Daten im Router für das WLAN geändert und anschließend mein 3GS mit diesem sozusagen für ihn neuen WLAN bekannt gemacht, also ein "Anderes" Netzwerk eingeben können. Zuvor hatte ich vergeblich versucht nur den Schlüssel im alten Netzwerk neu einzugeben, aber da machte das Gerät sich permanent selbständig. Ich dachte schon fast ich sei zu blöd dazu. Bis ich darauf gekommen bin und es hat geklappt. Nun hoffe ich natürlich, dass es bleibt und ich das Gerät wieder sinnvoll nutzen kann.
Vielleicht nützt dir das ja auch. Würde mich auch interessieren, ob es bei dir auch geklappt hat.

Entwicklung in LR5 nach Upgrade geht nicht
Hallo Leute,
folgender Case:
1) Upgrade LR3 auf LR5
2) LR5 gestartet, lizensiert
3) Ordner, Bilder, Voreinstellungen in LR5 wie in LR3; sieht gut aus
4) Auswahl Ordner
5) Klick auf "Entwickeln"
6) Dann wird der mittlere Kasten grau mit der Meldung: Es wurd kein Bild ausgewählt
7) Und die Filmstreifen Ansicht funktioniert gar nicht.
Bilder die in Sammlungen drinne sind kann ich bearbeiten. Da hatte ich aber den Fall, dass während der Bearbeitung plötzlich weg war im Sinne wieder mittlerer Kasten grau: Es wurd kein Bild ausgewählt

Error: Upgrade von CS5 Design Premium auf CS6 Design und web Premium
Hi, ich möchte ein Upgrade CS6 Design&Web Premium auf meinen iMac(Macosx 10.6.8) installieren. Habe aktuell noch CS5 Design Premium auf dem Rechner. Starte installation von CD, muss die Seriennumer von CS6 eingeben. Es folgt die Meldung" Die angegebene Seriennr. ist zwar gültig, auf diesem Comp. wurde aber kein als Berechtigungsnachweis geeignetes Produkt gefunden". Daraufhin wähle ich aus der vorgegebenen Liste mein Produkt (cs5 Design Premium) aus und gebe deren Serienummer ein. Daraufhin folgt die Meldung "Die Seriennr. gilt nicht für ein komaptibles Produkt. Geben Sie eine andere Nummer ein." Beide Creative Suites habe ich unter meiner Adobe-ID online registriert. Vielen dank vorab

