Program and product code mandatory for sales adj

Hello Friends i have following change request on COPA. Could someone please help.
There is an executive directive asking to report the actual sales and cost of sales by product line, program, including when the accounts are adjusted manually, through JE.
The accounts that must have the information related to the Program and Product code are the manual adjustments related to:
-     gross sales accounts-     standard material adjustment account-     standard labor-     variable overhead
-     fixed overhead-     standard scrap adjustment account.
The request is to be mandatory to fill the program and the product code for specific accounts through a new Field status group.

At one point that information could all be found in a huge XML file to support MBSA and HFNetChk by Shavlik. I haven't looked at the most recent implementation of MBSA but I do know that a later implementation of MBSA forced Shavlik to drop support
for HFNetChk. I don't know if they have done anything as a substitute.

Quotations as mandatory for sales order creation

Dear SD experts
We have a situation where the user from one of our sales organization wants to make Quotations as mandatory for sales order creation. Means that no order will be created unless it has a refrence to a quotation.
But the problem is that this sales order type u201CZordu201D is being used by multiple sales organizations. Hence making quotations mandatory in the order type will even activate mandatory check on other companies using this order type.
Is there a way to make the quotations mandatory on sales organization or user based role? Or any other way. Please advise.

Say example sales org 1000 where you need to create sales orders with mandatory reference to quotation
Have a order type ZOR with mandatory reference marked inits configuration in VOV8
Then in T code OVAZ configuartion configuration you can restrict ZOR order type to be used only for sales areas which has 1000 has sales orgs
For other sales orgs sales areas dont maintain ZOR in the allowed order types

If u mark the indicator then the Source list is mandatory for all the materials procured.
If u want for a speciic material , mark it in purchasing view of Material Master.
Inorder to create a source list , inforecord is mandatory -- this is by default Standard SAP .

Mapping of Product codes in Inter sales

Dear Gurus,
              I am currently working on EPM 10 NW. The client is Textile giant. The client has its entities around the world. They have inter sales also. Now the problem is when one entity make sales with one particular code of the product to another entity it gets changed to another code of the product. For Ex:
       Seller:                      Product Code          Entity
                                           PR011                  A
                                           PR012                  A
        Buyer:                                                                           Product Code          Entity
                                                                                                RS011                    B
                                                                                                RS012                    B
     Both A and B are inter company entity. One more thing they are only specific product codes which are involved in inter sales. So my query is how to map the Product codes in the when this transaction takes place?

Practically it has to be captured in both the entities against their interco's. That will be one way. But even if I do that, how I will reconcile with the Product code? As in one entity the product code quantity is getting reduced and on the other hand I am not able to show where it is getting added unless I map the product code to the other entities product code. This is particularly in the case of entering the data.

You need to have a product code by version. So, it is NOT possible to use your LabVIEW 7.1 product code for your LabVIEW 8.20. You should acquire a new licence for the last version.

I m having 701(India) recently I got FP2 update during something happened and my phone was dead after that I submitted it to NCC they installed Indonesian firmware version in it and even changed my product code aswell.when I told them to install Indian version and Indian language they told that FP2 is not available in India than how I have updated previously???I called nokia customer care n asked him weather FP2 is available in India or not surprisingly they told yes Fp2 is availableness what to do I have phone with fp2 Indonesian language and without some default app like video/photo editor?Any responsible Pepple here who can help me?

thnx for info sir,i have visited again nokia care they told me that for my device product code NOKIA FP2 is not available with them right now so they told me to wait for 10-15 days,as soon as they get nokia FP2 for my product number they'll let me know and then they will install it on my phone

I would like to have some information about use product cost collector for this kind of sales order related production,
also I want to know difference between prelimanary cost estimate or cost estimate for sales order?

Hi,
Here, for each sales order item, you will have sales order cost estimate. This enables the system to compute the variances once the actual costs are booked against the production.
In the case of preliminery cost, we get the preliminery cost for production order as a plan cost and is not being used for the computation of variance but only for comparision purpose which is very marginally used.

Does Virgin Media have its own product code in the UK, or do they use the generic one? If they have their own, are the operator customisations particularly obnoxious, and are they timely at releasing updates?

It can be pretty random with virgin, here are our experiences over the last few years:
Samsung U600 (contract) - Sim locked, splash screen, wallpapers (removable) and weblinks (removable).
Nokia 2600c (payg) - Sim locked, splash screen (can be disabled), theme, soft key shortcuts (both can be changed), weblinks (removable)
SE W910i (contract) - Same as the samsung above.
Nokia 2680s (payg) - Same as the 2600c.
Samsung Jet (contract) - Purchased last month, no branded whatsoever and appears to be unlocked.
There doesn't appear to be a virgin product code for the N86 so this is a good sign (but not a guarantee) that theirs is free from branding and possibly unlocked. If you have one of the newly opened virgin media stores near you they should have the N86 in stock for you to check.
For future reference you can use a virgin sim in a t-mobile locked phone but you cannot use a t-mobile sim in a virgin locked phone. Virgins updates often appear to be at the same time as t-mobiles updates so they aren't the best.
There customer service is great, best of all the networks and they do make it east to get a phone unlocked. I even know someone who managed to get the written permission for an official debrand quite easily whilst still under contract.

Programming and Network Information Needs for my Wireless Network

I am looking for a solution to two objectives for my router (currently the airport extreme within my time capsule):
1. Is there software that, in plan english, will give me a list of the computers and devices that are on using my router and that will provide me with a list of websites visited? Most of what I can find is highly technical in the information.
2. I'd like to simply shut down the wireless from time to time in our house and currently the only approach I can think of is to unplug the ethernet cable that connects the time capsule to my cable modem. Is there a software program that provides a simple on/off button or, even better, that can shut the thing off for preprogramed periods of time? Freedom is a great program for individual computers in this way, and I am looking for something that works for the entire router.

You really need to get a router which has these capabilities instead of using the AirPort Extreme base station (AEBS).
