Program documentation(SAPScript): parameters for DSYS-Links

Dear experts,
in the documentation of ABAP programs (SAPScript-Editor) I can mark-up
so-called "DSYS/so70"-links, for example by entering the following under
"Links" in the appropriate "additional informations" - Popup:
Format : DS
Key : TRAS.SE16
Text : SE16
This results in a highlighted text "SE16" in my document which is mouse-over
sensitive in display mode, and clicking onto it leads to a direct call of transaction
SE16 (as specified in the "Key").
Does anyone know where I can find an overview of the "keys" possible there ?
I know that there must be some more. The SAP library does not offer one word
on this topic, neither does the SAP help portal and even in SDN apparently no
one ever seemed to struggle with that question.

Hello Harkamal,
I doubt about getting the documentation of the form layout thourgh link. We can get link of tcode, abap syntex, etc.
eg.
Link to tcode:
<DS:TRAN.MM03>MM03</>.
To insert link,
GO to documenation ... Insert > Link ...
select the document class from the dropdown help, give the keyword and name in the document.

Error -maintain archiving parameters for outgoing documents in archive link

Hi,
I am trying to archive an outgoing document from SAP i.e. an invoice to a content repository using archive link and getting the below error:
Maintain archiving parameter(s) for output type RD00 (appl. V3)
Message no. VN096
Diagnosis
At the time of output determination, the archiving parameters for output type RD00 (application V3) were incorrectly maintained in Customizing.
Additional information:
SAP object:
Archiving object:
Procedure
Maintain the archiving parameters and repeat output determination for the required document.
Kindly help as to from which transaction I can maintain archiving parameters for this transaction ???

Hi,
Which storage device are you using? I can only speculate the problem. Ok. So output type is configured properly. Can you check the object type for your document type in Transaction code OAC3. Check it should be VBRK. If it is not then change it to VBRK. Now go to transcation code OAD5 and check every thing is configured there or not. If it is all done then it should work. I presume that all basic customization is done in your system.

the parameters are persist OK in the client´s BD but it seems not to affect the layout......

Setting up CSS on the network for Virtual IP for Action Links

I want to configure the Action Links on 10g, i had done all the steps and my Row_id is also linked, but it does not do anything. I am not able to under the settting up CSS on the network as mentioned by Oracle
To create a virtual IP address for Siebel Web Engine and Oracle BI Presentation Services
*1.On the network, set up CSS to direct requests from <virtual domain> to <physical Siebel Web Server Extension machine>:*
*◦Where the acronym CSS represents the load-balancer or router used to do the virtual IP configuration.*
*◦Where <virtual domain> is the virtual IP prefix that users enter to navigate to the Siebel applications (in the preceding example, this is http://siebel.company.com).*
*2.On the network, set up CSS to direct requests from <virtual domain>:84 to <physical Oracle BI Presentation Services machine>:84.*
*3.In the Siebel application, using the Siebel Administration screen, set the NQHost parameters for Oracle Business Intelligence Symbolic URLs to point to the <virtual domain>:84, instead of directly to the Oracle Business Intelligence Presentation Services server physical machine.*
has anybody done this. If yes please let me know the steps, what is *"On the network set up CSS"* means an. Where do i do this. My staging in running Apache Web server.
Also has anybody implemented Action Links on 10g, if yes what is the setps.

our previous mail program (Turnpike) allowed us to have
further addresses by using mailboxes within the program.
I don't know what Turnpike is, but what you're saying here doesn't make sense.
I had hoped that when either one of us logged on to
get mail, then we would download only those messages
specifically addressed to the e-mail addresses that I
had entered in Mail Preferances|Accounts.
When Mail (or any other mail POP client) logs into your mail account on the server, it doesn't care at all what your email address is. The only thing that matters is the username and password required to log into the account. Once logged in, all the newly arrived messages there are downloaded.
I have no idea what to put after 'Move Message to
Mailbox:' because the 2 Mailboxes are on the MacBook.
Should I put the MacBook's name? Its IP address? Is
this possible at all in Mail?
You cannot move mail to mailboxes not stored within your home folder in Mail, neither with a rule nor manually. You may be able to overcome this limitation with a different mail client.