Wlan defekt seid ios8 bei Iphone 4s
Hallo zusammen,
wie mein Topic schon verrät, besteht mein Problem darin, dass mein Iphone 4s seid ios8 so smart ist wie ein Nokia 3210. Also von Anfang an:
1. UpGrade auf ios8. Erstmal alles funktionstüchtig. Backup gemacht. Ältere gelöscht. Nach ca. 30-40 Std die ersten Probleme das Wlan aufeinmal deaktiviert ist und sich auch nicht mehr aktivieren lässt. Erste Recherche über die Ausmaße der Problematik von diesem OS.
2. Regelmäßiges Zurücksetzen der Netzwerkeinstellungen am Iphone um für kurze Zeit das Wlan nutzen zu können. Zum Schlußß hielt es nur noch solange wie das Display aktiviert und das Internet genutzt wurde.
3. Erste komplette Wiederherstellung via Itunes mit einer frisch heruntergeladen Version 8.0. Ohne Erfolg. Wlan dauerhaft deaktiviert als wäre kein Wlan verbaut. Button sind einfach grau hinterlegt ohne Funktion ebenso in den Einstellungen.
4. Einspieling vom Backup in der Version 8.0 ohne Erfolg, da angeblich Backup beschädigt oder nicht kompatibel. Backup mit PW. Kein iCloud Speicherungen vorhanden.
5. Einige Tage mit einem komplett nutzlosen Iphone. Upgrade und später auch Wiederherstellung auf Version 8.0.1. Ohne Erfolg, gleiche Probleme wie bei Punkt 3+4.
6. Bruchteile der Daten aus dem Backup konnte mit Fremdsoftware ausgelesen werden. Mittlerweile bereits ein neues Smartphone einer anderen Firma als Ersatz im Einsatz. Dennoch großteil der Daten wie SMS, Email und anderen Kontaktdaten verschollen.
7. Level des Ärgers bei 365%.
8. iOS 8.0.2 gottseidank verpasst. Über diese kleinere Kausa in der riesen Kausa von Appel, einem milliardenschweren Unternehmen, werd ich mich mal nicht äußern.
9. Wollte zumindestens meine Erfahrungen, Wut und Hass loswerden. Nerviges Supportsystem durchgegangen bis ich vor der ironisch/sarkastischen Auswahl stand "Bezahle € 40,00 um mit uns über das Problem unseres Produkts zu reden" oder "Sie haben iOS8xx installiert". Termin vereinbart und mit Support 40 min in absolut sachlicher Weise gesprochen bis dieser im Hintergrund ca. 15 min nochmals Rücksprache mit einem Technikchef nahm bis daraufhin das einzige von Apple angebotene Lösung präsentiert wurde: Installieren Sie das iOS mindestens 5 mal neu, dann müsste es funktionieren... Sprachlosigkeit und die eine freundliche Verabschiedung folgte.
10. Anmerkung: Neuinstallationen, Upgrades etc bis hierhin ca. 20-25 mal, des weiteren wurde auch jedem sinnvollem Tipp im Internet nachgegangen. Ohne Erfolg.
11. iOS 8.0.3 installiert, wiederhergestellt etc. Gleiches Ergebnis wie bei Punkt 3+4.
12. iOS 8.1 installiert, wiederhergestellt etc. Gleiches Ergebnis wie bei Punkt 3+4.
So, da wollte ich mich jetzt nochmal beschweren bzw. meine Erfahrungen mit dieser absolut professionell arbeitenden Firma kundtun. Aber auf ein Gespräch hatte ich sicherlich kein Interesse mehr. Diese 2 Jahres-Garantie o.ä. ist natürlich nicht mehr vorhanden.
Fakt ist, dass Apple stand heute, mein erworbenes Iphone zerstört hat, ohne mein Beitun. Fakt ist auch, dass es mir total egal das wahrscheinlich in irgendwie, irgndwo, irgendwann in irgendeinem Vertrag oder einer AGB ein Punkt 10.341 Absatz A Satz 3 existieren wird in dem verlautet wird, dass Apple keinerlei Haftung an Updatefehlern übernimmt.
Also gibt es noch Ideen oder grundsätzliche Möglichkeiten die mir der größte Konzern der Welt anbieten kann, damit ich zumindestens in den kommmenden Jahren mich vielleicht doch nochmal für ein Apple Produkt entscheiden könnte?

VolkerRachoEs gab wohl bei einer geringen Anzahl von 4s Geräten Hardwareprobleme mit dem Wi-Fi Chip. Durch längeren Betrieb, z. B. bei der Nutzung von Wi-Fi für ein Over-The-Air Update, wurde dieser Chip zu warm und stellte dadurch seine Funktion ein. Daher vermutlich auch die Usermeldungen über "iPhone in den Kühlschrank legen, danach sollte das Wi-Fi wieder funktionieren", oder ähnliche Massnahmen.
Wenn die Garantie für das iPhone schon abgelaufen ist, gibt es nur noch die Möglichkeit ein generalüberholtes Gerät von Apple zu bekommen, das muss aber bezahlt werden, kostet 211 Euro für das gleiche Modell.
Ein Autorisierter Apple Service Provider könnte auch das Gerät überprüfen und einen möglichen Hardwaredefekt feststellen.
Mehr Möglichkeiten sehe ich leider nicht.

Ich habe mir das Upgrade Auf Photoshop Elements 13 gegönnt und heruntergeladen. Bei der Installation erhalte ich folgende Meldung

FranziskaOhne Systeminformationen wird das nix. PSE 13 ist pauschal gesehen erstmal 64bit kompatible, laso liegt der Fehler spezifisch auf deinem System, so dass der Installer da was nicht richtig erkennt.

MacBook 7,1 OS X 10.6.8 upgrade
Hallo zusammen !
Ich habe eine Frage und zwar besitze ich ein weißes MacBook, dass ich 2011 erstanden habe. Ich habe jetzt schon viele Gegenargumente zu Mountain Lion auf älteren MacBooks gehört und frage mich natürlich, ob bei meinem weißen Schatz ein upgrade der Software Version OS X 10.6.8 sinnvoll wäre oder nicht.
