Hello, can anyone tell me how to transfer my Photoshop program to my new computer if my new computer doesn't have a CD rom drive and all I have are the original Photoshop setup CDs?

Embarrassingly enough, I'm using Photoshop 2.0, and the direct download links are not showing anything prior to about 5.0 or 6.0. The flash drive idea is a great one that never occurred to me...thank you. Now I need to figure out what the installers are. Maybe they are on the installation disc. Thanks again!

4.7 is an Unicode System ,This might related to no data or some syntx error .
Try to debug and find at which place u r getting this error.
pLease send the code if after debugging you cannot make out the error.

How do I make sure my iPod Touch 4 programs transfer to my new iPod Touch 5?
Do I have to name my iPod Touch 5 the same name as my iPod Touch 4?
If so, do I do a restore / erase programs from my iPod Touch 4 first before setting up the iPod Touch 5?

The Catalog Search UI of SRM that is referred to as UI as aforementioned is a page which is capable of the selection of catalog items is linked from the shopping cart creation.
Our biz requirement content two scenarioes to processing the purchase requirement.
A. Create shopping cart via the catalog (PR) --> SRM PO Process --> SUS(PO and Invoice)
This is the standard SRM purchase scenario and we have already implemented that.
B. Create a requirement document via the catalog (This document is same with the SC but very simple, and we create this function by the own web dynpro program) --> transfer the requirement document to other purchasing system(none SAP) in our intranet.
So the key problems we faced are below:
1. How to connect to the catalog search UI from our own web dynpro program.
( If we connect the catalog via the MDM ABAP API, that will make the catalog serach UI could not be used;
Also it has been failed to simulate the function of SC's connection to the catalog;
So we decide to link the catalog serach UI via the URL, the linkage is "http://<J2EEserver:J2EEport>/SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM?sap-locale=EN&HOOK_URL=&mask=&namedSearch=General&username=&password=&catalog=<Repository Name>&server=&datalanguage=EN". )
2. How to transfer the catalog item data to our own web dynpro program.
If we link the catalog search UI by URL, we can not find any good method to transfer the catalog item data to our own program.

Transferring existing programs (The part I always hate!)

What programs transfer automatically and which ones do I have to re-install when installing mountain lion? Are there any extensive lists available of software re-installation problems? Also, is there any information to help re-install Parallels (Win Xp)

There are no program transfers or removals involved. Mountain Lion replaces only the OS X software when you upgrade. Third-party software is left untouched.

Droid X2 in some kind of program mode? HELP!!!!

My son came home with his Droid X2 in some kind of wierd program mode. Will not boot, just keeps restarting over and over withthis display:

and thats it, never ever get past it, no matter what! HELP!! This is his phone for emergencies only, and he has jsut started to drive by himself.

Try removing the battery. With the battery removed, press and hold the Power button for 5 secs. Reinsert battery and power it up .... if that doesn't work, the phone may be "bricked" (corrupted) and time to take to a Verizon store and have the technicians re-flash it ... If he has pics/video/music/data on the external card that he wants to save, remove the card BEFORE any attempts to reset the phone by the Verizon store.
edit: PS - are you sure the battery didn't get drained? Plug it into the wall outlet using the supplied charger - make sure it is charged all the way and not out of juice.

Effect
This statement passes the content of data object dobj to the file specified in dset.<b> For dobj, you can specify data objects with elementary data types and flat structures. In Unicode programs, dobj must be character-type if the file was opened as a text file (this restriction does not apply to legacy text files). </b>
dset is expected to be a character-type data object that contains the platform-specific name of the file. The content is written to the file from the current file pointer. After the transfer, the file pointer is positioned after the data that was added. You can use addition LENGTH to restrict the number of characters or bytes transferred
In a Unicode program, the file for writing, appending, or changing must be open. Otherwise, a treatable exception occurs.
If the file was not yet opened in a non-Unicode programm, it is implicitly opened using the statement
OPEN DATASET dset FOR OUTPUT IN BINARY MODE.
as a binary file for writing. If the system accesses an invalid file, a treatable exception is raised.
The Influence of Access Type
The access type defined in statement OPEN DATASET has the following effect on the transfer:
A file opened for reading using FOR INPUT cannot be written in Unicode programs. In non-Unicode programs, TRANSFER writes in a file opened for reading using FOR INPUT in exactly the same way as a file openedfor changing using FOR UPDATE.
In a file opened for writing using FOROUTPUT, the system writes to the file from the current file pointer. If the file pointer is positioned after the current start of the file, the file is pre-filled with hexadecimal 0 from the start of the file to the file pointer.
In a file opened for appending using FOR APPENDING, the system writes to the file from the current file pointer, which is always at the end of the file.
In a file opened for changing using FOR UPDATE, the system writes to the file from the current file pointer. If the file pointer is positioned after the end of the file, the file is pre-filled with hexadecimal 0 between the end of the file and the file pointer position.
Note
Prior to release 6.10: If parts of a file were to be overwritten, it was only possible to write to a file opened for reading. This is not allowed in Unicode programs. As of release 6.10 and later, you can open a file for changing which is the recommended procedure also for non-Unicode programs.

