Hi I purchased cs6 Extended student edition from a local PC World. I got my approval confirmation along withmy serial number but the program never downloaded to my computer? I have gone through thesite and cant find where i've gone wrong?? please help!

    As far as the prices, the difference is likely the laptop version is the SD version and the iPad one is available in HD. That's the only reason you'll see a price difference. It has nothing to do with the device with movies/movie rentals. Apps yes, these no.

  • Lightroom 5 will not download after purchase....multiple bugs on site

    Appart from dead download link on recent purchase window.....severl bugs on log in windows.  Purchased by phone after "My Cart" would not complete purchase. 
    Tech support has been a horrible experience. 

    LR 5 download works fine for me. If you cannot click on the download link or button and have it do anything then I'd suspect virus-protection or internet-security application on your computer is blocking the download, or that the javascript on the Adobe page that hosts the link isn't being understood by your browser, or that your internet connection isn't stable enough to support a 800MB download.
    Things to try are to disable your virus-scanner and internet security temporary along with allowing popups in your browser, and trying a different browser.
    Since the LR 5.2 release candidate is available at Adobe Labs, you might also try download and installing that and when the release version of LR 5.2 is available, that update should be available by using Help / Updates... in LR 5.2 RC.

    My book shows up in my list of purchased books with the little square with the blue circle around it saying it's downloading but it's not moving and it never downloads and I cannot open my book. This has happened several times, does anybody know what to do.  This all started since the new software update when the iPhone 6's came out.  I'm about to give up on iBooks and just purchase on kindle app. This is ridiculous that I have to fight with it to read a book.

  • Program did not download correctly

    Unable to use Lightroom 5. Upon start up I receive message: An error occurred when attempting to change modules. I tried to delete the program, hoping I could reinstall. Lightroom 5 was not listed in the utilities folder/Abobe Installers. I have no way to uninstall. How do I fix this problem.

    In the MAS on the right under Quick Links click Account. Then click the Edit button to the right of: Payment Information. Make sure your *Security code* is available then click Done.
    Try purchasing Xcode again. If you still have problems, since this is not an isolated issue, please report this to MAS Customer Service here.
    Then install the v10.6.7 combo update that includes MAS fixes that were not included in the original 10.6.7 update.

    After the combo is installed, restart your Mac.

    I had this problem as well but found the soultion on another post from turingtest2 - it worked for me:
    Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
    Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
    Apple Mobile Device Support
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
    Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or by right-clicking the downloaded installer and selectingRun as Administrator.

    Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library and then download again from your purchased history.   • Audio purchase did not download completely

    Tonight I downloded two albums. After the first album completed downloading one track did not download at all. A track on the second album only plays a few seconds of audio and then skips to the next track even though the download window indicated the track fully downloaded. When I go to the Store Menu and Check For Available Downloads it says all my purchases have been downloaded. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

    If it's not showing under the More button at the bottom of the Music app (you should get an Audiobooks option via that button when there are audiobooks on it), and it's not waiting to download in the Downloads tab in the iTunes store, then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history (audiobooks are currently a one-time only download so you will need to contact iTunes Support to get a re-download of it) : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that audiobook and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the track and try redownloading fresh copies.
    Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
    (Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)
