Does anyone know which is the print program belonging to sap script PSFC_STD_LAYOUT. Productionorder papers. And how you can set this.

If I understand it allright is that form called by a lot of printerprogramms.
Do you perhaps know where i can change the settings of this. So i can choose the right program and change the program to a Z version.

Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me with this.. We already created a customized program and form from the original one (copy and paste) ex: SAPFM06P to ZSAPFM06P and MEDRUCK to ZMEDRUCK and is running fine. Now the problem is this.. this new customized program and form will be use ONLY by one Plant, the rest of the plant will use the standard program and form. How can i configure it at TCode OMFG?

Program is attached to a particluar output type like NEU not for a specific plant but what you want can be achieved like this:
Define a Z output type like ZNEU (copying atandard one)
then a Z program (copying Standard one)
then create a z transaction and attach z output type to it.

F110 - can specify RFFO program for bespoke SAPscript to print out

Hi SAPer,
I am working to figure out how to print out bespoke SAP script while using a Standard RFFO program. The output is a print out form on paper.
I have tried RFFOUS__C and RFFOD__T, so far, but somehow, F110 does not produce any print out at all. Payment method is "cheque", but still there seems to be an issue.
Would any of you advise me any RFFO you would suggest or adivse me.

Check if u have implemented BAdI for the address 'HR_IN_ER_ADDRESS'.
if yes then check the SAP service market place, as SAP has released one new for the same. But its applicable only if BAdI is implemented.

Hope you would find the below information useful...
1. From SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> India -> Subsequent Activities -> Annual -> Legal Reports -> Income Tax -> Form24.
The Print Program for Form 24 screen appears.
2. Enter the relevant selection criteria.
3. Enter the Company Code.
4. Enter the User Parameters.
5. Choose Program Execute.
The system lists down the Deductee wise details of TDS for each employee in the different payroll periods. You can select the appropriate options on the Application tool bar to display the following lists:
Salary and Income Tax Details of each employee for the last quarter or for the financial year. You can select the appropriate options on the Application tool bar to display the Deductee wise details of TDS or Perquisite Detailsfrom this screen.
Perquisite Details of each employee for the last quarter or for the financial year. You can select the appropriate options on the Application tool bar to display the Deductee wise details of TDS or Salary and Income Tax Details from this screen.
You can total the different sub components of salary or tax to enter the challan details. You can download the lists mentioned above in the form of worksheets by selecting the Spreadsheet option from the Application tool bar.
6. Choose Challan Details option. Enter the details of the tax paid You can use the details displayed on the screen. The details that you enter are printed on Form 24 and Form 24Q.
7. Save the Challan Details.
8. To print a copy of Form 27A, choose Print Form 27A.
9. To download the electronic copy of Form 24 or Form 24Q, and the Annexure in the form of a text file, choose Download e-File for Form 24. On the selection screen, if you have entered:
Annual (blank) as the Quarter, the system downloads Form 24
One of the quarters (1 - 4) as the Quarter, the system downloads Form 24Q

My Sapscript Z From has been configured for company code,and it is present in table T042B.
T042B-ZBUKR = 4418 (company code)
T042B-AFORN = ZCOTL_ADVICE (SAPSCRIPT FORM)
Can anyone please tell me from which table I should get the Driver Program for the above Sapscript Form.

Hi,
I created a SAPscript for purchase order not using Medruck a customized one. And print program which has two entry fields for EBELN, EBELP, in which the output will be a single record, but now I need something like a purchase order can have many items which i need to be in my output.
Please tell me how to do the program if i have only selection screen i.e Purchase order number but have multiple items EBELP and what are the necessary steps to be followed in SAPSCRIPT FORM AND ABAP PRINT PROGRAM?

i guess your line item details are in main window ( it should be like that )
In the print program for vbeln retrieve all the line item details into internal table and call the write form inside the loop
for ex
loop at itab_line

if you want to print multiple purchase orders then

U00BFCan I use a function module as a driver program for sapscript?

I have to use a function module as driver program for sapscript and there is no any value in the form (the data are not transferred)...
but if I call the sapcript from a report with the same code as in my function module all the data are transferred OK.
please, can you tell me if there is any problem in use of a function module in this case? is it impossible at all or is there any tip to apply?

Hi,
first of all it is possible to use a function module to process a SapScript form.
The mistake on your side is probably the definition of the variables that you want to pass to the form. Please make sure they are defined as global (via SE37 --> Goto --> Global Data) then it should be working.
In addition you could take a look at e.g. function module "PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE". This is SAP standard and they are using it to print a SapScript form.

Mass processing for printing shopfloor papers

When I press background processing for printing shopfloor papers in COHV then I get message background processing triggered but no print comes out of printer.
Where to see result of background processing. In COHV log is also empty.
My requirement is that when I press print Icon in COHV then it should automatically print paper, No need to goto Sp01 and print from there .
Please guide.

In the order print control configuration transaction OPK8, activate Print Immediately check box against the individual list in the "Spool Parameters for user" folder.
Since you have mentioned that you are using Background processing for printing, you need to run Program "PPPRBTCH" in background to print the papers.

Driver program "/SMB40/FM06P" does not have the same interface structure as this form, hence can not be used.

The print program name for 'MEDRUCK' is <b>SAPFM06P</b>,
you can find out for smartforms
by using transaction NACE.
or table TNAPR.
here is the way to find the print program for smartforms
ifferent ways
1) Check the table TNAPR.
2) go to the Tcode -> NACE
3) Go to the T-code 'SMARTFORMs'
Give your form name
go to the general attributes.
Check the Package name.
then go to T-Code-> SE80
there check the program name for a package wise
Mark the points if u find it useful

What is the print program for adobe form MEDRUCK_PO, How would I know that?

I am new to ADOBE forms and I have a requirement to develop a new Purchase Order Adobe Form . I need to confidure output types too. I am copying 'NEU' to 'ZNEU', and form name 'MEDRUCK_PO' to 'ZMEDRUCK_PO', but what would be the program name and form routine? How would I know the program name and form routine for new output type/form combination.
Any kind of help is highly appreciated and rewarded.

I am working on exactly same thing - customizing pdf form MEDRUCK_PO.
I copied MEDRUCK_PO to Z_MEDRUCK_PO and put my changes into the form.
You will use transaction SPRO to display the current routine and form and put your changes into effect.
SPRO-> click tab SAP Reference Image->Material Management->Purchasing->Messages->Forms(Layout Sets) for Messages->Assign Form and Output program for Purchase Order.
In the Form column change the form name to yours - Z_MEDRUCK_PO for example. You can also change the routine name if you want.
Take a look at SAPFM06P, specifically at includes FM06PE03 and FM06PE04.
You will find routines adobe_entry_neu, adobe_entry_mahn and adobe_entry_aufb in FM06PE03. They call routine adobe_print_output located in FM06PE04.
