Program error in activating SAPLMCEX&LMCEXTOP in SE38

I am getting program error in activating SAPLMCEX&LMCEXTOP in SE38. I have attached the screen shot. Please check and confirm.

I didn't made any changes. Actually the issue is i am facing one ABAP DUMP issue at that time i have check above program it is showing the above one.

Error in activating program---defining variable in exporting stmnt

Hello ,
i have created a small program, from the program we get 4 variables .
We have to pass these variables to the smartfrom through EXPORTING .
when i add the variables in the exporting like
tax = p
where p is a data type. I get an error while activating the program in se38 , field is unknown and is not specified in the data statement nor in the tables.
Whereas when i wrote the small progarm i have defined it as follows:-
data : tax = p
Can anyone help me on this . Where am i going wrong .

Thanks a lot. I defined it exactly the way u said .
now when i run the print transaction , the statment is like
tax = tax + taxval
While debugging the program, taxval has the value .28 , so
tax = .28 but the output is coming out as ZERO.

Error while activating update rule in Inventory

I was working with migration of datasource 2LIS_03_BF from 3.x to 7.0 in MM module.
Recieved an error while activating update rule 0RT_C17 2LIS_03_BF in Inventory module.
When I checked the routine ,it shows the following error.
Errror:E:The Dictionary structure or table "/BI0/PMAT_SALES" is either not active or does not exist.
I am not usre how to resolve this.
Kindly reply asap.

1. Activate the master data infoobject for 0MAT_SALES at info object level of RSA1
2. Replicate and Activate the data source once again by using the program > SE38 : RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL
3. Then try to migrate you datasource and activate you update rules.

hi there....
make sure that the Processing type in Attributes tab is 'Normal function module'. Also chk the general data, it must be having some name in the Program Name and include name column.try checking the program names in se38, if the program is of type include or not. you can also chk by writting a program call the function module and test it
I hope this will solve the query. in my case, SAPLZ123 is the program name and LZ123U28 is the include name.
or
Its common prob with Function module.
Goto SE80->Give Function group name->Right click on it->Activate.

Error while activating info objects.

After activating the data in ECC rsa5 and replicating it in BW rsa1, when i am trying to activate the infoobjects in object types i get the following error.
*DataSource 0RF_ARTHIER_ACT does not exist in source system DVMCLNT110 of version A *

Hi Rohit,
you can activate the datasource by using 'RSDS_DATASOURCE_ACTIVATE_ALL'program
Please follow bellow steps:
1.Goto SE38>give the Program>click on Execute.
2. Give the technical name of Datasource and Execute.
Note: there is one check box, first execute with that checkbox checked and see, if that didnt work, uncheck the checkbox and execute, hope this should solve your problem.
3. Replicate the Datasouce in BI side.
4. Activate the relavent Objects indevedulally.

Error while activating the DTP

Dear all,
We are using BI7.00. For one of our reports, the data is transferred from one cube to another cube. When the DTP which transfers the data is activated, the following error appears.
Error from PSA ****
Message no. RSAODS000
Error when activating Data Transfer Process DTP_D5Q7YV8OBC64VH1DG6MY6O0UI
There is no other information regarding this message. I have tried deleting the DTP and re-creating a new one but still problem persists.
Can experts throw light on this?

Photoshop gives "Program Error" when I try to open files while VPN

I think this may be a new one. While VPN on my company network, Photoshop CS cannot open any files. Either drag and drop, double click or even file open command. You get the clock and the message "failed to open because of a Program Error.... " or something close to that. I'm sure it says Program Error though. Works fine if I'm not VPN but soon as I'm on it stops opening files or even creating a new blank canvas gives that error. I checked Adobe forum and nothing there to find about this one. Anyone else have this happen?