Order type dependent parameters for process order

Hello friends,
In Order type dependent parameters for process order (T.C COR4), there is subscreen for Process data documentation.Inside it we have three options :a) Batch Record Required
b) Order Record Required
c) No Process Data Documentation Reqd.
Through F1 help whatever information i have got regarding them, is not cleared.
According to it, if i select Order Record Reqd, than first of all i will have to delete (archieve) the order record than only i can delete (archieve) the process order.The same is with Batch Record Required.
So according to it if i want to delete the process order than first i will have to delete order record.So guys may i know which order record firstly i have to delete?Than only the system status for process order will not have the status ORRQ (Order Record Reqd).
And one more thing friends,if i select the third option No Process Data Documentation Reqd than which process data documentation system will not create?Or what will happen if i select this third option?

Parameters for Opening PDF Files in Version XI

I have an application that opens a PDF document using Reader Version 7 - 10 at a particular page.
In Version XI this feature has been removed or changed and I can't find any documentation on Opening parameters for latest version.

Due to your answer I have done some further testing and it appears Version XI does not accept spaces in the file name.
If I remove the spaces in the file name it works fine.
I have tried enclosing the file name in single and double quotes but no luck.
I am using Delphi 7 and calling the routine Shellexecute with application parameter
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 10.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe
and run parameters
/A"Page=33"C:\MP5\Manuals\1145009 Operating Instructions.PDF
The above works fine with version 7-10.
With version XI it fails to find the file.

'This file does not have a program associated with it for perfoming this action'?

Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel". Any help? This error message has never come up before. I have tried to open the page on 3 different devices but the same error message. All help is greatly appreciated as I need to print the page out for my course I am doing. Thanks all.

Error in scheduling parameters for production orders

Hi Guys,
Greeting for the day u2026u2026u2026.
I am trying to create production orders creation for own order type ex MM01, but I am getting error message as u201C scheduling parameters are not defined for the order type u201C even though I have maintained following parameters as below,
Production scheduler -
xxxxx,
Detailed scheduling -
check box of scheduling ticked,
Rough cut scheduling --- scheduling id u201301, scheduling and generate capa requi,, boxes ticked,
Adjust scheduling -- requi to operation date,
Scheduling control for detailed scheduling ---backwards and check box of auto scheduling ticked
Operation segment ---setup,
All operation in order will be reduce
Do not reduce,
Could any one light on this issue,

Hi,
This error will come if you have not maintained Define scheduling parameters for production orders.
Check this order type whether linked with respective plant in OPU3.*And give production scheduler * mark ie, all.*
And in Define production scheduling profile - OPKP, link your order type in the page below.
In material master work scheduling view, input production sch profile or prod scheduler.

Parameters for opening PDF files in a browser

I read some of the posts about making a text link from an html page to a specific location in a pdf document in the browser. I set up the parameters, as I understand it, according to the document "Parameters for Opening PDF Files." The result from my test took me to the top of page 1, not to the bookmark on page 3 that I specified. See the link below. What is wrong with the parameters?

What is the proper HTML code for I linking to a destination in a .pdf file in firefox?

If I create an HTML link to a destination within a .PDF file, it works fine in IE but not in Firefox. The code I use is this:

with transaction : ZSDN01 and name = test website sdn.
I am working in SE38->Change Documentation. Inserting the above code in the documentation editor doesn't work.
Any suggestions on how to make this work?

Program should execute both for F8 and F9

Hi All,
I have a requirement that my program should execute both for F8 and F9.
I have developed it as a report as the selection-screen contains 'Select-Options' and they want the Multiple Selection Button.
I know that if I develop it as a Module pool, my problem is very easily solved.
But since they want the Multiple-Selection button for Select-options which we cannot provide in a Module-Pool I am forced to develop a report.
Please let me know if its possible to execute the program with both F8 and F9 function keys, while F8 can be the normal execute button, there is no need of any button for F9, that is a F9 key press is enough. The Report should execute if the user presses F8 or F9 key on the Key-board.
Hope I am clear.
Please help me with your suggestions.

I dont think you can do with f9 fkey,
but you can do with ctrl+f9 , if ur client like this..

Just execute ur program, and go to system>status->in SAP data , there is GUI status-> dbl clik in ur gui status and assign Fcode for ctrl+f9 and handle the same in user command.
I hope it will solve ur problem.

          Registering a JSP as a servlet allows you to specify the load order, initialization attributes, and security roles for a JSP, just as you would for a servlet.