Unable to activate transformation, error generating program

We are currently on SAP EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0

When I try to activate my transformation between 0PLANT and infosource ZPLANT_TEXT(Generated from 3.x infosource 0PLANT_TEXT), I get the below error message
Syntax error in GP_MET_RSTRAN_MASTER_TMPL, row 0 (-> long text)
Error during generation(Message no. RSTRAN511)
Error when resetting Transformation 06L8E7JA476EMLRHOX35W9KX6TMS8XSX to the active version(Message no. RSO410)

How to Transfer PPV to anthor project

Hi,
We are using standard cost method and PJM
Item is received in Project locator for Project A. Cost collection program transfer the cost based on Std cost and PPV to Project A.
Now the Item is transferted from Project A to Project B locator in inventory . Only the Std cost get transfered to Project B. The PPV is still remain in Project A.
How to Transfer the PPV from Project A to Project B. (Project Transfer option in Exp inquiry is not allowed since the Source is Inventory).

I understand you want to allocate all cost incurred on project A to project B. If you setup the allocation rule to do that, each run of the allocation process will generate one expenditure item on the target project.
Therefore, you can have only one expenditure type for such expenditure item.
If you want to keep the list of expenditure types of project A so cost will be transfered to identical expenditure types in project B, you might consider setting up multiple allocation rules.
You need to setup allocations source by resource list, where the resource list is defined by expenditure types. The summarization process will summarize the total amount of each expenditure type on project A. You will need to setup each allocation rule for an individual expenditure type (resource) in project A. Foe each such allocation rule you set the target expenditure type to equal the source expenditure type. Be sure to have all you expenditure types with an additional expenditure type class of miscellaneous.

Recovering music after hard drive failure

I had my music stored on an external drive which was set as the default location for my music using iTunes. The drive failed. When I open iTunes, everything looks exactly as it always has but if I try to play any music the program can't find the files which no longer exist. I've read about programs like Senuti, iPodRip, and PodWorks which claim to be able to transfer music from an iPod to iTunes. Before I jump in and try one, does anybody here know the following (assume Senuti unless you strongly recommend a different program):
1. Can one of these programs transfer my entire library (about 6000 songs by 255 artists) automatically or will I have to do it all manually?
2. Is it possible to keep the existing organization (by album, by artist, with associated album art, etc) when transferring to iTunes from my iPod?
3. I do seem to have a small iTunes library with some iTunes music on my internal drive. Should I erase that before transferring from the iPod?
Has anybody done this sort of thing successfully? Any tips, hints, suggestions or advise? I'm using a MBP (older, Core Duo) running OS 10.6.4, with iTunes 9.2.1 and a 3rd generation, 40gig iPod.

You can use any of the programs that you listed to transfer. The transfer will be automatic once you tell the program what to do.
iTunes will sort by the default of Artist>Album>Song.
If you have an iTunes library already on the internal you can just add the stuff from the iPod to that library. No reason to erase the internal before starting. You do need to have a library to transfer into.
I think that the main idea is to get the music back to your Mac and off the iPod.

Desktop Software will not open in WIndows 7 64 bit

I have downloaded versions 6.0.1, 6.0.2 and 6.1 of BlackBerry Desktop SOftware separately and after uninstalling the version I set up. In each case set up goes fine and a shortcut comes up and I select to start automatically after the setup, but when the program starts it hangs on the bb logo and goes no further. It is not even listed in the Task Manager as running. The same happens when I double click on the shortcut. I try running it in all the compatibility modes from WIndows XP SP 3 to Vista SP2 and the program just hangs without opening. I clean my Registry and I run the same downloaded program (transfer via flash drive) on another computer running WIndows vista SP 2 and it opens perfectly on that other computer so the downloaded fiel is fine.. I do not have another windows 7 64 bit computer to try to see if there is something on my computer that is causing the problem. Help!

The fact that it worked on yours suggests there is something on my computer that is causing the problem. Did you run it as administrator and in Window 7 compatibility mode, or as downloaded (which is Windows XP SP 3 by default)?

Draft - Used only for the user to view what would be the accounting for the transaction that has been entered. Does not have any accounting impact as it does not actually create the accounting. Modification can be made to the invoice.
Final - The invoice is accounted but the accounting entry is not transferred to GL. It is residing in the subledger module only. Need to run the program transfer to GL to transfer these accounting entries to GL

How to send a file without getting Connection Refused??

Hello everyone!
I'm developing a FTP (Client and Server) program as a project and I have 2 main problems:
1. The program can't connect to computers with router (Connection Refused error)
2. If a computer with router connects to me, the program will not transfer the file (Connection Refused error again). but if it does, my friend's internet is suddenly disconnect after one transfer
what should i do?!? : //
everything is working well on one computer, but when i'm trying to work on 2 computers its screwed
***FOR EVERY TRANSFER I OPEN A DIFFERENT SOCKET AND CLOSE IT (AND ALL THE OTHER STREAMS) IN CASE OF EXCEPTION OR COMPLETION

How does FTP work normally? Well in most cases you are talking to a server that is on the internet. so the server has no blocking ports, but what about a client with a router?..how do the programs pass the client blocking?
when i checked the program with a friend (i have a modem and i was the server) all the data was perfectly transfered (moving among folders, deleting files, creation of folders-->all these actions on the server..sending codes, strings and stuff), but when i tried to transfer a file it did connection refused :S