1. What VPN client are you using?
As a guess, your VPN client may be blocking a port that PS CS may use for license verification over the Internet. The fact that it works AOK when not using the VPN would tend to support this hypothesis. As to what port it may be attempting to use, I can't say, but you may be able to find this out from Adobe and then work with your firm's networking staff to see if this port can be opened for use when the VPN is active.
2. You noted that you "checked Adobe forum and nothing there to find about this one." Did you post to the Adobe Photoshop forum? If not, I recommend doing so.
3. You wrote: "You get the clock and the message "failed to open because of a Program Error.... " or something close to that. I'm sure it says Program Error though."As FYI, in cases such as this, copying down the exact text of the message is helpful.

Error while activating in 3.1H

Hi Guys,
I have an issue, I am copying a standard program for payment advice RFFOD__V into a Z-program ZRFOF__V and is working fine.
Now I have got another copy of RFFOD__V i.e. ZRFOD_B from a portugal system and now when I am try to copy the program ZRFOD_B from Portugal system to my system, I am getting some errors while activating stating that some data elements are not defined. The same data elements are used in the standard program RFFOD__V and is activating correctly, it is also working fine with ZRFOF__V, the problem only lies with ZRFOD_B.
Please note that I am using 3.1H system. Also please let me know how do you activate multiple programs together (i.e. a program and certain includes in 3.1H system).

It's been a while since I used 3.1H, but when you go to activate your program, doesn't it give you a list of all inactive objects? If so, can't you highlight the program and all related includes and click on the green check mark to activate all programs at the same time?

yes contact basis is the right way
try to double click the DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL if you interest with more detail error info, by viewing the short dump (transaction st22 can be used), transaction sm21 may also helpful, if authorization is granted.

we replicate the data in qty bi
After importing all extractors into qty ,
My data sources are in inactive status even i try to cativate manually,
we have 10 extractors with same application among that 5 are active version seems to be 3x version.,

Hi, i m getting runtime error while activating Characteristics. Error as All InfoObjects Already Saved(locked)

even if creating a new Characteristics same error is comming.

a) Once check the Lock entries by useing SM13.
Goto SM13--> Select your object lock entries --> Select delete.
b). Acitvate the Infoobject.

Well, I don't think the problem has anything to do with the content. It just looks as if the corresponding database object is inconsistent.
I already found an article for this problem:

sometimes occurs an error by activation ODS. I have proces chain and when is loaded second packet an error occurs. In monitor>>

-The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was
either                                                      caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure <b>"UPDATE_ATAB"</b>   "(FORM)"
Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception
   to occur, the running program was terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
The database system recognized that your last operation on the database
would have led to a deadlock.
Therefore, your transaction was rolled back
to avoid this.
ORACLE always terminates any transaction that would result in deadlock.
The other transactions involved in this potential deadlock
are not affected by the termination.

There are a few different scenarios that I can think of where this might come up that all involve what might resulting in parallel (concurrent)processes:
Loading packets in parallel - that is there are X number of processes loading packets concurrently. This could be set in your IMG settings system wide or in the InfoPackage for just this datasource.   You seem to indicate that you don't have this.
Database parallel processing - RSAMDIN - ORA_PARALLEL_DEGREE ( there was a different RSADMIN parm for older versions - forget what SP the change came with).
You have multiple InfoPackages for the datasource, each loading what should be a different range of data, and they run atthe same time.
You could be loading from two different datasources to the ODS at the same time.
If any of these are true, I would look at bumping the INITRANS setting up. Your DBA will probably need to do this for table and its indices. There is a Note - 831234 that allows you to create a parameter in RSADMIN that will specify a INITRANS value (e.g. 20) rather than using the default. The ODS would need to be activated to pick this new setting up for the table to be altered.
You could also look at the Processing settings for the InfoPackage and change to PSA first, then target to see if that helps.
Or if you are loading from two different datasources at the same time, you might adjust your schedule so that doesn't happen.

The DDIC does not have an table name by /BIC/B0000103000 which the program is trying to refer, Kindly do provide me your help and input on this.

Thnx for your reply, I did as suggested by you, activated the ODS and update rules again but it was not able to activate the data again I ran the RSRV as suggested by you i got an list of errors

I ran the correct error but not to any avail, could you kindly guide me on this, I was previously loading data to this ODS successfully from a 300 client now I am trying to do this from an 400 client and I am facing this error.
